以上药物，锉碎。先将猪脂和羊髓放入锅中，加入其他药物，用慢火煎煮，等到白芷颜色变成焦黄色，药即制成。用绵布过滤去渣。
治疗小儿腹痛、不吃奶的人参丸方：
人参（半两，去芦头） 黄连（半两，去须） 龙胆（半两，去芦头） 马牙硝（半两） 甘草（半两，炙微黄）
以上药物，捣碎过筛制成粉末，用炼蜜调和做成丸子，大小如梧桐子。每次服用时，用乳汁将两丸研化，灌入婴儿口中，每日服用四五次，病愈。
治疗三岁以下小儿胃口闭塞、不吃奶的朱砂丸方：
朱砂（一分，细研） 丁香（一分） 麝香（一分，细研） 人参（一分，去芦头） 犀角屑（半两） 黄芩（一分，炙微赤，锉）
以上药物，捣碎过筛制成粉末，加入已研细的药物，共同研磨均匀。用炼蜜调和做成丸子，大小如绿豆。每次服用时，用熟水送下三丸。
治疗小儿不吃奶、眼睛不开、手足抽搐，这是惊风症状，使用朱砂散方：

以上药物，都细研成散剂。每次服用时，煎竹叶汤待温，调服一字量。如果是两岁以上的儿童，每次服用半钱。
