上件药。捣细罗为散。每服。用新汲水调下半钱。日三四服。量儿大小。以意加减。
又方。
榆白皮（半两） 生干地黄（半两） 甘草（一分炙微赤锉）
上件药。都细锉。以水一小盏。煎至六分。去滓温服。量儿大小。以意加减。
又方。
苦楝子（一两） 郁金（二枚一枚炮）
上件药。捣细罗为散。每服。煎葱汤调下半钱。量儿大小。以意加减。
又方。
生干地黄 黄芩（以上各半两）
上件药。捣粗罗为散。每服一钱。以水一小盏。煎至六分。去滓温服半合。量儿大小。

紫菀（洗去苗土） 黄连（去须） 甘草（炙微赤锉以上各一分）
上件药。捣粗罗为散。每服一钱。以水一小盏。入豉三十粒。煎至五分。去滓。量儿大

上件药。捣粗罗为散。每服一钱。以水一小盏。煎至五分。去滓。量儿大小。分减温服。

牛蒡根（烧灰）
上捣绞取汁一中盏。入生蜜一合。相和令匀。每服半合。日三四服。量儿大小。增减服
之。

上取蒲黄末。以温水调下半钱。量儿大小。加减服之。

车前叶（半斤捣绞取汁） 沙糖（一两）
上件药。相和令匀。每服半合。量儿大小。加减服之。
又方。
上以生地黄汁。每服。暖一合服之。量儿大小。以意加减。
小儿尿血，是因为血液遇到寒邪则凝滞不畅，遇到热邪则流动散乱。而心主司血液的运行，小儿心脏有热，热气侵扰血液，导致尿血。
治疗小儿尿血，伴有小便水道中涩痛的症状，使用阿胶散方。
阿胶（一两，捣碎后炒至黄燥） 黄芩（一分） 栀子仁（一分） 车前子（一分） 甘草（一分，炙至微赤）
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。每次服用，用新汲取的凉水调服半钱，每日三到四次。根据患儿年龄大小，酌情加减剂量。
另一个方子。
榆白皮（半两） 生干地黄（半两） 甘草（一分，炙至微赤并锉碎）
以上药物，全部锉碎。用水一小盏，煎煮至六分，去渣，温服。根据患儿年龄大小，酌情加减剂量。
又一个方子。
苦楝子（一两） 郁金（二枚，一枚炮制）
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。每次服用，用煎好的葱汤调服半钱。根据患儿年龄大小，酌情加减剂量。
又一个方子。
生干地黄、黄芩（以上各半两）
以上药物，捣碎过粗罗成为散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎煮至六分，去渣，温服半合。根据患儿年龄大小，酌情加减剂量。
又一个方子。
紫菀（洗净去除苗土） 黄连（去除须根） 甘草（炙至微赤并锉碎，以上各一分）
以上药物，捣碎过粗罗成为散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，加入豆豉三十粒，煎煮至五分，去渣。根据患儿年龄大小，酌情加减服用。
又一个方子。
葵子、车前叶、甘草（炙至微赤并锉碎）、川朴硝（以上各一分）
以上药物，捣碎过粗罗成为散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎煮至五分，去渣。根据患儿年龄大小，分次减量温服。
又一个方子。
取喜鹊巢烧成灰，细细研磨。每次服用，用新汲取的凉水调服半钱。根据患儿年龄大小，酌情加减服用。
又一个方子。
川升麻（一两）
以上药物，捣碎过粗罗成为散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎煮至五分，去渣。根据患儿年龄大小，分次减量温服。
又一个方子。
牛蒡根（烧成灰）
以上药物捣碎后绞取汁液一中盏，加入生蜂蜜一合，混合均匀。每次服用半合，每日三到四次。根据患儿年龄大小，增减剂量服用。
又一个方子。
取蒲黄粉末，用温水调服半钱。根据患儿年龄大小，酌情加减服用。
又一个方子。
车前叶（半斤，捣碎绞取汁液） 沙糖（一两）
以上药物，混合均匀。每次服用半合。根据患儿年龄大小，酌情加减服用。
Hematuria in infants and young children occurs because blood coagulates and becomes stagnant when exposed to cold, but flows and scatters when exposed to heat. The Heart governs the Blood. When a child's Heart has Heat, this Heat impinges upon the Blood, causing hematuria.
To treat hematuria in infants and young children accompanied by astringent pain in the urinary tract, use Ejiao San (Donkey-Hide Gelatin Powder) Formula.
Ejiao (Colum Asini, Donkey-Hide Gelatin) [1 liang, crushed and stir-fried until yellow and dry], Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, Scutellaria Root) [1 fen], Zhizi Ren (Gardeniae Fructus Seed, Gardenia Seed) [1 fen], Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen, Plantago Seed) [1 fen], Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Licorice Root) [1 fen, honey-fried until slightly reddish].
The above ingredients are finely ground into a powder. Each dose consists of half a qian, mixed with fresh cool water. Administer three to four times daily. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and condition.
Another formula.
Yubai Pi (Ulmus Cortex, Elm Bark) [0.5 liang], Shenggan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Prepared Rehmannia Root) [0.5 liang], Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Licorice Root) [1 fen, honey-fried until slightly reddish and cut].
The above ingredients are finely cut. Add one small cup of water and decoct until reduced to six-tenths. Strain and take warm. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and condition.
Yet another formula.
Kelian Zi (Meliae Toosendan Fructus, Toosendan Fruit) [1 liang], Yujin (Curcumae Radix, Curcuma Root) [2 pieces, one processed by roasting].
The above ingredients are finely ground into a powder. Each dose consists of half a qian, mixed with decocted green onion water. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and condition.
Yet another formula.
Shenggan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Prepared Rehmannia Root), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, Scutellaria Root) [each 0.5 liang].
The above ingredients are coarsely ground into a powder. Each dose is one qian, decocted in one small cup of water until reduced to six-tenths. Strain and take half a he of the warm liquid. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and condition.
Yet another formula.
Ziwan (Asturi Radix, Aster Root) [washed to remove seedlings and soil], Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, Coptis Rhizome) [mustard roots removed], Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Licorice Root) [honey-fried until slightly reddish and cut, each 1 fen].
The above ingredients are coarsely ground into a powder. Each dose is one qian, decocted in one small cup of water with thirty grains of Chi Xiao Dou (Vigna Semen, Mung Bean) or Dan Chi (Sojae Semen Praeparatum, Prepared Soybean). Decoct until reduced to five-tenths. Strain. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and condition.

