雀斑淡黄碎点形，火郁孙络血风成，犀角升麻丸常服，正容散洗渐无踪。
【注】此证生于面上，其色淡黄，碎点无数，由火郁于孙络之血分，风邪外搏，发
为雀斑。宜常服犀角升麻丸，并治一切粉刺、酒刺、 靥子等证。外用时珍正容散，早
晚洗之，以泽其肌，久久自愈。亦有水亏火滞而生雀斑者，宜服六味地黄丸。

犀角升麻丸
犀角（一两五钱） 升麻（一两） 羌活（一两） 防风（一两） 白附子（五钱） 白芷（五钱）
生地黄（一两） 川芎（五钱） 红花（五钱） 黄芩（五钱） 甘草（生，二钱五分）
各为细末，合均，蒸饼为小丸，每服二钱，食远临卧用茶清送下。
【方歌】犀角升麻治雀斑， 靥子亦能痊，犀升羌防白附芷，生地芎红芩草丸。
时珍正容散
猪牙皂角 紫背浮萍 白梅肉 甜樱 桃枝（各一两）
焙干，兑鹰粪白三钱，共研为末，每早晚用少许，在手心内，水调浓搓面上，良久
以温水洗面。用至七八日后，其斑皆没，神效。
【方歌】正容散洗雀斑容，猪牙皂角紫浮萍，白梅樱桃枝鹰粪，研末早晚水洗灵。
六味地黄丸
怀熟地（八两） 山萸肉 怀山药（炒，各四两） 白茯苓 丹皮 泽泻（各三两）
共为细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每服二钱，空心淡盐汤送下。
【方歌】六味地黄善补阴，能滋肾水并生津，萸苓山药丹皮泻，研末蜜丸服最神。
雀斑表现为面部淡黄色的细碎斑点，这是由于火热之邪郁结于孙络（细小的络脉），导致血分有风邪所致。常服用犀角升麻丸，并使用正容散清洗，斑点会逐渐消失不见。
【注】此病证生于面部，颜色呈淡黄色，斑点细碎无数。其成因是火邪郁结在孙络的血分中，加上风邪从外部侵袭搏结，从而形成雀斑。适宜经常服用犀角升麻丸，该方也能治疗一切粉刺、酒刺（酒渣鼻）、面靥等病症。外用时使用李时珍记载的正容散，早晚清洗面部，以润泽肌肤，久而久之自然痊愈。也有因肾水亏虚、火气停滞而生雀斑者，适宜服用六味地黄丸。
犀角升麻丸
配方：犀角（一两五钱）、升麻（一两）、羌活（一两）、防风（一两）、白附子（五钱）、白芷（五钱）、生地黄（一两）、川芎（五钱）、红花（五钱）、黄芩（五钱）、甘草（生用，二钱五分）。
制法与用法：将上述药材研成细末，混合均匀，用蒸饼糊制成小丸剂。每次服用二钱，在饭后及临睡前，用茶汁送服。
【方歌】犀角升麻治疗雀斑，面靥也能治愈，药物包括犀角、升麻、羌活、防风、白附子、白芷、生地黄、川芎、红花、黄芩、甘草制成的丸剂。
时珍正容散
配方：猪牙皂角、紫背浮萍、白梅肉、甜樱桃、桃枝（各一两）。
制法与用法：焙干后，加入鹰粪白三钱，共同研磨成粉末。每天早晚取少许，置于手心中，加水调成浓稠状，搓洗面部，过一段时间后，再用温水洗净面部。使用七八日后，斑点都会消退，效果神奇。
【方歌】正容散清洗雀斑面容，药物包括猪牙皂角、紫浮萍、白梅、樱桃枝、鹰粪，研磨成末，早晚用水清洗灵验。
六味地黄丸
配方：怀熟地黄（八两）、山茱萸肉、怀山药（炒制，各四两）、白茯苓、牡丹皮、泽泻（各三两）。
制法与用法：共同研磨成细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用二钱，空腹时用淡盐汤送服。
【方歌】六味地黄善于补益阴液，能滋补肾水并生津液，药物包括山茱萸、茯苓、山药、牡丹皮、泽泻，研磨成末，用蜜制作丸剂服用最为神效。
Freckles appear as light yellow, fine, fragmented spots on the face. This condition arises from heat-fire stagnating in the Sunluo (fine collateral vessels), causing wind-pathogen to form within the blood level. Regularly consuming Xijiao Shengma Wan (Rhinoceros Horn and Cimicifuga Pill) and washing with Zhengrong San (Face-Reshaping Powder) will gradually make the spots disappear.
