秘制癣疮药灵丹 鲜白槿皮（一两二钱） 土槿皮（六钱） 白芨（四两） 冬术（六钱） 斑蝥（一钱） 槟榔
（四钱） 大枫子油（四钱） 川椒（三钱） 番木鳖（四钱） 共为粗末。好滴花烧酒浸一月。取酒搽擦。专治风湿
内郁阳分。变生癣癞汗斑。并治脚缝湿痒。
一切风湿远年坐板痒疮等症。其效如神。
又方 生大黄 皮硝 荔枝核 等分为末。米醋调搽。牛皮顽癣。加旧牛皮灰。铜钱癣。加古钱灰 荷叶癣。加荷
叶灰。
又方 土槿皮（二钱） 雄黄 槟榔（各一钱） 斑蝥（四只） 轻粉（一分五厘） 樟冰（一分） 各研细。火
酒浸搽。
遍身顽癣 川槿皮（一两） 牙皂（五钱） 大枫子肉（三钱） 米醋（一碗） 共煎至半碗。去渣澄清。入明矾
（五钱）研细 皮硝五钱研细 又煎至一小杯。和入土大黄根自然汁一小杯 先以穿山甲刮微破。将笔蘸搽。数日即愈。
癣药酒 海风藤 土大黄根 白果肉（各五钱） 白芷 白芨（各三钱） 槟榔（五钱） 斑蝥（七只） 鲜金钱
松根皮（一两）。雄黄（三钱） 滴花烧酒（半斤） 浸药七日后。凡远年牛皮蛇皮。一切顽阴癣。以酒搽患处。五七遍
自愈。
又方。槿树皮（一钱） 生南星（五钱） 槟榔（一钱） 樟脑（五分） 番木鳖（五分） 蟾酥（三分） 斑蝥
（三只） 用火酒浸擦。
治癣神效方 硫黄（五两） 红矾（四两） 火酒（四两） 先将硫黄入铜杓内化开。用酒煮干。与红矾同研细末。
米醋调搽。
或先用穿山甲刮微破。
一杨梅癣 前药加粉霜（四分）。如前法擦 一狗疥癣 前药加入木鳖（三分） 一牛皮癣 前药加白砒（四分） 一
顽癣 前药加轻粉（二钱） 一乳癣 前药加松香（二钱） 一荷叶癣 前药加枯矾（二钱） 一鸡皮癣 前药加轻粉
（二钱） 同大黄捣烂。以麻布包之。蘸前药擦之。一白风癣 前药加药皮硝（二钱）。
又方 白芨 白蔹 槟榔 土槿皮（各二钱） 轻粉（一钱） 火酒浸擦。
又方 松树根皮（四两） 海桐皮 白藓皮 白槟榔 雷丸（各三两） 斑蝥（四十九）。下体加倍 共为末。醋水
对调。隔一
夜用笔蘸搽。一日三次。七日全愈。
又方 土大黄根（三钱） 蚯蚓粪（三钱） 雷公藤（五分） 大枫子肉（一钱五分） 防风（一钱五分） 山槿
皮（三钱） 共为末。陈醋调搽。
秘制癣疮药灵丹：取鲜白槿皮（一两二钱）、土槿皮（六钱）、白芨（四两）、冬术（六钱）、斑蝥（一钱）、槟榔（四钱）、大枫子油（四钱）、川椒（三钱）、番木鳖（四钱），共同研磨成粗末。用优质的滴花烧酒浸泡一个月。取药酒涂抹擦拭。专门治疗风湿内郁于阳分，变生出的癣癞、汗斑。并治疗脚趾缝间的湿痒。以及一切因风湿引起的长年坐板痒疮等病症，疗效神奇。
又一方：取生大黄、皮硝、荔枝核，等分为末。用米醋调匀后涂抹擦拭。若是牛皮顽癣，加入旧牛皮灰；铜钱癣，加入古钱灰；荷叶癣，加入荷叶灰。
又一方：取土槿皮（二钱）、雄黄、槟榔（各一钱）、斑蝥（四只）、轻粉（一分五厘）、樟冰（一分），分别研细。用火酒浸泡后涂抹擦拭。
遍身顽癣方：取川槿皮（一两）、牙皂（五钱）、大枫子肉（三钱）、米醋（一碗），共同煎煮至剩半碗。滤去药渣澄清。加入明矾（五钱）研细、皮硝五钱研细，再煎至一小杯。混入土大黄根自然汁一小杯。先用穿山甲刮破患处皮肤微破，将笔蘸药液涂抹。数日即可痊愈。
癣药酒：取海风藤、土大黄根、白果肉（各五钱）、白芷、白芨（各三钱）、槟榔（五钱）、斑蝥（七只）、鲜金钱松根皮（一两）、雄黄（三钱）、滴花烧酒（半斤）。浸泡药物七日后。凡是长年的牛皮癣、蛇皮癣，一切顽固的阴癣，用此药酒涂抹患处。涂抹五到七遍即可自愈。
又一方：取槿树皮（一钱）、生南星（五钱）、槟榔（一钱）、樟脑（五分）、番木鳖（五分）、蟾酥（三分）、斑蝥（三只），用火酒浸泡擦拭。
