溃疮误犯马汗伤， 痛紫肿疮四旁，急砭肿处出紫血，乌梅嚼烂涂敷良。患者烦热
毒攻腹，强弱量服马苋汤。更有驴涎入疮者，冬瓜青皮末敷疮。
【注】此证系溃疮未合，误入马汗之毒，以致疮口四旁，忽复 痛紫肿。宜急砭肿处，
令出紫血，乌梅嚼烂涂于疮上。若患者烦闷发热，恐毒入腹，以致不救，急用醇酒浓煎
马齿苋饮之，尽醉为效。但马齿苋其性寒滑，凡疮溃未合，气血未复，而又受此汗毒，必
量人壮弱，用一两或五钱，更有驴涎入疮者，形证与马汗毒同，宜用冬瓜片下青皮，晒干
研末敷之，熬汤洗之亦可；毒甚者，亦用马齿苋酒饮之立效。
蛇咬伤时即饮醋，仍宜用绳扎患处，再服五灵共雄黄，肿消口合自如故。
【注】凡被蛇咬伤者，实时饮好醋一二碗，使气不随血走，以绳扎伤处两头。若昏困，宜
用五灵脂五钱，雄黄二钱五分，共为末，酒调二钱灌之。少时咬处出黄水，水尽则肿消，
以雄黄末掺之，口合而愈。
蜈蚣咬伤用雄鸡，倒控鸡涎手蘸之，抹搽伤处痛立止，甚饮鸡血最相宜。
【注】此伤取雄鸡倒控少时，以手蘸鸡口内涎抹搽伤处，甚痛立止；甚者，生鸡血乘热饮之，立效。
蝎螫急取大蜗牛，捣烂涂之痛立休；蚕咬须将苎根捣，取汁搽涂患即瘳。
【注】凡蝎螫，取大蜗牛一个，捣烂涂之，其痛立止。一时不得蜗牛，即将螫处挤去毒
水，急用膏药烤热贴之，亦能止痛。蚕咬者，用苎根捣汁涂之即愈。
溃烂的疮口如果误触马汗导致受伤，疮口四周会出现疼痛、发紫和肿胀。应立即在肿胀处用砭石刺破放出紫黑色的血，将乌梅嚼烂后涂抹敷于患处效果良好。如果患者感到烦热，担心毒素攻入腹部，应根据患者体质的强弱适量服用马齿苋汤。如果有驴涎进入疮口，可用冬瓜青皮的粉末外敷疮口。
【注】此证是由于溃疡未愈合时，误入马汗之毒，导致疮口四周突然疼痛、发紫、肿胀。应当立即在肿胀处进行砭刺，令其排出紫黑色的血液，并将嚼烂的乌梅涂抹在疮上。如果患者出现烦闷发热，恐怕毒素内陷入腹，导致无法救治，应紧急用醇酒浓煎马齿苋让患者饮用，直到喝醉为止以见效。但是马齿苋性质寒凉滑利，凡是疮口溃烂未愈合，气血尚未恢复，又遭受这种汗毒的人，必须根据人体强壮或虚弱程度，使用一两或五钱的剂量。此外，若有驴涎进入疮口，症状表现与马汗毒相同，宜用冬瓜片下的青皮，晒干研成粉末外敷，熬汤清洗也可以；毒性严重的，也使用马齿苋酒饮用，立刻见效。
被蛇咬伤时立即饮用醋，并适宜用绳子扎住患处，再服用五灵脂配雄黄，待肿胀消退、伤口愈合便如常一样。
【注】凡是被蛇咬伤者，当时要饮用好醋一到两碗，使邪气不随血液扩散，并用绳子扎住受伤部位的两端。如果出现昏迷困倦，适宜用五钱五灵脂和二钱五分雄黄，共同研成粉末，用酒调服二钱灌下。过一会儿咬伤处流出黄水，水流尽则肿胀消退，撒上雄黄粉末，伤口闭合而痊愈。
蜈蚣咬伤使用雄鸡，倒提雄鸡收集唾液用手蘸取，涂抹擦伤处疼痛立刻停止，严重时饮用鸡血最为适宜。
【注】此种损伤取雄鸡倒提片刻，用手蘸取鸡口中的唾液涂抹擦伤处，剧烈疼痛立刻停止；病情严重的，生饮鸡血趁热喝下，立刻见效。
蝎子螫伤紧急取大蜗牛，捣烂后涂抹疼痛立刻停止；蚕咬必须将苎麻根捣碎，取汁液涂抹患处即刻痊愈。
【注】凡是蝎子螫伤，取一个大蜗牛，捣烂后涂抹，其疼痛立刻停止。一时得不到蜗牛，就将螫伤处挤出毒水，紧急用膏药烤热后贴敷，也能止痛。蚕咬者，用苎麻根捣汁涂抹即可痊愈。
If an ulcerated wound is accidentally contaminated with horse sweat, causing injury, the area around the wound will present with pain, purple discoloration, and swelling. One should immediately perform bloodletting (Bian Shi) at the swollen site to release dark purple blood, and apply chewed *Mume Fructus* (Wumei, 乌梅) as a topical paste for good effect. If the patient experiences irritability and fever, fearing toxin invasion into the abdomen, *Portulaca Oleracea Decoction* (Maxian Tang, 马苋汤) should be administered in doses adjusted to the patient's strength or weakness. In cases where donkey saliva enters the wound, powder from the green skin of winter melon (*Benincasa hispida*) should be applied topically.
