治疗伤寒脏腑壅滞毒邪，无法宣通疏泄，肌肤发出斑疹，适宜服用此方。
药材：黄芩、大青、川升麻、石膏（以上各一两）、栀子仁（半两）、川朴硝（二两）。
将上述药物捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用五钱，用水一大盏半，加入豆豉五十粒、葱白二茎、生姜半分，煎煮至五分，去渣滓，不分时候温服，以轻微腹泻为度。
又一方。
药材：犀角屑（一两）、川大黄（二两，锉碎后微炒）、栀子仁（半两）、蓝叶（一两）、川升麻（一两）、甘草（半两，炙至微红并锉碎）。
将上述药物捣细过筛制成散剂。每次服用五钱，用水一大盏，煎煮至五分，去渣滓，不分时候温服。
治疗伤寒十日内，未能出汗，表里都有热邪，出现发斑，胡言乱语想要奔跑，眼睛和面色都发黄，心中烦闷，大便不通利的症状。
药材：黄芩、大青、川升麻、川大黄（锉碎后微炒）、茵陈、川朴硝（以上各一两）、栀子仁（半两）、黄连（半两，去除须根）、甘草（半两，炙至微红并锉碎）。
将上述药物捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用五钱，用水一大盏，加入竹叶三十七片，煎煮至五分，去渣滓，不分时候温服，以大便通畅为度。
药材：大青（一两半）、川升麻（二两）、甘草（二两，炙至微红并锉碎）。
将上述药物捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用五钱，用水一大盏，加入豆豉小半合，煎煮至五分，去渣滓，不分时候温服。
治疗伤寒，斑疮即将发出，脉象洪大，心中烦躁发热，只要让患者在纸上小便，尿液颜色如金色即可判断，适宜服用此方。
药材：猪胆汁（一合）、浓醋（一合）、鸡蛋一枚（打破去壳）。
将上述药物混合，煎煮三沸，放温后顿服（频繁服用）。
药材：川升麻、栀子仁、大青、黄芩、甘草（炙至微红并锉碎）（以上各一两）、石膏（二两）。
将上述药物捣粗罗制成散剂。每次服用五钱，用水一中盏，加入生地黄汁半合，煎煮至六分，去渣滓，不分时候温服。
药材：犀角屑、麻黄（去除根和节）、栀子仁、黄连（去除须根）、地骨皮、甘草（炙至微红并锉碎）、马牙硝郁金（以上各一两）、石膏（二两）。
将上述药物捣粗罗制成散剂。每次服用五钱，用水一大盏，煎煮至五分，去渣滓，不分时候温服，以病愈为度。
治疗伤寒黑色斑疹不断发出，适宜服用此方。
药材：川升麻（一两）、黄芩（一两半）、川大黄（一两，锉碎后微炒）、犀角屑（一两半）、川芒硝（一两）、栀子仁（一两）。
将上述药物捣细罗制成散剂。每次服用时，不分时候，用甘草汤放冷后，调服二钱，以病愈为度。
治疗伤寒斑毒已发出，心脏仍有残余热邪，发作性烦躁，适宜服用天竺黄散方。
药材：天竺黄、川升麻、子芩、茯神、犀角屑、赤芍药、人参（去除芦头）、铅霜（研细）（以上各半两）、麦门冬（一两，去除心后焙干）、甘草（半两，炙至微红并锉碎）、栀子仁（一分）、黄连（一分，去除须根）。
将上述药物捣细罗制成散剂，加入已研细的药物搅拌均匀。每次服用时，不分时候，用竹叶汤调服二钱。
药材：黄连（一两，去除须根）、犀角屑（半两）、石膏（二两）、栀子仁（一两）、甘草（半两，炙至微红并锉碎）。
将上述药物捣粗罗制成散剂。每次服用四钱，用水一中盏，煎煮至六分，去渣滓，不分时候温服。
药材：大青（一两）、甘草（半两，炙至微红并锉碎）、黄明胶（半两，捣碎后炒至黄燥）、豉（二两）。
将上述药物细锉并混合均匀。每次服用半两，用水一中盏，煎煮至六分，去渣滓，不分时候温服。
The pathogenic factors of cold damage disease are located in the exterior. It may be that sweating has not yet been induced, or that the pathogen has not been resolved after sweating, or that heat remains unremoved after emesis or purgation. This is due to the abundance of toxic qi (poisonous energy).