治癣神效方：取硫黄（五两）、红矾（四两）、火酒（四两）。先将硫黄放入铜勺内熔化，用酒煮干。与红矾一同研成细末。用米醋调匀后涂抹。或者先用穿山甲刮破患处皮肤微破。
针对杨梅癣：在前药基础上加粉霜（四分）。按前述方法擦拭。
针对狗疥癣：在前药基础上加入木鳖（三分）。
针对牛皮癣：在前药基础上加白砒（四分）。
针对顽癣：在前药基础上加轻粉（二钱）。
针对乳癣：在前药基础上加松香（二钱）。
针对荷叶癣：在前药基础上加枯矾（二钱）。
针对鸡皮癣：在前药基础上加轻粉（二钱），同大黄捣烂。用麻布包裹，蘸前药擦拭。
针对白风癣：在前药基础上加药皮硝（二钱）。
又一方：取白芨、白蔹、槟榔、土槿皮（各二钱）、轻粉（一钱），用火酒浸泡擦拭。
又一方：取松树根皮（四两）、海桐皮、白藓皮、白槟榔、雷丸（各三两）、斑蝥（四十九只，下体部位用量加倍）。共同研成末。醋和水对半调和。隔一夜后用笔蘸取涂抹。一日三次。七日完全痊愈。
又一方：取土大黄根（三钱）、蚯蚓粪（三钱）、雷公藤（五分）、大枫子肉（一钱五分）、防风（一钱五分）、山槿皮（三钱）。共同研成末。用陈醋调匀后涂抹。
Secretly Manufactured Efficacious Pill for Tinea Lesions: Take fresh Hibiscus tiliaceus bark (1 liang 2 qian), ground Jujube bark (6 qian), Bletilla striata bulb (4 liang), Atractylodes macrocephala rhizome (6 qian), Mylabris (1 qian), Areca nut (4 qian), Croton tiglium oil (4 qian), Sichuan pepper (3 qian), Strychnos nux-vomica seed (4 qian). Grind them together into a coarse powder. Soak in high-quality Dihuashaojiu (distilled liquor) for one month. Take the medicinal liquor to rub and apply. Specifically treats wind-dampness internally stagnating in the Yang aspect, transforming into tinea verrucosa, vitiligo-like patches, and pityriasis versicolor. Also treats damp itching between toes. And all conditions such as chronic sitting-board itch caused by wind-dampness. Its efficacy is miraculous.
Another prescription: Take Rhubarb (raw), Mirabilite, and Lychee seed, grind into equal parts powder. Mix with rice vinegar for topical application. For cowhide stubborn tinea, add ash of old cowhide. For coin-shaped tinea, add ash of ancient coins. For lotus-leaf shaped tinea, add ash of lotus leaves.
