血痣初起似痣形，渐大如豆其色红，揩破外皮流鲜血，肝经怒火郁血成。
【注】此证由肝经怒火、郁血而成。初起如痣色红，渐大如豆，触破时流鲜血，用
花蕊石散撒之。血已止，宜冰蛳散枯去本痣，以月白珍珠散搽，太乙膏盖贴，生皮即愈。
血出甚者，服凉血地黄汤，兼戒浓味发物。

痛本于寒气侵，郁在肌肤痛连心，衣触手捺无皮状，法宜椒酒绵 温。
【注】此证系暴寒侵袭肌肤之中，寒郁不行，偶犯衣触或以手捺；疼痛连心，似乎
如无皮之状。法宜胡椒四钱，烧酒四两，共入瓷碗内，重汤炖煮，以软绵蘸酒，温 熨
痛处即效。
疮溃误入污水毒，或伤诸刺痛至骨，金蝉散 敷疮内，毒水流尽刺亦出。
【注】疮溃误入皂角、驴马尿粪，一切污秽毒水入疮，或木刺伤着于疮内， 肿疼
痛至骨者，先以温水洗疮拭干，再用金蝉散 炼妥协，撒于疮内，外以加味太乙膏盖之，
良久毒水流尽，有刺亦自出矣。
金蝉散
大干蛤蟆（一个） 胡椒（十五粒） 皂角子（七粒）
上用干锅，入药在内，瓦盖锅口，慢火 至烟尽，取出存性，研为细末取用。
【方歌】金蝉溃疮受毒水，肿痛或因木刺伤，蛤蟆胡椒皂角子，火 烟尽研撒良。
加味太乙膏（见溃疡门）
血痣初起时形状像普通的痣，逐渐增大如豆粒大小，颜色发红，擦拭破表皮后流出鲜血，这是由于肝经怒火郁结导致血液停滞而成。
【注】此证候由肝经怒火、血液郁滞而形成。初起时像痣一样色红，逐渐增大如豆粒，触碰破裂时流出鲜血，治疗时用花蕊石散撒在患处。血止住后，宜用冰蛳散将本痣腐蚀去除，然后用月白珍珠散涂抹，最后用太乙膏覆盖贴敷，皮肤即可愈合。如果出血严重，服用凉血地黄汤，同时忌食浓味及发物。

疼痛的根本原因在于寒气侵袭，郁结在肌肤之中，疼痛牵连内心，衣服摩擦或手按压时感觉如同没有皮肤保护一般，治疗方法适宜用花椒酒棉垫温热熨烫。
【注】此证候是暴寒侵袭肌肤之中，寒邪郁结不能运行，偶尔被衣服摩擦或以手按压；疼痛牵连内心，似乎如同没有皮肤之状。治疗方法适宜取胡椒四钱，烧酒四两，共同放入瓷碗内，隔水炖煮，用软绵蘸取药酒，温热熨烫疼痛处即见效。
疮口溃烂误入污水毒物，或者被各种异物刺伤刺痛至骨，用金蝉散敷在疮口内部，待毒水流尽，刺物也会自行排出。
【注】疮口溃烂误入皂角、驴马尿粪等一切污秽毒水进入疮口，或者木刺损伤留在疮口内，肿胀疼痛剧烈直达骨头者，先用温水清洗疮口并擦干，再用金蝉散调和妥当，撒在疮口内部，外部用加味太乙膏覆盖，过一段时间后毒水流尽，有刺也会自然排出了。

Blood moles initially resemble ordinary moles in shape, gradually enlarging to the size of a bean with a red color; when the epidermis is rubbed and broken, fresh blood flows out. This condition arises from liver meridian fire anger causing blood stasis.
[Note] This syndrome results from liver meridian fire anger and blood stagnation. Initially resembling a mole in red color, it gradually enlarges to the size of a bean. When touched and broken, fresh blood flows out. Treat by sprinkling Huarui Shi San (Flower Rock Mineral Powder) on the affected area. Once bleeding stops, use Bingsi San (Ice Snail Powder) to cauterize and remove the original mole, then apply Yuebai Zhenzhu San (Moon-white Pearl Powder), and finally cover with Taiyi Gao (Taiyi Plaster). The skin will heal. If bleeding is severe, administer Liangxue Dihuang Tang (Cool Blood Rehmannia Decoction) and strictly avoid rich flavors and triggering foods.

The root of pain lies in cold pathogen invasion, stagnating in the muscle and skin, causing pain that connects to the heart. Clothing friction or hand pressure feels like there is no skin, so the method should utilize pepper wine-soaked cotton for warm compresses.
[Note] This syndrome is caused by sudden cold invading the muscles and skin, where cold qi stagnates and fails to circulate. Occasional clothing friction or manual pressure causes pain radiating to the heart, feeling as if the skin were absent. The treatment method involves taking 4 qian of Huajiao (Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Pericarpium) and 4 liang of Shaojiu (Distilled Wine), placing them together in a porcelain bowl, simmering over hot water. Soak soft cotton in the wine and apply warm compresses to the painful area for immediate effect.
Ulcers accidentally exposed to dirty water and toxins, or injured by various foreign bodies causing stabbing pain reaching the bone, should be treated by applying Jinchan San (Golden Cicada Powder) inside the ulcer. Once the toxic fluid drains completely, the splinter will also exit.
[Note] If an ulcer is accidentally exposed to soap bean, donkey or horse urine/feces, or any other filthy toxic water enters the wound, or if a wood splinter injures the interior of the ulcer causing swelling, pain, and severe pain reaching the bone, first wash the ulcer with warm water and dry it. Then, mix Jinchan San appropriately and sprinkle it inside the ulcer. Cover externally with Jiawei Taiyi Gao (Modified Taiyi Plaster). After a long time, the toxic fluid will drain completely, and any splinters will naturally emerge.
Jinchan San (Golden Cicada Powder)
Da Gan Hamo (Large Dried Toad) (one) Huajiao (Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Pericarpium) (15 grains) Zaogaozi (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Seed) (7 grains)
Place the above medicines in a dry pot, cover the pot mouth with a tile, slow-fire calcine until smoke ceases. Remove, preserve the charred nature, grind into fine powder for use.
[Fangge - Formula Song] Jinchan treats ulcers contaminated by toxic water, swelling and pain may be due to wood splinter injury, Toad Pepper Soap Bean Seeds, calcined until smoke ceases, ground and sprinkled is good.
