油风乃血虚不能随气荣养肌肤，故毛发根空，脱落成片，皮肤光亮，痒如虫行，此皆风热乘虚攻注而然。
治当神应养真丹服之，外以海艾汤熏洗并效。
海艾汤
海艾汤中甘菊花 防风薄荷藿香加
甘粉槁本蔓荆子 荆芥同煎效可夸
治油风血虚风热所致，皮肤光亮，眉发脱落者。
海艾 菊花 薄荷 防风 本 藿香 甘松 蔓荆子 荆芥穗（各二钱）
用水五、六碗，同药煎数滚，连渣共入敞口钵内，先将热气熏面，候汤温蘸洗之，留药照前再洗。
神应养真丹（见鹤膝风门）
治风、寒、暑、湿袭于三阳部分，以致血脉不能荣运肌肤，虚痒发生，眉发脱落，皮肤光亮者服之。
白屑风多生于头、面、耳、项发中，初起微痒，久则渐生白屑，叠叠飞起，脱之又生，此皆起于热体当风，
风热所化，治当消风散，面以玉肌散擦洗，次以当归膏润之。发中作痒有脂水者，宜翠云散搽之自愈。
祛风换肌丸
祛风换肌丸苍术 首乌牛膝石菖蒲
苦参甘草灵仙等 芎归花粉共相和
治白屑风及紫白癜风、顽风顽癣、湿热疮疥、一切诸疮，搔痒无度，日久不绝，愈之又发宜服之。
威灵仙 石菖蒲 何首乌 苦参 牛膝 苍术 大胡麻 天花粉（各等分） 甘草 川芎 当归（减半）
上为末，新安酒跌丸绿豆大，每服二钱，白汤送下，忌牛肉、火酒、鸡、鹅、羊等发物。

药材：海艾、菊花、薄荷、防风、槁本、藿香、甘松、蔓荆子、荆芥穗（各二钱）。
用水五到六碗，与药物同煎煮沸数次，连同药渣一起放入敞口钵中，先让热气熏蒸面部，待药汤温度适宜时蘸取清洗，保留药液照前法再次清洗。
神应养真丹（见鹤膝风门）
用于治疗风、寒、暑、湿侵袭三阳经部位，导致血脉不能荣运肌肤，产生虚痒，眉毛和头发脱落，皮肤光亮者服用。
白屑风多生于头部、面部、耳部、颈部及发际处，初起轻微瘙痒，日久逐渐生出白色皮屑，层层飞起，脱落后又再生，这都是因为体质偏热又当风受邪，由风热转化而成，治疗应当服用消风散，外用玉肌散擦洗，随后用当归膏滋润。若发际处瘙痒且有脂水渗出者，宜使用翠云散涂抹即可自愈。
祛风换肌丸
祛风换肌丸包含苍术、何首乌、牛膝、石菖蒲，
以及苦参、甘草、威灵仙等，加上川芎、当归、天花粉共同调和。
用于治疗白屑风及紫白癜风、顽风顽癣、湿热疮疥、一切诸疮，瘙痒无度，日久不愈，愈后复发者宜服用。
药材：威灵仙、石菖蒲、何首乌、苦参、牛膝、苍术、大胡麻、天花粉（各等分），甘草、川芎、当归（减半量）。
以上药物研为细末，用新安酒泛制成绿豆大小的丸剂，每次服用二钱，白开水送服，忌食牛肉、烈性酒、鸡、鹅、羊肉等发物。

Youfeng (Oil Wind, alopecia areata) arises from blood deficiency failing to nourish the skin and muscles along with Qi, causing the hair roots to become empty and resulting in patchy hair loss. The skin appears smooth and shiny, with itching as if insects are crawling. This is caused by wind-heat attacking the body when it is deficient.
Treatment should involve taking Shenyang Yangzhen Dan (Miraculous Efficacy Nourishing True Pill), and externally washing with Hai'ai Tang (Sea Mugwort Decoction), which is also effective.
Hai'ai Tang
Hai'ai Tang contains Chrysanthemi Flos (Gan Juhua), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Huoxiang (Agastaches Rhizoma),
plus Ganfen (Gansong, Nardostachys Radix), Gaoben (Ligustici Chuanxiong Radix), Manjingzi (Viticis Semen), and Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica) decocted together for excellent efficacy.
It treats Youfeng caused by blood deficiency and wind-heat, characterized by smooth, shiny skin and loss of eyebrows and hair.
Ingredients: Hai'ai (Artemisia argyi), Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Gaoben (Ligustici Chuanxiong Radix), Huoxiang (Agastaches Rhizoma), Gansong (Nardostachys Radix), Manjingzi (Viticis Semen), Jingjie Sui (Schizonepetae Spica) (each 2 qian).
Use five or six bowls of water, decoct with the herbs until boiling several times. Place the liquid and dregs together into an open-mouthed bowl. First, steam the face with the hot vapor. When the decoction is warm, dip and wash. Retain the medicine to wash again as before.
Shenyang Yangzhen Dan (See section on Crane's Knee Wind)
Treats cases where wind, cold, summerheat, and dampness invade the three Yang meridians, causing the blood vessels to fail to nourish and circulate within the skin and muscles, leading to deficiency-related itching, loss of eyebrows and hair, and smooth, shiny skin.
Bai Xie Feng (White Scale Wind, seborrheic dermatitis) mostly occurs in the head, face, ears, neck, and among the hair. Initially, there is slight itching; over time, white scales gradually appear, layering up and flying off, regenerating after removal. This originates from a heat constitution exposed to wind, transformed by wind-heat. Treatment should involve taking Xiaofeng San (Eliminate Wind Powder), externally wiping with Yujisan (Jade Skin Powder), followed by moisturizing with Danggui Gao (Angelica Ointment). If itching occurs in the hair with oily discharge, applying Cuiyun San (Emerald Cloud Powder) will lead to self-healing.
Qufeng Huanji Wan (Wind-Dispersing Muscle-Replacing Pill)
Qufeng Huanji Wan contains Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Shouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix Preparatoria), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma),
along with Kushen (Coptidis Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Lingxian (Syneilesis Herba), etc., harmonized with Xiongu (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), and Tianhuafen (Trichosanthis Radix).
It treats Bai Xie Feng, Zi Bai Feng Biao (Purple and White Wind Rash), Wanfeng Wanxuan (Stubborn Wind and Stubborn Tinea), damp-heat sores and scabies, all kinds of sores, unrelenting itching, chronic non-healing conditions, and recurrences after healing.
Ingredients: Lingxian (Syneilesis Herba), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix Preparatoria), Kushen (Coptidis Rhizoma), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Dahuama (Sesami Fructus), Tianhuafen (Trichosanthis Radix) (equal parts); Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (half dose).
Grind the above into powder, use Xin'an wine to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 2 qian per dose, washed down with plain boiled water. Avoid beef, strong liquor, chicken, goose, mutton, and other "fa" (stimulating/triggering) foods.
