黑痣生面霉点斑，小如黍粒豆形圆，孙络之血阳束结，挑破水晶膏点痊。
【注】此证生于面部，形如霉点，小者如黍，大者如豆，比皮肤高起一线。有自幼
生者，亦有中年生者，由孙络之血，滞于卫分，阳气束结而成。宜用线针挑破，以水晶
膏点之，三四日结痂，其痣自落，用贝叶膏贴之，兼戒酱醋，愈后无痕。

水晶膏
矿子锻石水化开，取末五钱，又用浓咸水多半茶盅，浸于锻石末内，以咸水高锻石
二指为度。再以糯米五十粒，撒于灰上，如咸水渗下，陆续添之，泡一日一夜，冬天两
日一夜，将米取出，捣烂成膏。挑少许点于痣上，不可太过，恐伤好肉。
【方歌】水晶膏能点黑痣，咸水浸灰入糯米，一日一夜米泡红，取出捣膏效无比。
贝叶膏（见溃疡门）
如尘久炱暗，原于忧思抑郁成，大如莲子小赤豆，玉容久洗自然平。
【注】此证一名黧黑斑。初起色如尘垢，日久黑似煤形，枯暗不泽，大小不一，小者
如粟粒赤豆，大者似莲子、芡实，或长、或斜、或圆，与皮肤相平。由忧思抑郁，血弱
不华，火燥结滞而生于面上，妇女多有之。宜以玉容散早晚洗之，常用美玉磨之，久久
渐退而愈。戒忧思、劳伤，忌动火之物。

白牵牛 团粉 白蔹 白细辛 甘松 白鸽粪 白芨 白莲蕊 白芷 白术 白僵蚕
白茯苓（各一两） 荆芥 独活 羌活（各五钱） 白附子 鹰条白 白扁豆（各一两） 防风（五钱）
白丁香（一两）
共研末。每用少许，放手心内，以水调
浓搽搓面上，良久再以水洗面，早晚日用二次。

黑痣生在面部，像霉点一样斑驳，小的像黍米，大的呈圆形豆状。这是孙络中的血液被阳气束缚凝结所致，挑破后用水晶膏点涂即可痊愈。

取矿子（砒石）和锻石（枯矾），用水化开，取粉末五钱。又用浓咸水大半茶盅，浸泡在锻石末内，以咸水高出锻石末两指宽为限度。再取糯米五十粒，撒在灰上，如果咸水渗下去，就陆续添加，浸泡一天一夜，冬天则两天一夜，将米取出，捣烂成膏。挑少许点在黑痣上，不可太多，恐怕损伤好肉。

像灰尘长期熏染那样暗淡的黑斑，源于忧思抑郁而成，大的像莲子，小的像赤豆，用玉容散久洗自然会平复。
【注】此病证一名黧黑斑。初起颜色像尘垢，日久黑得像煤形，干枯暗淡无光泽，大小不一，小的如粟粒、赤豆，大的似莲子、芡实，或长、或斜、或圆，与皮肤相平。由于忧思抑郁，血弱不能荣华，火燥结滞而生于面上，妇女多有此病。适宜用玉容散早晚清洗，常用美玉摩擦，久久渐渐消退而痊愈。戒除忧思、劳伤，忌食动火之物。

Black moles appear on the face like mottled mold spots; small ones resemble millet seeds, while larger ones are round like beans. This condition arises from blood in the *Sunluo* (terminal capillaries) being bound and condensed by Yang Qi. It is cured by pricking them open and applying *Shuijing Gao* (Crystal Paste).
[Note] This lesion occurs on the face, resembling mold spots. Small ones are like millet seeds, large ones like beans, protruding slightly above the skin level. Some are present since childhood, others appear in middle age. The etiology involves blood stagnation in the *Sunluo* within the *Wei Fen* (Defensive Level), where Yang Qi binds and condenses. The appropriate treatment is to prick the lesion with a thread needle and apply *Shuijing Gao*. After three to four days, a scab forms, and the mole falls off naturally. Apply *Beiye Gao* (Banyan Leaf Paste) afterwards, and avoid soy sauce and vinegar. Upon healing, no scar remains.

**Shuijing Gao (Crystal Paste)**
Take *Kuangzi* (Arsenic Ore) and *Duanshi* (Calcined Alum), dissolve in water, and collect five qian of powder. Use half a teacup of strong saline water to soak the *Duanshi* powder, with the saline water level two finger-widths above the powder. Sprinkle fifty grains of glutinous rice onto the ash/powder. If the saline water seeps down, add more gradually. Soak for one day and one night (two days and one night in winter). Remove the rice, pound it into a paste. Apply a small amount to the mole; do not use too much to avoid damaging healthy tissue.
[Prescription Verse] *Shuijing Gao* can remove black moles, saline water soaks the ash with glutinous rice; after one day and night the rice turns red, removed and pounded into paste, its efficacy is unparalleled.
*Beiye Gao* (See Ulcer Section)
Dark spots resembling dust or long-soot stains originate from worry, thought, and depression. They vary in size from lotus seeds to adzuki beans; prolonged washing with *Yurong San* (Jade Beauty Powder) will naturally flatten them.
[Note] This condition is also known as *Lihhei Ban* (Dark Melasma). Initially, the color resembles dirt; over time, it becomes black like coal, dry, dull, and lusterless. Sizes vary: small ones like millet grains or adzuki beans, large ones like lotus seeds or euryale seeds. Shapes may be elongated, oblique, or round, lying flat with the skin. The cause is worry and depression leading to weak blood that fails to nourish, combined with fire-dryness stagnation manifesting on the face. It is common in women. The recommended treatment is washing with *Yurong San* morning and evening, often rubbing with fine jade. With persistent use, it gradually fades and heals. Avoid worry and overexertion; refrain from foods that generate internal heat.

*Bai Qianniu* (White Morning Glory Seed), *Tuanfen* (Rice Flour), *Bailian* (Belamcanda Rhizome), *Baixixin* (White Asarum), *Gansong* (Nardostachys Root), *Baige Fen* (White Pigeon Droppings), *Baiji* (Bletilla Rhizome), *Balianrui* (White Lotus Stamen), *Baizhi* (Angelica Dahurica Root), *Baizhu* (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome), *Baijiangcan* (White Silkworm), *Baifuling* (Poria) (each 1 liang); *Jingjie* (Schizonepeta Spike), *Duhuo* (Angelica Pubescens Root), *Qianghuo* (Notopterygium Rhizome) (each 5 qian); *Baifuzi* (Typhonium Rhizome), *Ying Tiao Bai* (Eagle Strip White - likely a specific preparation of eagle-related ingredient or typo for another white herb, kept as transliteration), *Baibiandou* (White Hyacinth Bean) (each 1 liang); *Fangfeng* (Saposhnikovia Root) (5 qian); *Baidingxiang* (White Civet Musk) (1 liang).
Grind all ingredients into powder. Take a small amount, place in the palm, mix with water to form a thick paste, rub onto the face vigorously. After some time, wash off with water. Apply twice daily, morning and evening.
[Prescription Verse] *Yurong San* removes dark melasma, with Qianniu, Tuanfen, Bailian, Baixixin; Gansong, Baige Fen, and Lianrui; Baizhi, Baizhu, Baijiangcan, Baifuling; Jingjie, Duhuo, Qianghuo, Baifuzi; Ying Tiao Bai, Baibiandou, Fangfeng; Baodingxiang ground together into powder, wash face morning and evening to remove spots and restore beauty.