Another prescription: Take ground Jujube bark (2 qian), Realgar, Areca nut (each 1 qian), Mylabris (4 insects), Calomelas (1 fen 5 li), Camphor ice (1 fen). Grind each finely separately. Soak in Huojiu (fire wine/liquor) and apply.
For widespread stubborn tinea: Take River Hibiscus bark (1 liang), Toothed soap pod (5 qian), Croton tiglium meat (3 qian), Rice vinegar (1 bowl). Decoct together until half a bowl remains. Filter dregs and clarify. Add Alum (5 qian) finely ground, Mirabilite 5 qian finely ground. Decoct again until a small cup remains. Mix in natural juice of Polygonum multiflorum root (small cup). First, scrape the affected area slightly broken using Pangolin scales. Dip a brush into the medicine and apply. It will heal in a few days.
Tinea Medicinal Wine: Take Saussurea stem, Polygonum multiflorum root, White ginkgo nut (each 5 qian), Angelica dahurica root, Bletilla striata bulb (each 3 qian), Areca nut (5 qian), Mylabris (7 insects), Fresh skin of Pinus massoniana root (1 liang), Realgar (3 qian), Dihuashaojiu (half jin). Soak the herbs for seven days. For chronic cowhide tinea, snake-skin tinea, and all stubborn yin tinea, apply this wine to the affected area. Rub five to seven times and it will heal spontaneously.
Another prescription: Take Hibiscus tree bark (1 qian), Arisaema cum baccis (raw) (5 qian), Areca nut (1 qian), Camphor (5 fen), Strychnos nux-vomica seed (5 fen), Toad venom (3 fen), Mylabris (3 insects). Soak in Huojiu and rub.
Efficacious Prescription for Treating Tinea: Take Sulfur (5 liang), Red Vitriol (4 liang), Fire wine (4 liang). First, melt the sulfur in a copper spoon, boil dry with wine. Grind together with red vitriol into fine powder. Mix with rice vinegar for topical application. Alternatively, first scrape the affected area slightly broken using Pangolin scales.
For Syphilis-like tinea: Add Mercury chloride (4 fen) to the previous medicine. Apply as before.
For Dog scabies tinea: Add Nux-vomica (3 fen) to the previous medicine.
For Psoriasis-like tinea: Add White Arsenic (4 fen) to the previous medicine.
For Stubborn tinea: Add Calomelas (2 qian) to the previous medicine.
For Breast tinea: Add Rosin (2 qian) to the previous medicine.
For Lotus-leaf tinea: Add Calcined Alum (2 qian) to the previous medicine.
For Chicken-skin tinea: Add Calomelas (2 qian) to the previous medicine, crush together with Rhubarb. Wrap in hemp cloth, dip in the previous medicine and rub.
For White wind tinea: Add Medicinal Mirabilite (2 qian) to the previous medicine.
Another prescription: Take Bletilla striata bulb, Ampelopsis japonica tuber, Areca nut, ground Jujube bark (each 2 qian), Calomelas (1 qian). Soak in Huojiu and rub.
Another prescription: Take Pine root bark (4 liang), Pubescent angelica root, Dictamnus dasycarpus bark, Areca nut, Volkensia rosthornii fruit (each 3 liang), Mylabris (49 insects, double dose for lower body). Grind into powder. Mix equally with vinegar and water. Let stand overnight. Dip a brush and apply three times a day. Completely healed in seven days.
Another prescription: Take Polygonum multiflorum root (3 qian), Earthworm feces (3 qian), Tripterygium wilfordii root (5 fen), Croton tiglium meat (1 qian 5 fen), Saposhnikovia divaricata root (1 qian 5 fen), Mountain hibiscus bark (3 qian). Grind into powder. Mix with aged vinegar for topical application.