For treating cold damage where macules and urticaria appear like brocade patterns, accompanied by cough, mental restlessness, and incessant vomiting, it is appropriate to take Loulu San (Scrophularia Powder).
Herbs: Scrophulariae Radix (Loulu), Aged Tangerine Peel (Chen Jupi) (steeped in hot water, white pith removed, dried), Peucedani Radix (Qianhu) (radicle removed), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang) (roots and nodes removed), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Apricot Seeds (Xingren) (steeped in hot water, skin and tips removed, double kernels discarded, stir-fried with bran until slightly yellow) (each 1 liang above).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into a powder. Take 4 qian per dose, decoct with one zhongzhan (unit of volume) of water until reduced to six-tenths, remove the dregs, and take warm at any time.
For treating cold damage where internal organs are congested with toxic pathogens, unable to vent and disperse, resulting in skin eruptions, it is appropriate to take this prescription.
Herbs: Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Isatidis Folium (Daqing), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Chuan Shengma), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) (each 1 liang above), Gardeniae Fructus (Zishiren) (0.5 liang), Mirabilite (Chuan Puxiao) (2 liang).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into a powder. Take 5 qian per dose, decoct with one and a half dazhan (large unit of volume) of water, add 50 grains of Fermented Soybean (Douchi), two stems of Scallion White (Congbai), and 0.5 fen of Fresh Ginger (Shengjiang), decoct until reduced to five-tenths, remove the dregs, and take warm at any time, stopping when slight diarrhea occurs.
Another prescription.
Herbs: Rhinocerotis Cornu (Xijiao) (1 liang), Rheum Palmatum (Chuan Dahuang) (2 liang, cut into pieces and slightly stir-fried), Gardeniae Fructus (Zishiren) (0.5 liang), Isatis Leaf (Lanye) (1 liang), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Chuan Shengma) (1 liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (0.5 liang, honey-fried until slightly red and cut).
Sieve the above herbs finely into a powder. Take 5 qian per dose, decoct with one dazhan of water until reduced to five-tenths, remove the dregs, and take warm at any time.
For treating cold damage within ten days where sweating has not occurred, with heat in both interior and exterior, eruption of macules, delirious speech with a desire to run, yellowing of eyes and complexion, mental restlessness, and difficult defecation.
Herbs: Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Isatidis Folium (Daqing), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Chuan Shengma), Rheum Palmatum (Chuan Dahuang) (cut and slightly stir-fried), Artemisiae Scopariae Herba (Yinchen), Mirabilite (Chuan Puxiao) (each 1 liang above), Gardeniae Fructus (Zishiren) (0.5 liang), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (0.5 liang,须 removed), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (0.5 liang, honey-fried until slightly red and cut).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into a powder. Take 5 qian per dose, decoct with one dazhan of water, add 37 leaves of Bamboo Leaf (Zhuye), decoct until reduced to five-tenths, remove the dregs, and take warm at any time, stopping when bowel movement is smooth.
For treating cold damage where macules erupt on the body and face, it is appropriate to take Daqing San (Isatis Powder).
Herbs: Isatidis Folium (Daqing) (1.5 liang), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Chuan Shengma) (2 liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (2 liang, honey-fried until slightly red and cut).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into a powder. Take 5 qian per dose, decoct with one dazhan of water, add a small half-he (unit of volume) of Fermented Soybean (Douchi), decoct until reduced to five-tenths, remove the dregs, and take warm at any time.
