外痔搽药 顶大五倍子（十个。钻孔去子） 金头蜈蚣（三条。碎） 儿茶（研。一两五钱） 将二味装入倍子内。
用银纸封固。瓦上 以青烟尽。取起研末。配熊胆（一钱） 冰片（五分） 再研极细。先用皮硝泡汤洗痔后。以猪汁
调搽。
追管丸 姜汁炒胡黄连（一两） 炙刺 皮（一两） 当门子（二分） 共为末。饭和丸如麻子大。每服一钱。食
前酒下。专治痔漏不拘远近。服后管内脓水反多。是药力到也。脓水追尽。服后消管丸自能奏效。不必疑忌。

蝗（五条。瓦上炒焦） 研细为末。丸如粟米大。纳入管内。三日后。管即化出。用轻粉 乳香 麝香 韶粉 东丹 血
竭末 掺之收功。
痔疮化管方 田鸡皮炙灰 血余炭 黄明胶牡蛎拌炒 研末。每朝三钱冲服。
痔漏插药 小茴香（一两） 白芷（三两） 白矾（一两） 研细。铜杓内熔成饼。再入炭火上 令烟尽。取出出
火毒。为细末。用面糊成条。插入漏内。直透至痛处为止。每日三次。七日为止。十余日结痂而愈。如结只一孔。十日
全愈。
洗痔疮方 遍地香 过冬青 凤尾草 各一种俱要鲜 煎汤熏洗二三次。即好。如无鲜者。干者亦可。
痔漏精方 乌梅肉（半斤） 韭菜地蚯蚓（七条。瓦上焙燥） 陈仓老米（八合） 研细饮和丸。夜露早收。每晨
开水下。每服三钱。不论久远一料除根。
枯痔散 明矾（一两） 白砒（三钱） 共研细。入阳城罐内。外围炭火炼至烟起。烟即砒毒。人不可闻。俟烟尽
矾枯去炭。次日取研至无声为度。四围搽之。不可使药流入中孔。致令大痛。
神散元珍丹 明矾 熟存性不碎。如绿豆大。以桂圆肉包之。日服一粒。虽重症服之百日断根。治痔以手搓之。
又方 透明白矾（一斤。捣如豆大） 入罐内。如前法炼至矾笑罐外而枯。其顶如痔形者。即灵药成也。出火毒研
极细。或顶大雪梅片一二厘。取津吐调于手心。搽痔上。不可多搽。再取竹白衣作膏药式糊痔上。数次即愈。其灵药底
可合一切药。
又方 红砒不拘多少。瓦上 至白烟尽为度。飞白矾（各一钱） 乌梅肉（二钱，烧存性） 共研极细。用时以津
吐湿手。指蘸药于痔头痔身搓捻。一日二次。初敷不肿。五六日出臭。如出尽。其痔干枯。此药不用。一方加白灵丹五
分。
灵秘丹药 片脑（一分） 朴硝（五分） 熊胆（二分） 蜗牛（一两） 螺肉（一两） 橄榄炭（五钱） 捣烂
水浸一夜。取水并药敷痔上。
胎元七味丸 头胎男子脐带（三个。瓦上焙存性） 陈棕炭（七钱） 京牛黄（三分） 槐米（二钱） 刺 皮（三
钱） 象皮（四钱） 地榆（三钱） 共研酥油糯米糊丸。如蚕豆大。每服七丸。空心白滚汤下。专治痔漏。三日化管。
七日平满。血清脓止。十日除根。
眼痔 用五倍子烧灰。麻油调搽。
【外痔搽药】选取个头最大的五倍子十个（钻个孔，去掉里面的种子），金头蜈蚣三条（捣碎），儿茶一两五钱（研磨）。将前两种药材装入五倍子内。用银纸密封固定，放在瓦片上烧，直到青烟烧尽为止，取出后研磨成粉末。再加入熊胆一钱、冰片五分，一起研磨至极细。先用皮硝泡的水清洗痔疮患处，然后用猪汁调和药粉涂抹。
【追管丸】胡黄连一两（用姜汁炒制），炙刺皮一两，当门子二分。共同研磨成粉末，用米饭和成药丸，大小如麻子。每次服用一钱，饭前用酒送服。专门治疗痔疮瘘管，无论病程长短。服药后管内脓水反而增多，这是药力到达病灶的表现。待脓水排尽后，再服用消管丸自然能奏效，不必怀疑忌讳。
【消管丸】胡黄连二两（炒制），炒穿山甲片一两，石决明一两，炒槐米一两。分别取纯净的药末，称量准确后混合均匀。用炼蜜制成如麻子大的药丸。每次服用一钱，早晚各一次，用米汤送服。病情严重者四十天可痊愈。之后继续服用完善丸。如果疮口四周有硬肉突出，可以加入二十个蚕茧，炒研后混入药中。
【闭管丸】（即完善丸）。夏枯草十两，连翘壳五两，甘草节五钱，金银花四两。共同炒制后研磨成粉末。另取净金银花一斤煎煮浓汁，用来和药丸。制成如绿豆大小的药丸。每次服用三钱，空腹时用淡盐汤送服。如果是瘘管形成三五年，服用两料即可痊愈；形成一二年者，服用一料即可痊愈。
【外痔搽药】寒水石四两，研磨成极细粉末。大蜒蚰（即鼻涕虫）一百个，同寒水石一起捣烂，阴干后再捣千余下，直至像香灰一样，收存备用。使用时，每取药末二钱，配冰片一分，混合均匀。用蚌水调和涂抹。或者掺入猪胆汁和真麻油也可以。初起者，半个月痊愈；病程长久者，一个月断根。如果痔疮内部出血，可加入蒲黄三四分。外洗可用瓦花和枳壳煎汤。
【治痔神枣散】顶大的南枣一枚（去核），真铜绿（须从铜器上刮下的，数量不限），鳖头一个（煮熟后取出干净骨头打碎）。将铜绿和鳖骨填满枣内，将枣合紧并用线扎牢。煅烧至存性后研磨成粉末。先用秋海棠根叶煎汤清洗疮口，后用清水调敷。
