两） 鸡蛋四枚 同熬枯
去渣。将二占熔入。次入乳青二味。后入冰片倾候冷 搅成膏。罐贮勿令泄气。隔纸摊贴。膏药之外。须绵花裹脚布包
好。亦不可泄气。两周时一换。如不收口。用生肌散掺之。凡一切远年近时烂腿。十日之内。包好。永不再发。
又方 鸡子黄（二十个）。同男子发熬取油。约半杯。麻油一酒杯同发熬。白占 黄占（各一两五钱） 血余炭（一

三味和成膏。

下余药调成膏。旧伞纸做夹纸膏贴。多刺针孔。三日一换。须先用当归、苍术煎汤洗净患处。然后贴膏。所贴过之膏。
不可弃露天。
又方 海螵蛸 头发灰 水龙骨。即旧船底锻石 轻粉等分 桐油调做夹纸膏贴之。
又方 儿茶 黄丹 胡粉 水龙骨 粉霜 龙骨 白蜡 黄柏 猪胆汁炙 共为末。猪油捣成膏。
隔纸膏 明矾 胡椒 川椒 皮硝 准盐砖用火 透 白占等分 共为细末。用青油烛调油纸上贴之。须令忍痛。
又方 先将麻油（三两） 炼穿山甲（一钱 末） 再下白占（五钱五分） 化匀 又下 陀僧（末五分） 飞黄
丹（一钱）。和匀取起。临用以油纸摊上。夹纸一层。多刺针孔。先用楝树根煎汤洗净患处。然后粘贴。外用薄绢一层扎
紧。十日即愈。如烂脚亦可将前法洗净。贴之数日即愈。

又方。人中白（一钱五分） 寒水（石一钱） 冰片（五厘） 枯矾（八分） 赤石脂（一钱）。白者更妙另 海
螵蛸（一钱） 白占（三分） 麻油（五钱） 先将麻油熬清 次下占熔化。后下余药搅成膏。
又方。炉甘石（一两火 ）。猪胆汁（淬七日） 海螵蛸（一钱） 白占（五钱） 枯矾（一钱或五六分）。多则作
痛用猪板油捣成膏。
又方 乳香 没药（各去油） 象皮（各五钱为末） 白占（五钱） 铅粉（研细） 黄占 密陀僧（各二两为末）
轻粉（四钱） 上上真桐油（一斤） 入铜锅内熬至无沫澄清。先入陀僧末搅匀取起。入二占浓化搅匀。俟油温放入五
种药末搅匀。以大绵纸摊上阴干。随疮大小剪贴。远年定效。
金华散 煨石膏（八两） 生石膏（八两） 飞血丹（一两） 共为细末。干者香油调敷。湿者干掺。专治男女新
久烂腿 疮。及一切痈疖疮毒用之。且能去腐生肌。
疮拔毒方 沥青（四两） 矾红（二两） 共为细末。香油调搽。须忍痛则疮内出其毒。可拔毒水尽。再用收口
药。并治坐板流脓疮。
疮收口方 冰片（三分） 石决明（二钱 ） 川连（一钱） 血竭（五分） 琥珀末（一钱） 寒水石（三钱
） 乳香（一钱去油） 黄柏（末五钱） 共为细末。如痒甚者。加飞矾（五分） 凡毒尽后疮不起。边肉有红色。
先将温苦茶洗一次。敷药一次。不数日收口。并治诸毒疮不敛。
疮阡张膏 香油（四饭碗） 乱头发（四两） 杉木皮（三两烧灰研末） 白占（二两） 麝香（五分研细） 先
将香油熬将熟。入发熬化。次下杉木灰白占熔化。后将余药投入滚化搅匀。以阡张纸入油内收尽为度。贴三日翻一面。
七日全愈。无论远近烂见骨者。半月收功。
疮收口方 象皮（七钱） 血竭（二钱） 龙骨（五钱） 冰片（一钱） 乳香（二钱） 没药（二钱） 海螵

至不见星为度。用桐油煎数沸。入前药。用油纸看疮大小摊膏折好刺孔千下。用米泔洗净患处贴之。一日换一转。收膏
擦净。不拘远近烂腿。数次即效。
独圣散 水龙骨炒干为末。麻油调敷。治 疮。并治妇人裙鞭疮恙。
【夹纸膏】将冰片（二分）、麝香（一分）、铜绿（五分）、轻粉（五分）、水银（二分）共同研磨，直到看不见水银颗粒为止。再用黄占（五钱）、雄黄、猪板油（一两）共同熬制均匀。加入前面的药末捣成膏状。隔着一层纸摊开贴敷。在患处多刺些针孔后贴上。
【又方】龙骨（四钱）、铜青（八钱）、制甘石（六钱，用黄连汁淬炼）、黄柏（六钱）、制茅术（六钱）、左牡蛎（二两）、铅粉（八钱）、黄丹（八钱）、冰片（二分），用生猪板油捣成膏状。