[Note] This disorder manifests on the face with a light yellow color and countless fine spots. It is caused by fire-heat stagnating in the blood level of the Sunluo (fine collateral vessels), combined with external wind-pathogen attacking and binding, resulting in freckles. It is advisable to regularly consume Xijiao Shengma Wan (Rhinoceros Horn and Cimicifuga Pill), which also treats all types of acne, rosacea (Jiuci), and facial nevi (Yezi). For external use, apply Lizhen Zhengrong San (Li Shizhen's Face-Reshaping Powder), washing morning and evening to moisten the skin; over time, it will heal itself. There are also cases where freckles arise due to Kidney Water deficiency and stagnant fire; these patients should consume Liuwei Dihuang Wan (Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill).
Xijiao Shengma Wan (Rhinoceros Horn and Cimicifuga Pill)
Ingredients: Xijiao (Horn of Rhinoceros, 1 liang 5 qian), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, 1 liang), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, 1 liang), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 1 liang), Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, 5 qian), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 5 qian), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, 1 liang), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 5 qian), Honghua (Carthami Flos, 5 qian), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 5 qian), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, raw, 2 qian 5 fen).
Preparation and Administration: Grind each ingredient into a fine powder, mix evenly, and form small pills using steamed bread paste. Take 2 qian per dose, administered after meals and before bedtime, washed down with tea infusion.
[Formula Song]: Xijiao Shengma treats freckles, and can also cure facial nevi; ingredients include Xijiao, Shengma, Qianghuo, Fangfeng, Baifuzi, Baizhi, Shengdihuang, Chuanxiong, Honghua, Huangqin, and Gancao made into pills.
Lizhen Zhengrong San (Li Shizhen's Face-Reshaping Powder)
Ingredients: Zhuya Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus cum Spina, 1 liang), Zi Bei Fuping (Marrubii Herba, purple-backed variety, 1 liang), Bai Mei Rou (White Plum Flesh, 1 liang), Tian Ying (Sweet Cherry, 1 liang), Tao Zhi (Peach Twig, 1 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Dry-roast until dry, then add 3 qian of Ying Fen Bai (Aquila Chinensis Excrement Album) and grind together into a powder. Morning and evening, take a small amount, place in the palm of the hand, mix with water to form a thick paste, rub onto the face, wait for a while, then wash off with warm water. After 7-8 days of use, the spots will vanish; this is highly effective.
[Formula Song]: Zhengrong San washes away freckles and restores complexion; ingredients include Zhuya Zaojiao, Zi Fuping, Bai Mei, Yingying Zhi, and Ying Fen, ground into powder and washed off with water morning and evening for spiritual efficacy.
Liuwei Dihuang Wan (Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill)
Ingredients: Huai Shudi (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix, 8 liang), Shanyurou (Corni Fructus), Huai Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, stir-fried, 4 liang each), Bai Fuling (Poria, 3 liang), Danpi (Moutan Cortex, 3 liang), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, 3 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Grind all ingredients into a fine powder, bind with refined honey to form pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take 2 qian per dose, taken on an empty stomach with light salted soup.
[Formula Song]: Liuwei Dihuang excels at nourishing Yin, benefiting Kidney Water and generating fluids; ingredients include Yurou, Fuling, Shanyao, Danpi, and Zexie, ground into powder and formed into honey pills for consumption, which is most efficacious.