【洗痔极效方】葱白十个，瓦花一两，马牙苋五钱，皮硝五钱，五倍子五钱，槐花五钱，茄根五个，花椒五钱。煎汤频繁清洗。
【又方】烂石榴三只，五倍子五钱，乌梅七个，槐米五钱，地骨皮五钱。煎汤使用。
【痔漏插药】百草霜，黄连各二钱五分，冰片五分，麝香五分，旱莲草头（炒制），蜣螂虫各五钱，蚂蝗五条（在瓦上炒焦）。研磨成细末。制成如粟米大小的药丸，纳入瘘管内。三天后，瘘管即会化出。再用轻粉、乳香、麝香、韶粉、东丹、血竭的粉末撒布以收功。
【痔疮化管方】田鸡皮烤成灰，血余炭，黄明胶与牡蛎拌炒。研磨成粉末。每天早上三钱冲服。
【痔漏插药】小茴香一两，白芷三两，白矾一两。研磨细，在铜勺内熔化成饼状，再放入炭火上烧至烟尽。取出退去火毒，研磨成细末。用面糊做成条状，插入瘘管内，直通疼痛处为止。每日三次，七天为一个疗程。十余日结痂而愈。如果只结一个孔，十天全愈。
【洗痔疮方】遍地香、过冬青、凤尾草，每种各适量，都要新鲜的。煎汤熏洗二三次，即可好转。如果没有新鲜的，干品也可以。
【痔漏精方】乌梅肉半斤，韭菜地的蚯蚓七条（在瓦上焙干），陈仓老米八合。研磨细，用水和成药丸。夜间露置，早晨收取。每天清晨用开水送服。每次三钱。无论病程多久，服用一料即可除根。
【枯痔散】明矾一两，白砒三钱。共同研磨细。放入阳城罐内，外围用炭火炼制至冒烟。冒出的烟是砒毒，人不可闻。等到烟尽，矾枯，去掉炭火。第二天取出，研磨至无声响为度。涂在四周，不可使药流入中间孔洞，以免引起剧烈疼痛。
【神散元珍丹】明矾，熟存性不碎，如绿豆大小，用桂圆肉包裹。每天服用一粒。即使是重症，服用百日也可断根。治疗痔疮时用手搓揉患处。
【又方】透明白矾一斤（捣如豆大），放入罐内，按前述方法炼制至矾“笑”（指罐外鼓起）且干枯。其顶部形状如痔疮者，即为灵药已成。退去火毒，研磨极细。或者加入大雪梅片一二厘，取唾液调匀于手心，涂抹于痔疮上。不可多涂。再取竹白衣做成膏药样式贴在痔疮上，数次即愈。这种灵药底料可以配合其他药物使用。
【又方】红砒不拘多少，在瓦上烧至白烟尽为度。飞白矾各一钱，乌梅肉二钱（烧存性）。共同研磨极细。用时用唾液湿润手指，蘸药在痔头、痔身搓捻。一日二次。初敷不肿，五六天后排出臭物。如排尽，痔疮干枯。此药不用了。另一方加白灵丹五分。
【灵秘丹药】片脑（冰片）一分，朴硝五分，熊胆二分，蜗牛一两，螺肉一两，橄榄炭五钱。捣烂，用水浸泡一夜。取水连同药渣敷在痔疮上。
【胎元七味丸】头胎男子的脐带三个（在瓦上焙至存性），陈棕炭七钱，京牛黄三分，槐米二钱，刺皮三钱，象皮四钱，地榆三钱。共同研磨，用酥油和糯米糊制成如蚕豆大小的药丸。每次服用七丸，空腹用白滚汤送服。专门治疗痔疮瘘管。三日化管，七日平满，血清脓止，十日除根。
[External Hemorrhoid Application] Select ten large Galla Chinensis (Wubeizi, 五倍子) (drill holes and remove seeds), three Centipendrae Cormus (Jintou Wugong, 金头蜈蚣) (crushed), and 1.5 liang of Catechu (Ercha, 儿茶) (ground). Place the first two ingredients inside the Galla Chinensis. Seal tightly with silver paper, place on a tile, and burn until green smoke ceases. Remove, grind into powder. Add 1 qian of Ursus Thibetanus Bile (Xiongdan, 熊胆) and 5 fen of Borax (Bingpian, 冰片), and grind to an extremely fine powder. First, wash the hemorrhoids with water infused with Natrii Sulfas (Pixiao, 皮硝). Then, mix the powder with pig juice and apply externally.