[Note] This condition arises when toxins from horse sweat enter an unhealed ulcer, causing sudden pain, purple discoloration, and swelling around the wound edges. Immediate bloodletting (Bian Shi) at the swollen area is required to expel dark purple blood, followed by applying chewed *Mume Fructus* (Wumei, 乌梅) to the wound. If the patient suffers from restlessness and fever, indicating potential internal toxin invasion which could be fatal, one should urgently decoct *Portulaca Oleracea Herba* (Machi Xian, 马齿苋) in strong wine and have the patient drink it until intoxicated for therapeutic effect. However, since *Portulaca Oleracea Herba* (Machi Xian, 马齿苋) is cold and slippery in nature, for patients with unhealed ulcers and deficient Qi and Blood who have been exposed to this sweat toxin, the dosage must be calibrated according to physical robustness: either 1 liang or 5 qian. Furthermore, if donkey saliva enters the wound, the clinical presentation is identical to that of horse sweat toxin; one should use the green skin found under winter melon slices, dry it, grind it into powder, and apply it topically, or wash the area with a decoction. For severe toxicity, drinking *Portulaca Oleracea Herba* (Machi Xian, 马齿苋) prepared in wine yields immediate results.
Upon being bitten by a snake, immediately consume vinegar, and it is advisable to tie the affected area tightly with a rope, then administer a mixture of *Trogopterus Dung* (Wulingzhi, 五灵脂) and *Realgar* (Xionghuang, 雄黄). Once the swelling subsides and the wound heals, normalcy returns.
[Note] For snake bites, drink one to two bowls of good quality vinegar immediately to prevent pathogenic qi from spreading with the blood, and tie a rope around both ends of the injured limb. If the patient becomes comatose or lethargic, mix 5 qian of *Trogopterus Dung* (Wulingzhi, 五灵脂) and 2.5 qian of *Realgar* (Xionghuang, 雄黄), grind them into powder, mix with wine, and administer 2 qian orally. Soon after, yellow fluid will exude from the bite site; once the fluid ceases, the swelling will subside. Sprinkle *Realgar* (Xionghuang, 雄黄) powder onto the wound, which will close and heal.
For centipede bites, use a rooster. Hang the rooster upside down to collect its saliva, dip fingers in it, and smear the saliva on the wound to stop pain immediately. In severe cases, drinking fresh chicken blood is most appropriate.
[Note] For this type of injury, suspend a rooster upside down for a short time, use fingers to collect saliva from the rooster's mouth, and smear it on the wound to instantly alleviate severe pain. In severe cases, drink fresh chicken blood while warm for immediate efficacy.
For scorpion stings, urgently obtain a large snail, crush it, and apply the paste to stop pain immediately. For silkworm bites, crush *Boehmeria nivea Root* (Zhugen, 苎根), extract the juice, and apply it to the affected area for immediate recovery.
[Note] For scorpion stings, take one large snail, crush it, and apply it topically to stop pain instantly. If snails are unavailable, squeeze out the toxic fluid from the sting site and immediately apply a hot plaster to relieve pain. For silkworm bites, crushing *Boehmeria nivea Root* (Zhugen, 苎根) to extract juice and applying it leads to quick healing.
