小儿偏疝，是指阴囊一侧肿大。这也是由于啼哭用力、气机运行失常所致。所谓“偏”，是因为邪气乘虚而入，所以称为“偏结”。
治疗小儿骨疳攻注，导致连及肾外囊肿胀，或疼痛、或一侧下坠等症状，适宜服用昆布丸方。

以上药物，一起研磨均匀，用汤浸泡蒸饼调和制成丸药，大小如麻子。二至三岁的幼儿，每次服用一丸，用橘皮汤送服。

以上药物捣细过筛成散剂。每次取柏枝煎煮浓汁，调匀后涂抹于幼儿偏肿处，效果极佳。
小儿阴肿，是因为足少阴肾经之气下行通于阴部。小儿若少阴经气虚弱，风邪之气就会冲袭此处。
治疗小儿小肠虚冷，因多啼哭导致气机下陷，致使阴肿，桃仁丸方。

以上药物，用一大碗水，煎煮六七沸后清洗患处。取其药渣，用布包裹，熨烫幼儿肿胀处，效果极佳。
治疗小儿阴卒然肿痛胀，牛蒡膏方。

以上药物混合如膏状，涂抹于幼儿肿胀处，立即消退。

Pediatric hernia (Xiao'er Pian) refers to unilateral swelling of the scrotum. This condition is also caused by crying and straining, leading to abnormal Qi movement. The term "Pian" (Bias/Unilateral) indicates that pathogenic factors take advantage of deficiency to enter, hence it is called "Pian Jie" (Biased Knot).
For pediatric bone malnutrition (Gu Gan) attacking and infiltrating, causing swelling of the external testicular sac connected to the kidney, or pain, or unilateral descent, it is suitable to administer Kunkui Wan (Kelp Pill).

For pediatric unilateral scrotal swelling with hard testicles, Fangkui Wan (Aristolochia Root Pill) is indicated.

For pediatric unilateral scrotal descent, or abdominal pain caused by Qi attack, Xiangzi Wan (Psoralea Seed Pill) is indicated.

The above herbs are ground uniformly together, mixed with steamed bread dough soaked in water to form pills the size of sesame seeds. For children aged two to three years, administer one pill per dose with tangerine peel decoction.

Cnidium fruit powder (Shechuangren mo, 0.5 liang) Verbena juice (Mabiancao zhi, 1 he)
Mix the above ingredients into a paste and apply to the swollen area of the infant's genitals for efficacy.

Bitter orange peel (Zhiqiao, 3 liang, lightly stir-fried)
Crush and sieve into a fine powder. Each time, use a concentrated decoction of cypress branches to mix and apply to the swollen area of the infant's genitals; this is excellent.
Pediatric genital swelling occurs because the Foot-Shaoyin Kidney meridian connects downward to the genitals. If a child has deficiency in the Shaoyin meridian, wind-pathogenic Qi will rush against this area.
For pediatric small intestine deficiency-cold, caused by excessive crying leading to sinking Qi, resulting in genital swelling, Taoren Wan (Peach Kernel Pill) is indicated.

The above herbs are crushed, sifted into powder, and mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of mung beans. For three-year-old children, administer seven pills before meals with warm wine, adjusting the dose according to the child's size.
For pediatric genital swelling accompanied by high fever, Gansui Wan (Kansui Pill) is indicated.

The above herbs are coarsely crushed and sifted into powder. For infants aged one to two years, administer one qian per dose. Decoct with one small cup of water until reduced to half a cup, strain, and divide the dose according to the child's size.

The above herbs are finely crushed and sifted into powder. Mix with egg white and apply to the swollen area of the infant's genitals; change when dry.
For pediatric sudden scrotal swelling and itching, Shechuangren Tang Hot Compress is indicated.
Cnidium fruit (Shechuangren, 1 liang) Willow wood shavings (Liu Xu, 1 liang)
Decoct the above herbs in one large bowl of water for six or seven boils to wash the area. Take the dregs, wrap them in cloth, and apply as a hot compress to the swollen area of the infant; this is excellent.
For pediatric sudden genital swelling, pain, and distension, Niubang Gao (Arctium Paste) is indicated.
Fresh Arctius juice (Sheng Niubang zhi, 2 large cups, boiled down to a paste) Adzuki bean powder (Chixiaodou mo, 0.5 liang) Cinnamon powder (Rougui mo, 1 fen)
Mix the above ingredients into a paste and apply to the swollen area of the infant; it will subside immediately.