【又方】龙骨（五钱）、没药（二钱，去油）、明矾（一钱）、象皮（用河泥炒制，如果没有可以不用）、冰片（一钱）、石膏（五钱，男性患者不宜使用）、制甘石（三钱），共同研成细末，用猪油熬热后捣成膏状。隔着纸摊开贴敷，用布绑紧。
【又方】去油的乳香（三钱）、铜青（八钱）、冰片（一分）、黄占（三钱）、白占（三钱），各自研成细末。先将菜油（四两）与四个鸡蛋同熬至枯焦，滤去药渣。将黄占和白占熔化倒入，接着加入乳香和铜青两味药，最后加入冰片，等待冷却后搅拌成膏。装入罐中储存，不要漏气。隔着纸摊开贴敷。在膏药外面，需用棉花包裹脚布包好，也不可漏气。每两周更换一次。如果伤口不愈合，用生肌散撒在上面。凡是陈年或新发的烂腿疮，十日内包扎好，永远不再复发。
【又方】鸡子黄（二十个），同男子头发一起熬取油，约半杯。麻油一杯同头发一起熬。白占、黄占（各一两五钱）、血余炭（一钱，研成末）、轻粉（一钱，研成末）。先将麻油熬清，投入黄占和白占，离火后不停搅拌。加入鸡子油再搅。待稍冷后，加入其余三味药和成膏状。
【又方】桐油（二两）、白占（四两）、儿茶、轻粉、松香（各二钱）、铜青（一钱）、冰片（三分）。先将桐油和白占略加熬制，不可太老。再加入其余药物调成膏状。用旧伞纸做夹纸膏贴敷，多刺针孔。三天更换一次。须先用当归、苍术煎汤洗净患处，然后贴膏。所贴过的膏药，不可丢弃在露天处。
【又方】海螵蛸、头发灰、水龙骨（即旧船底的锻石）、轻粉等分，用桐油调制成夹纸膏贴敷。
【又方】儿茶、黄丹、胡粉、水龙骨、粉霜、龙骨、白蜡、黄柏（用猪胆汁炙过），共同研成末，用猪油捣成膏状。
【隔纸膏】明矾、胡椒、川椒、皮硝、准盐砖用火煅透、白占等分，共同研成细末。用青油烛的油调匀涂在纸上贴敷。须忍受疼痛。
【又方】先将麻油（三两）、炼穿山甲（一钱，研末）混合，再下白占（五钱五分），化匀。又下陀僧（末五分）、飞黄丹（一钱），和匀取出。临用时涂在油纸上，夹一层纸，多刺针孔。先用楝树根煎汤洗净患处，然后粘贴。外用薄绢一层扎紧，十日即可痊愈。如果是烂脚也可用前法洗净，贴敷数日即愈。
【又方】龟板（炙后研碎）、醋、炉甘石（各三钱）、轻粉（二钱）、冰片（三分），共同研成细末。用麻油（半酒杯）在铜勺内熬滚。再入黄占（二钱）熔化，离火待其凝固。加入前面的药末搅匀。先以葱、椒、甘草汤洗净患处，用油纸做夹纸摊开贴敷。
【白玉膏】白龙骨、煨石膏、制甘石、铅粉（等分），用猪油制成膏状。
【又方】人中白（一钱五分）、寒水石（一钱）、冰片（五厘）、枯矾（八分）、赤石脂（一钱，白色的更好）、另备海螵蛸（一钱）、白占（三分）、麻油（五钱）。先将麻油熬清，次下白占熔化，后下其余药物搅成膏状。
【又方】炉甘石（一两，火煅）、猪胆汁（淬炼七日）、海螵蛸（一钱）、白占（五钱）、枯矾（一钱或五六分，多了会疼痛），用猪板油捣成膏状。
【又方】乳香、没药（各去油）、象皮（各五钱，研成末）、白占（五钱）、铅粉（研细）、黄占、密陀僧（各二两，研成末）、轻粉（四钱）、上上等真桐油（一斤）。放入铜锅内熬至无沫澄清。先入陀僧末搅匀取出，入黄占和白占浓化搅匀。等到油温时放入五种药末搅匀。用大绵纸摊开阴干。根据疮口大小剪贴。对陈年旧疾定有疗效。
【金华散】煨石膏（八两）、生石膏（八两）、飞血丹（一两），共同研成细末。干燥者用香油调敷，潮湿者直接干撒。专治男女新久烂腿疮，及一切痈疖疮毒。且能去腐生肌。
【疮拔毒方】沥青（四两）、矾红（二两），共同研成细末。香油调搽。须忍受疼痛则疮内毒素排出，可拔尽毒水。再用收口药。并治坐板流脓疮。
【疮收口方】冰片（三分）、石决明（二钱）、川连（一钱）、血竭（五分）、琥珀末（一钱）、寒水石（三钱）、乳香（一钱，去油）、黄柏（末五钱），共同研成细末。如果痒得厉害，加飞矾（五分）。凡毒气排尽后疮口不起，边缘肉色发红。先用温苦茶洗一次，敷药一次，不数日即可收口。并治诸毒疮不收敛。