[Zhuiguan Pill] Processed Picrorhizae Rhizoma (Huhuanglian, 胡黄连) 1 liang (stir-fried with ginger juice), Prepared Lignin Pericarpium (Cipi, 刺皮) 1 liang, and Moschus (Dangmenzi, 当门子) 2 fen. Grind together into powder. Mix with rice paste to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 1 qian per dose, taken before meals with wine. Specifically treats hemorrhoidal fistulas regardless of duration. Increased pus discharge after taking the medicine indicates the medicinal force has reached the lesion. Once pus is exhausted, subsequent administration of Xiaoguan Pill will be effective; do not doubt or fear.
[Xiaoguan Pill] Stir-fried Picrorhizae Rhizoma (Huhuanglian, 胡黄连) 2 liang, Stir-fried Pangolin Scales (Chuojiapian, 炒甲片) 1 liang, Halitum (Shijueming, 石决明) 1 liang, Stir-fried Sophorae Flos (Chuaohuai mi, 炒槐米) 1 liang. Take pure powders from each, weigh accurately, and mix uniformly. Form pills with refined honey, size of hemp seeds. Take 1 qian twice daily (morning and evening) with rice soup. Severe cases heal in 40 days. Subsequently take Wan Shan Pill. If hard flesh protrudes around the wound edges, add 20 silkworm cocoons, stir-fried and ground, mixed into the medicine.
[Bigu Pill] (Also known as Wan Shan Pill.) Prunellae Spica (Xiakucao, 夏枯草) 10 liang, Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao Qiao, 连翘壳) 5 liang, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao Jie, 甘草节) 5 qian, Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua, 金银花) 4 liang. Stir-fry together and grind into powder. Decoct 1 jin of purified Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua, 金银花) to make a thick decoction for pill formation. Form pills the size of mung beans. Take 3 qian per dose on an empty stomach with light salt water. For fistulas existing for 3-5 years, two doses cure completely; for 1-2 years, one dose cures.
