泽泻（一钱二分） 肉桂（五分） 白术 猪苓 赤茯苓（各一钱）
作一贴。水煎服。

忍冬藤（生者四五两如干者只用一两捣） 大甘草节（一两生用）
二味入瓷器内。以水二碗。慢火煎至一碗。再入无灰酒一碗。再煎十余沸。去渣饮之。
查敷患处。
治痈肿。坚硬不痛。肉色不变。久而不溃。或溃而不敛。或筋挛骨痛。及一切冷症。

治风癣疥癞瘙痒。脓水淋漓。

治心火克肺。传为肺痿。咳嗽喘呕。痰涎壅盛。胸膈痞满。咽嗌不利。
人参 陈皮（去白） 甘草（炙） 地骨皮（各五分） 茯苓 知母（炒各七分） 青皮 天门
冬（去心） 五味子（捣炒各四分） 桑白皮（炒一钱）
水二钟。姜三片。煎八分。食后服。
治肺痈。咳而腥臭。或唾脓瘀。不问脓盛否。并效。肺家虽有方。惟此功效甚捷。
柘黄（一两为末） 百齿霜（即梳垢二钱）
糊丸梧子大。每服三五丸。米饮下。柘黄乃柘树所生。色黄。状如灵芝。江南最多。北
泽泻（一钱二分），肉桂（五分），白术，猪苓，赤茯苓（各一钱）。
以上药材作为一剂。加水煎煮后服用。

忍冬藤（鲜品用四五两，若用干品则只用一两，捣碎），大甘草节（一两，生用）。
将这两味药放入瓷器中。加入两碗水。用慢火煎至剩下一碗。再加入一碗无灰酒。继续煎煮十余次沸腾。滤去药渣，饮用汤汁。
同时检查并敷贴于患处。
治疗痈肿。肿块坚硬且不疼痛。皮肤颜色没有改变。时间久了也不溃破。或者虽然溃破但伤口不愈合。或者出现筋脉拘挛、骨骼疼痛。以及一切寒性病症。
草乌（三两，炒制），南星（一两，煨制），军姜（二两，煨制），白芷（一两），肉桂（半两），赤芍药（一两，研为粉末）。
用葱汤调匀后搽涂患处。
治疗风癣、疥疮、癞病引起的瘙痒。脓水淋漓不断。
蛇床子，独活，苦参，防风，荆芥穗（各一两），枯矾，铜绿（各五钱）。
研为粉末。用麻油调匀后搽涂患处。
治疗心火克制肺金。传变导致肺痿。咳嗽气喘呕吐。痰涎壅盛。胸膈部痞闷胀满。咽喉不利。
人参，陈皮（去白），甘草（炙烤），地骨皮（各五分），茯苓，知母（炒制，各七分），青皮，天门冬（去心），五味子（捣碎炒制，各四分），桑白皮（炒制，一钱）。
用水两钟。生姜三片。煎煮至八分。饭后服用。
治疗肺痈。咳嗽且气味腥臭。或者吐出脓血瘀滞。不论脓液多寡，都有效。治肺部的方剂虽有多个，只有此方功效非常迅速。
柘黄（一两，研为粉末），百齿霜（即梳头垢，二钱）。
用糊制作成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用三五丸。用米汤送下。柘黄是生长在柘树上的菌类。颜色发黄。形状像灵芝。江南地区最多。北方……
Alisma Rhizoma (Ze Xie, 泽泻) (1 qian 2 fen), Cinnamon Twig (Rou Gui, 肉桂) (5 fen), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Bai Zhu, 白术), Polyporus (Zhu Ling, 猪苓), Red Poria (Chi Fu Ling, 赤茯苓) (each 1 qian).
Prepare as one dose. Decoct in water and take orally.
(Honeysuckle Stem, Ren Dong Teng, 忍冬藤 is also known as Honeysuckle Flower, Jin Yin Hua, 金银花 or Egret Vine, Lu Si Teng, 鹭鸶藤; see detailed descriptions in *Waike Jingyao*).
Honeysuckle Stem (Ren Dong Teng, 忍冬藤) (fresh material 4-5 liang, if dried material use only 1 liang, crush), Large Licorice Root Joint (Da Gan Cao Jie, 大甘草节) (1 liang, raw).
Place these two ingredients in a porcelain vessel. Add two bowls of water. Simmer over slow fire until reduced to one bowl. Then add one bowl of non-fermented wine. Continue boiling for more than ten boils. Strain the dregs and drink the liquid.
Simultaneously inspect and apply externally to the affected area.
Treats carbuncles and swellings. The mass is hard and painless. The skin color remains unchanged. It persists for a long time without suppurating. Or if it suppurates, it fails to heal. Or there are tendon spasms and bone pain. And all cold syndromes.
Aconite Lateral Root (Cao Wu, 草乌) (3 liang, stir-fried), Arisaema Rhizoma (Nan Xing, 南星) (1 liang, baked), Zingiber Rhizoma (Jun Jiang, 军姜) (2 liang, baked), Angelica Dahurica Root (Bai Zhi, 白芷) (1 liang), Cinnamon Twig (Rou Gui, 肉桂) (0.5 liang), Red Peony Root (Chi Shao Yao, 赤芍药) (1 liang, powdered).
Mix into powder. Apply externally mixed with green onion decoction.
Treats wind-xanthoma, scabies, leprosy causing itching. Profuse discharge of pus and fluid.
Cnidium Fruit (She Chuang Zi, 蛇床子), Angelica Pubescens Root (Du Huo, 独活), Sophora Root (Ku Shen, 苦参), Saposhnikovia Root (Fang Feng, 防风), Schizonepeta Spike (Jing Jie Sui, 荆芥穗) (each 1 liang), Calcined Alum (Ku Fan, 枯矾), Verdigris (Tong Lv, 铜绿) (each 5 qian).
Powderize. Apply externally mixed with sesame oil.
Treats Heart Fire suppressing Lung Metal. Transmission leads to Lung萎 (Fei Wei, 肺痿 - Lung atrophy/withering). Cough, asthma, vomiting. Abundant phlegm and saliva. Chest and diaphragm stuffiness and fullness. Throat discomfort.
Ginseng Radix (Ren Shen, 人参), Tangerine Peel (Chen Pi, 陈皮) (white part removed), Glycyrrhiza Root (Gan Cao, 甘草) (roasted), Lycii Cortex (Di Gu Pi, 地骨皮) (each 5 fen), Poria (Fu Ling, 茯苓), Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhi Mu, 知母) (stir-fried, each 7 fen), Citrus Aurantium Fructus (Qing Pi, 青皮), Asparagus Fern Root (Tian Men Dong, 天门冬) (heart removed), Schisandra Fruit (Wu Wei Zi, 五味子) (crushed and stir-fried, each 4 fen), Mulberry Root Bark (Sang Bai Pi, 桑白皮) (stir-fried, 1 qian).
Add two zhong of water. Three slices of ginger. Decoct until 8 fen remains. Take after meals.
Treats Lung Abscess (Fei Yong, 肺痈). Cough with foul smell. Or expectoration of pus and blood stasis. Effective regardless of the amount of pus. Although there are formulas for treating the lungs, this formula has very rapid efficacy.