【疮阡张膏】香油（四饭碗）、乱头发（四两）、杉木皮（三两，烧灰研末）、白占（二两）、麝香（五分，研细）。先将香油熬至将熟，入头发熬化。次下杉木灰和白占熔化。后将其余药物投入滚化搅匀。以阡张纸浸入油内收尽为度。贴三日翻一面，七日全愈。无论远近烂见骨者，半月收功。
【疮收口方】象皮（七钱）、血竭（二钱）、龙骨（五钱）、冰片（一钱）、乳香（二钱）、没药（二钱）、海螵蛸（一钱），共同研成细末撒敷。
【烂腿疮方】象皮、八宝丹、冰片、炉甘石各等分，共同研细。先以葱汤洗净患处，然后掺药。
【誓不传方】荆芥（一两）、防风（一两）、川柏（一两）、陀僧（五钱）、铜绿（五钱），共同研成细末。先用水银（三钱）、蓖麻子（十粒），同研至不见星点为止。用桐油煎煮几沸，入前面的药。用油纸看疮的大小摊膏折好刺上千个孔。用米泔水洗净患处贴之。一天换一次。收膏擦净。不拘远近烂腿，数次即见效。
[Clip Paper Ointment] Grind together Borneol (2 fen), Moschus (1 fen), Cupri Acetum (5 fen), Calomelas (5 fen), and Hydrargyrum (2 fen) until no mercury particles are visible. Then, melt together Yellow Beeswax (5 qian), Realgar, and Porcine Subcutaneous Fat (1 liang) evenly. Add the previously ground medicines and pound into an ointment. Spread it on paper for application. Puncture the affected area with multiple needle holes before applying.
[Another Formula] Dragon Bone (4 qian), Cupri Carbonas (8 qian), Prepared Calamina (6 qian, quenched in Coptidis Decoction), Phellodendri Cortex (6 qian), Prepared Atractylodis Rhizoma (6 qian), Left-side Oyster Shell (2 liang), Plumbi Carbonas (8 qian), Minium (8 qian), Borneol (2 fen). Pound with fresh Porcine Subcutaneous Fat to form an ointment.
[Another Formula] Dragon Bone (5 qian), Myrrha (2 qian, oil removed), Alum (1 qian), Elephas Skin (stir-fried with river mud; optional if unavailable), Borneol (1 qian), Gypsum Fibrosum (5 qian, not for males), Prepared Calamina (3 qian). Grind into fine powder. Heat Porcine Fat until boiling, then pound into an ointment. Apply through a barrier of paper and bind tightly with cloth.
