治伤寒发豌豆疮。瘥后瘢痕不没。宜涂鹰粪白膏方。
鹰粪白（半合） 辛夷（一两） 白附子（一分） 杜若〔一（二）两〕 细辛（二两）
上件药。捣碎。以酒一升。浸一宿。入羊髓五两。慢火煎五七沸。去滓。盛于瓷合中。
每用时。先以新布揩疮瘢令热。后以药薄涂之。
治伤寒。发豌豆疮初瘥。宜涂朴硝膏方。
川朴硝（一两细研如粉） 猪胆〔二（一）枚用汁〕
上件药。相和。调为膏。用摩疮瘢上。勿令动着。任疮痂自落。
治伤寒发豌豆疮。瘥后。宜涂灭瘢白芷膏方。
白芷（一两） 当归（一两） 鸡屎白（五两）
上件药。用猪脂七两。麻油三两。以慢火煎白芷色黄。去滓。内鸡屎白。搅和。煎如膏

上件药。都研令匀。用菟丝子苗。研取自然汁。调如膏。夜间先前葱白汤洗面。后涂药
。明旦以暖浆水洗之。
治伤寒。热毒发豌豆疮。瘥后。满面瘢痕。玉屑膏方。
玉屑 密陀僧 附子（生去皮脐捣细罗为末） 珊瑚（以上各二两）
上件药。都研令细。每度。以药末二钱。用真牛酥调匀。夜卧时。涂面。来日以温浆水
洗之。
又方。
鹰粪白（二两半） 白僵蚕（二两）
上件药。先捣僵蚕为末。次入鹰粪白。同研如粉。以白蜜调和稀饧。涂于瘢上。日二易
之。
又方。
杏仁（一两汤浸去皮尖双仁别研为膏） 鸡子白（二枚）
上件药相和。调如稀饧。每夜涂疮瘢上。至旦以温浆水洗之。
又方。
鸡子（七枚煮熟用黄） 乱发（一两剪碎）
上件药。同于铫子内炒。候发消尽成油。用薄绵滤。入瓷盒中盛。夜卧时涂摩之。
又方。
马齿苋（自然汁五合） 蛤粉（二两细研）
上件药。相和令匀。每日涂于疮瘢上。
又方。
川升麻（二两） 白蜜（三两）
上件药。先以水一大盏。煎升麻取半盏。滤去滓。下蜜更煎良久。候冷。旋旋取涂摩疮
瘢上。
伤寒病中，出现豌豆疮（一种类似天花的皮疹）的情况，都是由热毒引起的。这种毒气侵入脏腑，残留的毒气上冲至肌肉，从而产生疮疹。
治疗伤寒引发的豌豆疮，痊愈后瘢痕仍未消退的方子：鹰粪白膏方。
药材包括：鹰粪白（半合）、辛夷（一两）、白附子（一分）、杜若（二两）、细辛（二两）。
制作与使用方法：将上述药物捣碎，用一升酒浸泡一夜，加入五两羊髓，用慢火煎煮五到七次沸腾。滤去药渣，装入瓷盒中保存。每次使用时，先用新布擦拭疮瘢部位使其发热，然后将药膏薄薄地涂抹在上面。
治疗伤寒引发豌豆疮，刚痊愈时宜用的方子：朴硝膏方。
药材包括：川朴硝（一两，研成细粉状）、猪胆汁（一枚，取汁液）。
制作与使用方法：将上述药物混合，调制成膏状。涂抹在疮瘢上，不要用力揉搓，让疮痂自然脱落。
治疗伤寒引发的豌豆疮，痊愈后宜用的方子：灭瘢白芷膏方。
药材包括：白芷（一两）、当归（一两）、鸡屎白（五两）。
制作与使用方法：使用七两猪脂和三两麻油，用慢火煎煮白芷至颜色变黄，滤去药渣。加入鸡屎白，搅拌混合，继续煎煮至呈膏状。装入瓷器中保存。每天涂抹并按摩疮瘢部位。
治疗伤寒引发的豌豆疮，痊愈后面部布满疮瘢且久不消退的方子：白蔹膏方。
药材包括：白蔹（三分）、生矾石（半两）、白石脂（一分）、杏仁（一两，用水浸泡后去皮尖，双仁者研磨成膏）。
制作与使用方法：将上述药物（除杏仁外）捣碎过筛成散剂，然后加入杏仁膏，研磨均匀。再加入一个新鲜鸡蛋清和二两酥油，混合研磨成膏状。装入瓷器中保存。每晚取适量涂于面部，次日清晨用温浆水清洗。
治疗伤寒引发的豌豆疮，刚痊愈后面部布满疮瘢的方子：猪蹄汤洗方。
药材包括：猪蹄（一两）、川芎（半两）、葳蕤（半两）、桑根白皮（半两）、白术（半两）、白茯苓（半两）、商陆（半两）、白芷（半两）。
制作与使用方法：将上述药物全部切碎。先用水二斗煮猪蹄，煮至剩一斗五升时，捞出猪蹄，放入其他药物，煎煮至剩八升。滤去药渣。每晚用此汤清洗患处。
治疗伤寒引发的豌豆疮，痊愈后瘢痕未消的方子：白附子膏方。
药材包括：白附子、密陀僧、牡蛎（烧成粉）、川芎、白茯苓（以上各半两）。
制作与使用方法：将上述药物捣碎过筛成散剂，再研磨至极细。用酥油调和后敷在疮瘢上。
治疗伤寒引发的豌豆疮，痊愈后瘢痕红肿未消的方子：栝蒌子膏方。
药材包括：栝蒌子（一升，用水浸泡掰开取仁，研磨成膏）、白石脂（一两，捣碎过筛成末）、麝香（一分，细研）、雄雀粪（半两，白色者，细研）。
制作与使用方法：将所有药物研磨均匀。用菟丝子苗榨取的天然汁液调成膏状。夜间先用葱白汤洗脸，然后涂抹药物，第二天早晨用暖浆水清洗。
治疗伤寒，因热毒引发豌豆疮，痊愈后面部布满瘢痕的方子：玉屑膏方。
药材包括：玉屑、密陀僧、附子（生用，去皮脐，捣碎过筛成末）、珊瑚（以上各二两）。
制作与使用方法：将所有药物研磨极细。每次取药末二钱，用真牛酥调匀。睡前涂于面部，次日清晨用温浆水清洗。
另一个方子：
药材包括：鹰粪白（二两半）、白僵蚕（二两）。
制作与使用方法：先将白僵蚕捣成粉末，再加入鹰粪白，共同研磨成粉。用白蜜调和成稀饧状，涂抹在瘢痕上，每天更换两次。
又一个方子：
药材包括：杏仁（一两，用水浸泡去皮尖，双仁者单独研磨成膏）、鸡蛋清（两个）。
制作与使用方法：将上述药物混合，调成稀饧状。每晚涂抹在疮瘢上，次日清晨用温浆水清洗。
又一个方子：
药材包括：鸡蛋（七个，煮熟取蛋黄）、乱发（一两，剪碎）。
制作与使用方法：将两者一同放入铛中炒制，直到头发完全熔化变成油。用薄绵过滤，装入瓷盒中保存。睡前涂抹并按摩患处。
