丹溪曰。阿胶饮子以牛胶属金属土。补肺气。实大肠。壮胃止泄。黄蜡丸以蜡味甘淡。
实大肠。补而难化。
国老膏以甘草化毒行经。远志酒、忍冬酒皆有补性。归心归血。用之颇切。善用者以之
配入肿疡之散。结溃疡之补虚。亦奏捷效。
车螯（四个黄泥 红。出火毒。研末） 栝蒌仁（新瓦上。炒令香。） 甘草节（二钱。炒
灯草（三十茎。） 上除车螯为粗末。作一服。用酒二碗。煎耗半碗。去渣。入蜜一大匙和匀
。调车螯末二钱。腻粉少许。空心温服。取下恶物。
丹溪曰。车螯散一以轻粉为佐。一以灯心为佐。其散肿消毒下积。安详稳重。轻小症候
。亦可仗之。
飞龙夺命丹 治疔疮恶肿。初发或发而黑陷。毒瓦斯内陷者。
丹溪曰。世多用之。香窜燥毒之剂。无经不至。故能宣泄。备汗、吐、下三法。病因食
禽畜毒发。及疮脉沉、紧、细、数。蕴毒在里。并湿毒。用之神效若大热大渴。毒瓦斯 发而
脉浮洪在表。及膏粱积热之人。未宜轻举。

Dried Quercus variabilis leaf (4 liang 5 qian), dried lotus leaf central stalk, dried Hemerocallis citrina root, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma with nodes, Sanguisorbae Radix (each 1 liang). Finely chopped. Take 0.5 liang per dose. With two bowls of water, divide into two doses. Take one dose in the morning and one in the evening. Abscesses not yet formed will resolve spontaneously; those with pus will dry up.
Danxi stated: Lotus leaf stalk removes bad blood; Hemerocallis root promotes urination, detoxifies, and benefits the chest and diaphragm. Quercus variabilis has thorns and can expel pathogens. Sanguisorbae Radix treats blood diseases in the lower jiao. For mild cases, it may serve as a preventive measure to support the expulsion of toxins.
(La Fan Wan [Beeswax and Alum Pill], Guo Lao Gao [National Elder Paste], Yuan Zhi Jiu [Polygala Wine])
Danxi stated: E-jiao Yinzi uses beef glue which belongs to metal generating earth, tonifying lung qi, strengthening the large intestine, fortifying the stomach, and stopping diarrhea. Huang La Wan uses beeswax which is sweet and bland, strengthening the large intestine but being tonifying and difficult to digest. Guo Lao Gao uses Glycyrrhizae Radix to transform toxins and promote meridian circulation. Yuan Zhi Jiu and Jin Yin Hua Jiu both have tonifying properties, directing to the heart and blood. Their use is quite appropriate. Skilled practitioners combine them with powders for swelling ulcers or tonics for healing ulcers, achieving swift effects.
Tridacna gigas shell (four pieces, coated with yellow clay and fired red to remove fire toxicity, then ground into powder), Trichosanthis Semen (stir-fried on a new tile until fragrant), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma with nodes (2 qian, stir-fried), Junci Medulla (30 stems). Except for the Tridacna gigas shell, grind the others into coarse powder for one dose. Use two bowls of wine, decoct until half is consumed, strain, add one large spoonful of honey and mix well. Mix in 2 qian of Tridacna gigas shell powder and a small amount of Calomelas. Take warm on an empty stomach to expel foul matter.
Danxi stated: Che'ao San uses either Calomelas or Junci Medulla as an assistant. It reduces swelling, detoxifies, and eliminates accumulation. It is steady and reliable. For mild cases, it can also be relied upon.
Feilong Duoming Dan treats Ding Chuang (carbuncles) and malignant swellings. Used when initially developed or when blackening and sinking occurs due to internal invasion of toxic factors.
Danxi stated: It is widely used in the world. It is a pungent, penetrating, and drying toxic agent that reaches all meridians, thus capable of venting through sweating, vomiting, and purging methods. It is effective for conditions caused by ingesting poultry/livestock toxins, or where sores present with deep, tight, fine, or rapid pulses indicating internal accumulation of toxins and damp-heat toxins. However, if there is high fever and thirst with floating and surging pulses indicating exterior involvement, or in individuals with accumulated heat from rich food and alcohol, it should not be used lightly.