[Another Formula] Frankincense (oil removed, 3 qian), Cupri Carbonas (8 qian), Borneol (1 fen), Yellow Beeswax (3 qian), White Beeswax (3 qian). Each ground into fine powder. First, boil Rapeseed Oil (4 liang) with four eggs until charred, then filter out the residue. Melt the two waxes into the oil. Next, add Frankincense and Cupri Carbonas. Finally, add Borneol, wait for cooling, and stir into an ointment. Store in a jar, ensuring it is airtight. Apply through paper. Wrap the applied ointment with cotton-wrapped cloth to prevent air exposure. Change every two weeks. If the wound does not heal, sprinkle Shengji San (Flesh-Generating Powder). For all chronic or recent ulcerated legs, bandage well within ten days to prevent recurrence permanently.
[Another Formula] Egg Yolk (20 pieces) and human hair from a male, boiled to extract oil, approximately half a cup. Sesame Oil (one wine glass) and hair boiled together. White Beeswax and Yellow Beeswax (each 1.5 liang), Calcined Human Hair (1 qian, powdered), Calomelas (1 qian, powdered). First, clarify Sesame Oil by heating. Remove from fire and add the two waxes, stirring continuously. Add egg yolk oil and stir again. Once slightly cooled, add the remaining three ingredients and mix into an ointment.
[Another Formula] Tung Oil (2 liang), White Beeswax (4 liang), Terminalia Chebula Retz., Calomelas, Pinus Resin (each 2 qian), Cupri Carbonas (1 qian), Borneol (3 fen). Briefly heat Tung Oil and White Beeswax, ensuring they do not become too old/hard. Add the remaining medicines and mix into an ointment. Use old umbrella paper as clip paper for application. Puncture multiple needle holes. Change every three days. First, wash the affected area with a decoction of Angelicae Radix and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, then apply. Do not discard used ointments in open air.
[Another Formula] Cuttlebone, Ash of Human Hair, Water Dragon Bone (i.e., rust from old ship bottoms), Calomelas in equal parts. Mix with Tung Oil to make clip paper ointment for application.
[Another Formula] Terminalia Chebula Retz., Minium, Cerussa, Water Dragon Bone, Arsenic Trioxide, Dragon Bone, Cera Alba, Phellodendri Cortex (prepared with Porcine Bile), ground into powder. Pound with Porcine Fat to form an ointment.
[Barrier Paper Ointment] Alum, Zanthoxyli Fructus, Sichuan Pepper, Natrii Sulfas, Quasi-Salt Brick (calcined thoroughly), White Beeswax in equal parts. Grind into fine powder. Mix with oil from green candlesticks and apply on paper. The patient must endure pain during application.
[Another Formula] First, mix Sesame Oil (3 liang) with processed Manis Pentadactyla (1 qian, powdered). Then add White Beeswax (5.5 qian) and melt evenly. Add Lead Monoxide (0.5 fen, powdered) and Fly Minium (1 qian), mix evenly, and remove from heat. When ready to use, spread on oil paper, place a layer of clip paper over it, and puncture multiple needle holes. First, wash the affected area with a decoction of Melia Azedarach Root, then paste. Secure with a thin silk layer. It will heal in ten days. For ulcerated feet, wash with the previous method and paste for a few days to heal.
[Another Formula] Testudo Carapax (calcined and ground), Vinegar, Calamina (each 3 qian), Calomelas (2 qian), Borneol (3 fen). Grind into fine powder. Boil Sesame Oil (half a wine glass) in a copper spoon. Add Yellow Beeswax (2 qian) and melt. Remove from fire and let cool slightly. Add the medicine powder and stir evenly. First, wash the affected area with a decoction of Scallion, Zanthoxyli Fructus, and Glycyrrhizae Radix. Spread on oil paper as clip paper for application.
[Jade White Ointment] Dragon Bone, Calcined Gypsum Fibrosum, Prepared Calamina, Plumbi Carbonas in equal parts. Make into ointment with Porcine Fat.
[Another Formula] Halitum (1.5 qian), Calcitum (1 qian), Borneol (5 li), Calcined Alum (8 fen), Ferri Oxidum Rubrum (1 qian, white variety is better). Separately prepare Cuttlebone (1 qian), White Beeswax (3 fen), Sesame Oil (5 qian). First, clarify Sesame Oil by heating. Then melt White Beeswax. Finally, add the remaining medicines and stir into an ointment.