Kuizi (Abelmoschi Semen, Abelmoschus Seed), Cheqian Ye (Plantaginis Herba, Plantago Leaf), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Licorice Root) [honey-fried until slightly reddish and cut], Chuan Puxiao (Natrii Sulfas, Sodium Sulfate) [each 1 fen].
The above ingredients are coarsely ground into a powder. Each dose is one qian, decocted in one small cup of water until reduced to five-tenths. Strain. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and condition, taking warm in divided doses.

Take the nest of a magpie (Pica pica), burn it to ash, and grind it finely. Each dose consists of half a qian, mixed with fresh cool water. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and condition.

Chuan Shengma (Bupleuri Radix, Bupleurum Root) [1 liang].
The above ingredients are coarsely ground into a powder. Each dose is one qian, decocted in one small cup of water until reduced to five-tenths. Strain. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and condition, taking warm in divided doses.

Niubang Gen (Arctii Radix, Burdock Root) [burned to ash].
Crush the above ingredients and squeeze out one small cup of juice. Mix with one he of raw honey until uniform. Each dose is half a he, administered three to four times daily. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and condition.

Take Puhuang (Tiliae Pollen, Linden Pollen) powder. Mix half a qian with warm water and administer. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and condition.

Cheqian Ye (Plantaginis Herba, Plantago Leaf) [0.5 jin, crushed and squeezed for juice], Shatang (Saccharum, Sugar) [1 liang].
