漆疮感受漆毒生，腠理不密肿 红，初发觉痒后发疹，皮破流水更兼疼。
【注】此证由人之腠理不密，感漆辛热之毒而生。初发面痒而肿，抓之渐似瘾疹，
色红，遍传肢体 痛，皮破烂斑流水，甚者寒热交作。宜韭菜汁调三白散涂之，内服化
斑解毒汤。忌浴热水，戒油腻浓味发物。或用神曲研为末，生蟹黄调涂患处尤效。

三白散
铅粉（一两） 轻粉（五钱） 石膏（ ，三钱）
共研匀，韭菜汁调敷，纸盖。如无韭菜汁，凉水调亦可。
【方歌】三白散敷漆疮消，轻粉铅粉 石膏，去热解毒功效速，研匀须用韭汁调。
化斑解毒汤（见肋部内发丹毒）
血箭毛孔射出血，心火炽迫血乱行，桃花散用凉水敷，再涂金墨即能停。
【注】此证一名肌衄，由心肺火盛，逼血从毛孔中射出如箭。宜服凉血地黄汤，外
用桃花散，以凉水调敷；或用金墨研末，醋调凉涂，其血即止。

凉血地黄汤
生地（三钱） 黄连 当归（各一钱五分） 甘草 栀子（生，研） 元参（各一钱） 黄芩（二钱）
水二盅，煎八分，量病上下服之。
【方歌】凉血地黄心火盛，毛孔血溢不归经，黄连归草芩栀子，元参煎服效通灵。
桃花散
白锻石半升，用水泼成末，与大黄片一两五钱同炒，以灰变红色为度；去大黄，将锻石筛细，用凉水调敷。
【方歌】桃花止血最为良，一两五钱生大黄，半升锻石相并炒，去军研筛水调强。
漆疮是由于感受漆毒所致，因腠理（皮肤纹理及汗孔）不致密而出现红肿。初期感觉瘙痒，随后出现皮疹，皮肤破损流水并伴有疼痛。
【注】此病证是因为人体腠理不致密，感受了漆辛热性质的毒邪而引发。初发时面部瘙痒且肿胀，抓挠后逐渐类似瘾疹（风团样皮疹），颜色发红，蔓延至全身肢体并疼痛，皮肤破烂流脓水，严重的甚至出现寒热交替发作的症状。适宜用韭菜汁调和三白散外涂患处，内服化斑解毒汤。忌洗热水澡，戒食油腻、浓味及发物。或者使用神曲研成粉末，用生蟹黄调和涂抹患处，效果更佳。
三白散
铅粉（一两） 轻粉（五钱） 石膏（三钱）
共同研磨均匀，用韭菜汁调敷，用纸覆盖。如果没有韭菜汁，用凉水调和也可以。

化斑解毒汤（见肋部内发丹毒章节）
血箭表现为毛孔中喷射出血，这是由于心火炽盛逼迫血液乱行所致。使用桃花散以凉水敷贴，再涂上金墨即可止血。
【注】此病证又名肌衄（皮下出血），由心肺火气旺盛，逼迫血液从毛孔中射出如箭一般。适宜服用凉血地黄汤，外用桃花散，用凉水调敷；或者将金墨研成粉末，用醋调和后凉涂，血液即可停止。
凉血地黄汤
生地（三钱） 黄连、当归（各一钱五分） 甘草、栀子（生，研碎）、元参（各一钱） 黄芩（二钱）
用水两盅，煎至八分，根据病变部位在上或在下调整服药量。
【方歌】凉血地黄治心火盛，毛孔血溢不归经，黄连归草芩栀子，元参煎服效通灵。
桃花散
白锻石半升，用水泼洒制成粉末，与大黄片一两五钱同炒，直到灰变成红色为止；去掉大黄，将锻石筛细，用凉水调敷。
Chancre caused by lacquer toxin arises, with open pores leading to swelling and redness. Initially itching is felt, followed by rashes; broken skin weeps fluid and causes pain.
[Note] This condition arises because the body's pores (skin texture and sweat apertures) are not dense enough, allowing one to contract the toxic nature of lacquer which is acrid and hot. At onset, the face itches and swells; scratching leads to a rash resembling urticaria (wheals), which turns red and spreads across the limbs causing pain. The skin breaks down, oozing fluid; in severe cases, alternating chills and fever occur. It is advisable to apply Sanbai San (Three Whites Powder) mixed with leek juice topically, and take Huaban Jiedu Tang internally. Avoid bathing in hot water, and refrain from greasy, strong-flavored foods and "fa-wu" (stimulating foods that may trigger diseases). Alternatively, grinding Shenqu (Medicated Leaven) into powder and mixing it with raw crab roe for topical application on the affected area is particularly effective.
Sanbai San (Three Whites Powder)
Qianfen (Lead Carbonate, 1 liang) Qingfen (Calomel, 5 qian) Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, 3 qian)
Grind together uniformly, mix with leek juice for topical application, and cover with paper. If leek juice is unavailable, cool boiled water can be used for mixing.
[Prescription Verse] Sanbai San applied to chancre eliminates it, Calomel, Lead Carbonate, and Gypsum combined; clearing heat and detoxifying works swiftly, must be ground uniform with leek juice.
Huaban Jiedu Tang (See section on Erysipelas arising internally in the rib region)
Blood Arrow presents as blood shooting out from hair follicles, caused by blazing Heart Fire forcing blood to circulate chaotically. Apply Taohua San (Peach Blossom Powder) mixed with cool water, then apply gold ink to stop bleeding immediately.
[Note] This condition is also known as Ji Nu (subcutaneous bleeding). It is caused by excessive fire in the Heart and Lungs, forcing blood to shoot out from the pores like an arrow. It is advisable to take Liangxue Dihuang Tang internally, and use Taohua San externally mixed with cool water; or grind gold ink into powder, mix with vinegar for cold application, and the bleeding will cease.
Liangxue Dihuang Tang (Cooling Blood Rehmannia Decoction)
Shengdi (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 3 qian) Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) (each 1.5 qian) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae), Zhizi (Fructus Gardeniae, raw, crushed), Xuanshen (Radix Scrophulariae) (each 1 qian) Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae, 2 qian)
Use two bowls of water, decoct until reduced to 0.8 bowl. Adjust dosage according to whether the disease location is upper or lower.
[Prescription Verse] Liangxue Dihuang treats blazing Heart Fire, blood overflowing from pores fails to return to vessels; Coptis, Angelica, Licorice, Scutellaria, and Gardenia; Scrophularia decocted and taken shows miraculous efficacy.
Taohua San (Peach Blossom Powder)
Bai Duanshi (Alumen, half sheng), sprinkle with water to make into powder, stir-fry together with Dahuang slices (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 1.5 liang) until the ash turns red; remove Dahuang, sieve the Duanshi finely, and mix with cool water for topical application.
[Prescription Verse] Peach Blossom Powder is best for stopping bleeding, one liang five qian of raw Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, half sheng Alumen stir-fried together; remove the general (Dahuang), grind and sieve, mix with water for strong effect.