[Another Formula] Calamina (1 liang, calcined), Porcine Bile (quenched for seven days), Cuttlebone (1 qian), White Beeswax (5 qian), Calcined Alum (1 qian or 5-6 fen; excessive amount causes pain). Pound with Porcine Subcutaneous Fat to form an ointment.
[Another Formula] Frankincense, Myrrha (both oil removed), Elephas Skin (each 5 qian, powdered), White Beeswax (5 qian), Plumbi Carbonas (finely ground), Yellow Beeswax, Litharge (each 2 liang, powdered), Calomelas (4 qian), Top-grade Pure Tung Oil (1 jin). Boil in a copper pot until clear and foam-free. First, add Litharge powder, stir evenly, and remove. Melt the two waxes thickly and stir evenly. When the oil is warm, add the five medicine powders and stir evenly. Spread on large绵纸 (cotton paper) and dry in shade. Cut according to the size of the sore and apply. Effective for chronic conditions.
[Jinhua Powder] Calcined Gypsum Fibrosum (8 liang), Raw Gypsum Fibrosum (8 liang), Fly Blood Red Mineral (1 liang). Grind into fine powder. For dry sores, mix with Sesame Oil and apply. For wet sores, sprinkle directly. Specifically treats new or chronic ulcerated legs in men and women, and all carbuncles, boils, and sores. It removes necrotic tissue and generates flesh.
[Sore Detoxification Formula] Asphaltum (4 liang), Alum Red (2 liang). Grind into fine powder. Mix with Sesame Oil and apply. Enduring pain helps expel toxins from the sore, drawing out all toxic fluids. Follow with wound-healing medicine. Also treats suppurating sores from sitting.
[Wound Healing Formula] Borneol (3 fen), Concha Haliotidis (2 qian), Coptidis Rhizoma (1 qian), Sanguis Dracaenae (5 fen), Amber Powder (1 qian), Calcitum (3 qian), Frankincense (1 qian, oil removed), Phellodendri Cortex (powder, 5 qian). Grind into fine powder. If itching is severe, add Fly Alum (5 fen). After all toxins are expelled, if the wound does not close and the edge flesh appears red, first wash once with warm bitter tea, then apply medicine. It will close in a few days. Also treats various toxic sores that do not heal.
[Qian Zhang Ointment] Sesame Oil (four rice bowls), Tangled Human Hair (4 liang), Metasequoia Bark (3 liang, burned to ash and ground), White Beeswax (2 liang), Moschus (5 fen, finely ground). First, heat Sesame Oil until nearly ripe, add hair and melt. Next, add Metasequoia ash and White Beeswax and melt. Then add remaining medicines, boil, and stir evenly. Immerse Qian Zhang paper into the oil until fully absorbed. Apply for three days, then flip. Fully healed in seven days. Regardless of how deep or old the bone-exposing sore is, it heals within half a month.
[Wound Healing Formula] Elephas Skin (7 qian), Sanguis Dracaenae (2 qian), Dragon Bone (5 qian), Borneol (1 qian), Frankincense (2 qian), Myrrha (2 qian), Cuttlebone (1 qian). Grind into fine powder and sprinkle.
[Ulcerated Leg Sore Formula] Elephas Skin, Babao Dan, Borneol, Calamina in equal parts. Grind finely. First, wash the affected area with scallion water, then sprinkle medicine.
[Formula Not to be Passed On] Schizonepetae Spica (1 liang), Saposhnikoviae Radix (1 liang), Phellodendri Cortex (1 liang), Litharge (5 qian), Cupri Acetum (5 qian). Grind into fine powder. First, grind Hydrargyrum (3 qian) and Ricini Semen (10 grains) together until no star-like particles are visible. Boil in Tung Oil for a few boils, then add the previous medicines. Spread on oil paper according to sore size, fold, and puncture thousands of holes. Wash the affected area with rice washing water and apply. Change once a day. Clean off excess ointment. Effective for any chronic or recent ulcerated leg after several applications.
[Dusheng San] Water Dragon Bone, stir-fried until dry and ground into powder. Mix with Sesame Oil and apply. Treats sores. Also treats women's groin sores.