又一个方子：
药材包括：马齿苋（天然汁液五合）、蛤粉（二两，细研）。
制作与使用方法：将两者混合均匀。每天涂抹在疮瘢上。
又一个方子：
药材包括：川升麻（二两）、白蜜（三两）。
制作与使用方法：先用一大盏水煮升麻，取半盏汁液，滤去药渣。加入蜂蜜再煎煮较长时间。待冷却后，随时取少量涂抹并按摩疮瘢部位。
In diseases of cold damage (Shanghan), the eruption of pea-like sores (a rash resembling smallpox) is caused by heat-toxin. This pathogenic factor invades the Zang-Fu organs, and residual toxic qi rises to the muscles, generating sores and rashes.
Formula for treating pea-like sores from cold damage with persistent scars after recovery: Ying Fen Bai Gao (Eagle Droppings White Ointment).
Ingredients: Ying Fen Bai (White Eagle Droppings, 0.5 he), Xin Yi (Magnolia Flower, 1 liang), Bai Fu Zi (Aconitum Kusnezoffii Root, 1 fen), Ruo (Doe-rue, 2 liang), Xi Xin (Asarum, 2 liang).
Preparation and Usage: Crush the above herbs, soak in one sheng of wine overnight. Add five liang of sheep marrow, and simmer over low heat for five to seven boils. Strain the dregs and store in a porcelain container. When using, first rub the scarred area with a new cloth until warm, then apply a thin layer of the ointment.
Formula suitable for use immediately after recovery from pea-like sores caused by cold damage: Piao Xiao Gao (Niter Ointment).
Ingredients: Chuan Piao Xiao (Mirabilite, 1 liang, finely ground into powder), Zhu Dan (Pig Gallbladder Juice, juice from one gallbladder).
Preparation and Usage: Mix the ingredients to form an ointment. Apply to the scars without rubbing; allow the scabs to fall off naturally.
Formula suitable for use after recovery from pea-like sores caused by cold damage: Mie Ban Bai Zhi Gao (Angelica Dahurica Scar-Removing Ointment).
Ingredients: Bai Zhi (Angelica Dahurica, 1 liang), Dang Gui (Chinese Angelica, 1 liang), Ji Shi Bai (Chicken Droppings White, 5 liang).
Preparation and Usage: Use seven liang of lard and three liang of sesame oil. Simmer Bai Zhi over low heat until it turns yellow, then strain. Add Ji Shi Bai, stir well, and continue simmering until it forms an ointment consistency. Store in a porcelain vessel. Apply and massage onto the scars daily.
Formula for treating extensive facial scarring from pea-like sores that persists long after recovery: Bai Lian Gao (Ampelopsis Radix Ointment).