For treating cold damage where macules are about to erupt, with a surging pulse, mental irritability and heat, if the patient urinates on paper and the urine is golden in color, it is appropriate to take this prescription.
Herbs: Porcine Bile (Zhudan Zhi) (1 he), Strong Vinegar (Yan Cu) (1 he), Chicken Egg (Jizi) (one egg, broken and shell removed).
Mix the above ingredients, boil for three boils, let cool to warm temperature, and take in one go (frequent dosing).
For treating cold damage where heat toxins are unresolved and tend to transform into macules, Jiedu Shengma San (Cimicifuga Detoxifying Powder).

Coarsely sieve the above herbs into a powder. Take 5 qian per dose, decoct with one zhongzhan of water, add 0.5 he of Rehmanniae Radix Recens Juice (Sheng Dihuang Zhi), decoct until reduced to six-tenths, remove the dregs, and take warm at any time.
For treating cold damage where red macules erupt continuously, it is appropriate to take Xijiao San (Rhino Horn Powder).
Herbs: Rhinocerotis Cornu (Xijiao), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang) (roots and nodes removed), Gardeniae Fructus (Zishiren), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (须 removed), Cortex Lycii (Digupi), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (honey-fried until slightly red and cut), Halloysit Rubrum (Mayaxiao) and Curcumae Longae Rhizoma (Yujin) (each 1 liang above), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) (2 liang).
Coarsely sieve the above herbs into a powder. Take 5 qian per dose, decoct with one dazhan of water until reduced to five-tenths, remove the dregs, and take warm at any time, stopping when cured.
For treating cold damage where black macules erupt continuously, it is appropriate to take this prescription.
Herbs: Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Chuan Shengma) (1 liang), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin) (1.5 liang), Rheum Palmatum (Chuan Dahuang) (1 liang, cut and slightly stir-fried), Rhinocerotis Cornu (Xijiao) (1.5 liang), Natrii Sulfas (Chuan Mangxiao) (1 liang), Gardeniae Fructus (Zishiren) (1 liang).
Finely sieve the above herbs into a powder. For each dose, at any time, use a decoction of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) cooled down, mix with 2 qian of powder, and take, stopping when cured.
For treating cold damage where macule toxins have erupted but residual heat remains in the Heart, causing intermittent irritability, it is appropriate to take Tianzhu Huang San (Calculus Bovis Powder).
Herbs: Calculus Bovis (Tianzhu Huang), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Chuan Shengma), Scutellariae Radix (Ziqin), Poria (Fushen), Rhinocerotis Cornu (Xijiao), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao), Ginseng Radix (Renshen) (radicle removed), Plumbum Subacetatum (Qianshuang) (ground) (each 0.5 liang above), Ophiopogonis Tuber (Mendong) (1 liang, heart removed and dried), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (0.5 liang, honey-fried until slightly red and cut), Gardeniae Fructus (Zishiren) (1 fen), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (1 fen,须 removed).
Finely sieve the above herbs into a powder, mix evenly with the ground ingredients. For each dose, at any time, take 2 qian mixed with a decoction of Bamboo Leaf (Zhuye).
For treating cold damage where macule toxins are unresolved, it is appropriate to take Huanglian San (Coptis Powder).

Coarsely sieve the above herbs into a powder. Take 4 qian per dose, decoct with one zhongzhan of water until reduced to six-tenths, remove the dregs, and take warm at any time.
For treating cold damage occurring one to two days or more than ten days later, presenting with jaundice and gall-bladder macules, this formula serves as the primary treatment.
Herbs: Isatidis Folium (Daqing) (1 liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (0.5 liang, honey-fried until slightly red and cut), Ox Hide Glue (Huangming Jiao) (0.5 liang, pounded and stir-fried until yellow and dry), Fermented Soybean (Douchi) (2 liang).
Cut finely and mix evenly. Take 0.5 liang per dose, decoct with one zhongzhan of water until reduced to six-tenths, remove the dregs, and take warm at any time.