[External Hemorrhoid Application] Calcitum (Han Shuishi, 寒水石) 4 liang, ground to extremely fine powder. Large Arionidae (Yanyu, 蜒蚰) 100 pieces, pounded together with the mineral until mushy, dried in shade, then pounded over a thousand times until resembling incense ash; store for use. When using, take 2 qian of powder, mix with 1 fen of Borax (Bingpian, 冰片). Apply mixed with clam water. Alternatively, mix with pig bile and true sesame oil. Early stage heals in half a month; chronic cases root out in one month. If internal bleeding occurs, add 3-4 fen of Polygoni Multiflori Caulis (Puhuang, 蒲黄). For external washing, use decoction of Petals of Brick Wall Flower (Wahua, 瓦花) and Aurantii Fructus (Zhike, 枳壳).
[Zhi Shi Shen Zao San] One large Southern Date (Nanzao, 南枣) (pitted), genuine Verdigris (Tonglv, 铜绿) (scraped from copper vessels, amount unspecified), Turtle Carapax (Bietou, 鳖头) one piece (boiled, bones cleaned and crushed). Fill the date with verdigris and turtle bone, tie tightly with thread. Calcine until preserved character remains, then grind to powder. First wash the wound with decoction of Begonia Root and Leaves (Qiuhaitang Genye, 秋海棠根叶), then apply mixed with clear water.
[Ji Xiao Formula for Washing Hemorrhoids] Scallion White (Congbai, 葱白) 10 pieces, Petals of Brick Wall Flower (Wahua, 瓦花) 1 liang, Amaranthus Hybridus (Mayaxian, 马牙苋) 5 qian, Natrii Sulfas (Pixiao, 皮硝) 5 qian, Galla Chinensis (Wubeizi, 五倍子) 5 qian, Sophorae Flos (Huaihua, 槐花) 5 qian, Solani Tuberosi Caulis (Qiegen, 茄根) 5 pieces, Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Huajiao, 花椒) 5 qian. Decoct and wash frequently.
[Another Formula] Rotten Pomegranate (Lanshiliu, 烂石榴) 3 fruits, Galla Chinensis (Wubeizi, 五倍子) 5 qian, Mume Fructus (Wumei, 乌梅) 7 pieces, Sophorae Flos (Huaimi, 槐米) 5 qian, Phellodendri Cortex (Digupi, 地骨皮) 5 qian. Decoct.
[Fistula Insertion Medicine] Fuliginis Cacumen (Baicaoshuang, 百草霜), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) 2.5 qian each, Borax (Bingpian, 冰片) 5 fen, Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) 5 fen, Ecliptae Herba (Haoliancao Tou, 旱莲草头) (stir-fried), Scarabaeus (Chianglangchong, 蜣螂虫) 5 qian each, Hirudo (Mahuang, 蚂蝗) 5 pieces (charred on tile). Grind finely. Form pills the size of millet grains. Insert into the fistula tract. After three days, the tract dissolves and expels. Finish treatment by dusting with Calomel (Qingfen, 轻粉), Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香), Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香), Shaofen (Shaofen, 韶粉), Dongdan (Dongdan, 东丹), and Drynariae Rhizoma (Xuexie, 血竭) powders.
[Hua Guan Formula for Hemorrhoids] Rana Skin (Tianji Pi, 田鸡皮) charred, Human Hair Charcoal (Xueyu Tan, 血余炭), Gelatinum Corii Asini (Huangming Jiao, 黄明胶) stir-fried with Ostrea Concha (Muli, 牡蛎). Grind to powder. Take 3 qian daily in the morning dissolved in water.
[Fistula Insertion Medicine] Foeniculi Fructus (Xiaohuixiang, 小茴香) 1 liang, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, 白芷) 3 liang, Alum (Baifan, 白矾) 1 liang. Grind fine, melt in a copper spoon into a cake, then heat over charcoal until smoke ceases. Remove to eliminate fire toxicity, grind to fine powder. Form strips with flour paste. Insert into the fistula until pain is reached. Three times daily for seven days. Scabs form in over ten days and heal. If only one hole forms, full recovery in ten days.
