天泡者，乃心火妄动，脾湿随之，有身体上下不同，寒热天时微异。上体者风热多于湿热，宜凉血散风；
下体者湿热多于风热，宜渗湿为先，外用胡粉散、石珍散搽之自愈。此不早治，变为顽风紫癜难痊。
解毒泻心汤
解毒泻心汤芩连 荆防牛子石膏全
山栀滑石玄参草 木通知母共相煎
治心经火旺酷暑时临致生天泡发及遍身者。
黄连 防风 荆芥 山栀 黄芩 牛蒡子 滑石 玄参 知母 石膏（各一钱） 甘草 木通（各五分）
水二钟，灯心二十根，煎八分，食远服。
清脾甘露饮
清脾甘露饮茵陈 术地翘芩栀赤苓
麦冬泽泻苍枳壳 玄明粉草共灯心
治脾经湿热郁遏，乃生天泡，下体多而疼痛者。
白术 赤茯苓 山栀 茵陈 麦门冬 生地 黄芩 枳壳 苍术 泽泻 连翘 甘草 玄明粉（各等分）
水二钟，竹叶、灯心各二十件，煎八分，食前服。
胡粉散
胡粉散治天泡疮 杭粉轻粉石膏当
蛤粉共将研细末 丝瓜汁和效无双
治天泡红肿发热，急胀疼痛，用针挑破掺此药。
杭粉（一两） 轻粉 石膏（ ） 蛤粉（各三钱）
共研极细，挹干患上，用此掺之，或用丝瓜叶捣汁调搽亦好。如冬月无此，用染布青缸汁调搽。
石珍散
石珍散中 石膏 还兼轻粉不相饶
青黛再添黄柏木 将来一掺疾然消
治天泡日久作烂，疼痛不已，脓水淋漓者宜用。
石膏（ ） 轻粉（各一两） 青黛 黄柏末（各三钱）
上共研细，甘草汤洗净，以此药掺之，其疼即止。

主治心经火旺，在酷暑时节导致天泡疮发于全身的情况。
药物组成：黄连、防风、荆芥、山栀、黄芩、牛蒡子、滑石、玄参、知母、石膏（各一钱），甘草、木通（各五分）。
用水二钟，灯心草二十根，煎至八分，饭后服用。
清脾甘露饮
清脾甘露饮由茵陈、白术、生地、连翘、黄芩、山栀、赤茯苓、麦冬、泽泻、苍术、枳壳、玄明粉、甘草共同与灯心草煎煮而成。
主治脾经湿热郁结遏阻，从而产生天泡疮，以下体多见且伴有疼痛的情况。
药物组成：白术、赤茯苓、山栀、茵陈、麦门冬、生地、黄芩、枳壳、苍术、泽泻、连翘、甘草、玄明粉（各等分）。
用水二钟，竹叶、灯心草各二十根，煎至八分，饭前服用。
胡粉散
胡粉散用于治疗天泡疮，使用杭州产的铅粉、轻粉、石膏、蛤粉共同研磨成细末，用丝瓜汁调和，效果无双。
主治天泡疮红肿发热，急胀疼痛，用针挑破后掺入此药。
药物组成：杭粉（一两），轻粉、石膏、蛤粉（各三钱）。
共同研磨极细，吸干患处水分，用此药掺敷，或者用丝瓜叶捣汁调匀涂抹也可以。如果冬季没有丝瓜叶，可用染布用的青缸汁调匀涂抹。
石珍散
石珍散中含有石膏，还兼有轻粉不相上下，再加入青黛和黄柏末，将来一起掺敷，疾病自然消除。
主治天泡疮日久溃烂，疼痛不止，脓水淋漓的情况宜用。
药物组成：石膏、轻粉（各一两），青黛、黄柏末（各三钱）。
以上共同研磨细，用甘草汤洗净患处，以此药掺敷，疼痛即刻停止。
Tianpao (Blistering Disease) arises from the reckless movement of Heart Fire, accompanied by Spleen Dampness. Its presentation varies between the upper and lower body, with slight differences in cold-heat patterns depending on the season. For lesions on the upper body, Wind-Heat predominates over Damp-Heat; cooling the blood and dispersing Wind is appropriate. For lesions on the lower body, Damp-Heat predominates over Wind-Heat; promoting diuresis to leach out Dampness should be prioritized. Externally applying Hu Fen San (Lead Powder Powder) or Shi Zhen San (Stone Treasure Powder) will lead to spontaneous recovery. If not treated early, it may transform into stubborn Feng Zhan (Wind Purpura), which is difficult to cure.
Jiedu Xiexin Tang (Detoxifying Heart-Purging Decoction)
Jiedu Xiexin Tang consists of Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Shanzhi (Gardeniae Fructus), Huashi (Talcum), Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), and Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), decocted together.
It treats Tianpao erupting all over the body caused by excessive Fire in the Heart Meridian during hot summer weather.
Ingredients: Huanglian, Fangfeng, Jingjie, Shanzhi, Huangqin, Niubangzi, Huashi, Xuanshen, Zhimu, Shigao (each 1 qian); Gancao, Mutong (each 0.5 qian).
Decoct with 2 zhong of water and 20 stalks of Dengxincao (Junci Medulla) until reduced to 0.8 zhong; take after meals.
Qingpi Ganlu Yin (Spleen-Clearing Sweet Dew Drink)
Qingpi Ganlu Yin consists of Yichen (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Huangqin, Shanzhi, Chifuling (Poria cum Rosa), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Pericarpium), Xuanmingfen (Mirabilite), and Gancao, decocted together with Dengxincao.
It treats Tianpao arising from stagnant and obstructed Damp-Heat in the Spleen Meridian, predominantly affecting the lower body and accompanied by pain.
Ingredients: Baizhu, Chifuling, Shanzhi, Yichen, Maidong, Shengdi, Huangqin, Zhike, Cangzhu, Zexie, Lianqiao, Gancao, Xuanmingfen (equal parts).
Decoct with 2 zhong of water, 20 leaves of Zhuye (Bambusae Folium), and 20 stalks of Dengxincao until reduced to 0.8 zhong; take before meals.
Hu Fen San (Lead Powder Powder)
Hu Fen San is used to treat Tianpao sores. It uses Hangfen (prepared Lead Powder), Qingfen (Calomel), Shigao, and Gafen (Margarita) ground into a fine powder, mixed with Sigua juice (Luffae Fructus Juice) for unparalleled efficacy.
It treats Tianpao characterized by redness, swelling, heat, acute distension, and pain. Puncture with a needle and apply this powder.
Ingredients: Hangfen (1 liang), Qingfen, Shigao, Gafen (each 3 qian).
Grind extremely finely, dry the lesion surface, and apply this powder. Alternatively, crush Sigua leaves to extract juice and mix for topical application. In winter when Sigua leaves are unavailable, use Qinggang juice (indigo dye vat liquid) for mixing and application.
Shi Zhen San (Stone Treasure Powder)
Shi Zhen San contains Shigao and Qingfen, supplemented with Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) and Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) powder. Applied topically, the disease resolves spontaneously.
It is suitable for chronic Tianpao that has ulcerated, causing unceasing pain and dripping pus.
Ingredients: Shigao, Qingfen (each 1 liang), Qingdai, Huangbai powder (each 3 qian).
Grind all ingredients finely together. Clean the lesion with Gancao decoction, then apply this powder; pain will cease immediately.