Ingredients: Bai Lian (Ampelopsis Radix, 3 fen), Fan Shi (Alumen, raw, 0.5 liang), Bai Shi Zhi (Kaolinite, 1 fen), Xing Ren (Apricot Seed, 1 liang, soaked in water, peeled, de-husked, double-kernel seeds ground into paste).
Preparation and Usage: Finely grind the herbs (excluding Xing Ren) and sieve them into a powder. Mix in the Xing Ren paste until uniform. Then add one fresh egg white and two liang of butter (Su), grinding thoroughly to form an ointment. Store in a porcelain vessel. Apply to the face every night and wash off the next morning with warm fermented rice water.
Decoction for washing facial scarring immediately after recovery from pea-like sores: Zhu Ti Tang (Pig Trotter Decoction).
Ingredients: Zhu Ti (Pig Trotter, 1 liang), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome, 0.5 liang), Wei Rui (Polygonatum Odoratum Rhizome, 0.5 liang), Sang Gen Bai Pi (Morus Alba Root Bark, 0.5 liang), Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome, 0.5 liang), Bai Fu Ling (Poria Cocos, 0.5 liang), Shang Lu (Phytolacca Acinosa Root, 0.5 liang), Bai Zhi (Angelica Dahurica, 0.5 liang).
Preparation and Usage: Coarsely chop all herbs. First, boil the pig trotter in two dou of water until reduced to one dan and five sheng. Remove the trotters, add the remaining herbs, and decoct until reduced to eight sheng. Strain. Wash the affected area nightly with this liquid.
Formula for treating persistent scars after recovery from pea-like sores caused by cold damage: Bai Fu Zi Gao (Aconitum Kusnezoffii Root Ointment).
Ingredients: Bai Fu Zi (Aconitum Kusnezoffii Root), Mi Tuo Seng (Litharge), Mu Li (Oyster Shell, calcined to powder), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome), Bai Fu Ling (Poria Cocos) (each 0.5 liang).
Preparation and Usage: Finely grind the herbs and sieve into a powder, then grind again until extremely fine. Mix with butter (Su) and apply to the scars.
Formula for treating red and swollen scars that persist after recovery from pea-like sores caused by cold damage: Gua Lou Zi Gao (Trichosanthes Seed Ointment).
Ingredients: Gua Lou Zi (Trichosanthes Seed, one sheng, soaked in water, split, kernels extracted and ground into paste), Bai Shi Zhi (Kaolinite, 1 liang, ground into powder), She Xiang (Musk, 1 fen, finely ground), Xiong Que Fen (Male Sparrow Droppings, 0.5 liang, white ones, finely ground).
Preparation and Usage: Grind all ingredients uniformly. Mix with natural juice extracted from Cuscuta Chinensis seedlings to form an ointment. At night, first wash the face with green onion white decoction, then apply the medicine. Wash off the next morning with warm fermented rice water.
Formula for treating extensive facial scarring from heat-toxin-induced pea-like sores after recovery: Yu Xie Gao (Jade Dust Ointment).
Ingredients: Yu Xie (Jade Dust), Mi Tuo Seng (Litharge), Fu Zi (Aconitum Lateralis Radix Preparata, raw, skin and umbilicus removed, ground into powder), Shan Hu (Coral) (each 2 liang).
Preparation and Usage: Grind all ingredients finely. Take two qian of the powder each time, mix evenly with genuine beef butter (Niu Su). Apply to the face before sleep and wash off the next morning with warm fermented rice water.
Another Formula:
Ingredients: Ying Fen Bai (White Eagle Droppings, 2.5 liang), Bai Jiang Can (Bombyx Batryticatus, 2 liang).
Preparation and Usage: First grind Bai Jiang Can into powder, then add Ying Fen Bai and grind together into a powder. Mix with white honey to form a thin syrup consistency. Apply to the scars, changing twice daily.
Yet Another Formula:
Ingredients: Xing Ren (Apricot Seed, 1 liang, soaked in water, peeled, de-husked, double-kernel seeds separately ground into paste), Ji Zi Bai (Egg White, two eggs).
Preparation and Usage: Mix the ingredients to form a thin syrup consistency. Apply to the scars every night and wash off the next morning with warm fermented rice water.
Yet Another Formula:
Ingredients: Ji Zi (Chicken Egg, seven eggs, cooked, using only the yolks), Luan Fa (Tangled Hair, 1 liang, cut into pieces).
Preparation and Usage: Stir-fry both together in a pan until the hair is completely consumed and turned into oil. Filter through thin cotton and store in a porcelain box. Apply and massage before sleep.
Yet Another Formula:
Ingredients: Ma Chi Xian (Portulaca Oleracea, natural juice 0.5 he), Ge Fen (Concha Meretricis et Cyprinae Powder, 2 liang, finely ground).
Preparation and Usage: Mix uniformly. Apply to the scars daily.
Yet Another Formula:
Ingredients: Chuan Sheng Ma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, 2 liang), Bai Mi (White Honey, 3 liang).
Preparation and Usage: First decoct Sheng Ma in one large cup of water until half a cup remains. Strain out the dregs, add honey, and simmer for a considerable time. Allow to cool. Apply and massage onto the scars as needed.