[Washing Formula for Hemorrhoids] Artemisia Capillaris (Bidianxiang, 遍地香), Ilex Rotunda (Guodongqing, 过冬青), Pteridophyta (Fengweicao, 凤尾草). Use fresh herbs if possible. Decoct for fumigation and washing two to three times. Dry herbs may be used if fresh are unavailable.
[Jing Fang for Hemorrhoidal Fistula] Mume Fructus Flesh (Wumei Rou, 乌梅肉) 0.5 jin, Earthworms from leek fields (Jiucai Di Qiuyin, 韭菜地蚯蚓) 7 pieces (dried on tile), Aged Rice (Chencang Laomi, 陈仓老米) 8 he. Grind fine, mix with water to form pills. Dew at night, collect in morning. Take 3 qian daily with boiling water. Regardless of duration, one course roots out the disease.
[Ku Zhi San] Alum (Mingfan, 明矾) 1 liang, White Arsenic (Baipi, 白砒) 3 qian. Grind fine. Place in Yangcheng jar, surround with charcoal fire. Refine until smoke rises. The smoke is arsenic poison; humans must not inhale it. Wait until smoke ceases and alum becomes dry/crisp. Remove charcoal. Next day, take out and grind until silent. Apply to surrounding areas. Do not let medicine enter the central hole to avoid severe pain.
[Shen San Yuan Zhen Dan] Alum (Mingfan, 明矾), calcined until preserved character but not crumbling, size of mung bean. Wrap in Longan Arillus (Guiyuan Rou, 桂圆肉). Take one pill daily. Even severe cases root out after 100 days. For treating hemorrhoids, rub manually.
[Another Formula] Transparent Alum (Mingfan, 明矾) 1 jin (crushed to bean size). Place in jar, refine as above until the jar bulges ("smiles") and alum dries. If the top resembles a hemorrhoid shape, the spirit medicine is formed. Eliminate fire toxicity, grind extremely fine. Optionally add 1-2 li of Snow Plum Powder (Xuedameipian, 大雪梅片). Mix with saliva in palm, apply to hemorrhoids. Do not apply excessively. Cover with bamboo inner skin paste like a plaster. Heal in several applications. This base can be mixed with other medicines.
[Another Formula] Red Arsenic (Hongpi, 红砒) any amount, roast on tile until white smoke ceases. Sublimated Alum (Feibaifan, 飞白矾) 1 qian each, Mume Fructus Flesh (Wumei Rou, 乌梅肉) 2 qian (calcined). Grind extremely fine. Moisten fingers with saliva, dip in medicine, and rub onto the head and body of the hemorrhoid. Twice daily. Initially no swelling; foul discharge occurs after 5-6 days. Once discharged, hemorrhoid dries up. Discontinue use. Another formula adds 5 fen of Bai Ling Dan (Bailing Dan, 白灵丹).
[Ling Mi Dan Yao] Camphor (Piannao, 片脑) 1 fen, Glauber's Salt (Puxiao, 朴硝) 5 fen, Ursus Thibetanus Bile (Xiongdan, 熊胆) 2 fen, Helix (Wo niu, 蜗牛) 1 liang, Snail Meat (Luorou, 螺肉) 1 liang, Charred Olive (Ganolan Tan, 橄榄炭) 5 qian. Pound until mushy, soak in water overnight. Take the water and medicine residue to apply to hemorrhoids.
[Tai Yuan Qi Wei Wan] Umbilical Cord of First-born Male Infant (Taima Nanzi Qudai, 头胎男子脐带) 3 pieces (charred on tile), Charred Palm Fiber (Chenzong Tan, 陈棕炭) 7 qian, Beijing Bovis Calculus (Jing Niuhuang, 京牛黄) 3 fen, Sophorae Flos (Huaimi, 槐米) 2 qian, Pericarpium Tribuli (Cipi, 刺皮) 3 qian, Elephant Skin (Xiangpi, 象皮) 4 qian, Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu, 地榆) 3 qian. Grind fine, form pills with lard and glutinous rice paste, size of broad beans. Take 7 pills on empty stomach with plain boiled water. Specifically treats hemorrhoidal fistulas. Tract dissolves in 3 days, fills flat in 7 days, blood serum stops, pus ceases, roots out in 10 days.
[Yan Zhi] Burn Galla Chinensis (Wubeizi, 五倍子) to ash. Mix with sesame oil and apply.
