茯神（一两）、龙齿（二两）、川升麻（一两）、人参（三分，去芦头）、白鲜皮（三分）、麦门冬（一两，去心）、羚羊角屑（三分）。
以上药材，捣碎并过粗筛制成散剂。每次服用三钱，用水一中盏，加入生姜半分、大枣三枚，煎煮至剩余六分药液，滤去药渣，不分时候温服。
治疗心脏风虚引起的惊悸、丧失意志，或者愤怒悲伤忧愁，意志不乐，惕惕然如受惊怖，适宜服用的紫石英散方：
紫石英（半两，细研，水飞法处理）、防风（三分，去芦头）、朱砂（一两，细研如粉）、龙骨（一两）、远志（三分，去心，细研如粉）、牛黄（一分，细研如粉）。
以上药材，捣碎过筛制成散剂，加入已研好的药物混合均匀。每次服用不分时候，用枣汤调服一钱。
治疗心脏风虚引起的惊悸、神思恍惚、悲伤忧愁、胡言乱语、丧失意志，适宜服用的铁精丸方：
铁精（一两，细研如粉）、人参（三分，去芦头）、白茯苓（三分）、远志（三分，去心）、龙齿（一两）、干地黄（一两）、赤石脂（三分）、白术（三分）。
以上药材，捣碎过筛制成粉末，加入已研好的药物，共同研磨均匀，用炼蜜调和并捣击三、二百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用不分时候，用米粥饮送服三十丸。
治疗心脏风虚引起的惊悸、心中悸动，经常多梦易忘，适宜服用的茯神丸方：

治疗心脏风虚引起的多发性惊悸，喜怒无常，神思不安，适宜服用的远志丸方：
远志（三分，去心）、白术（三分）、龙骨（一两）、牛黄（半两，细研）、紫葳（半两）、虎睛（一对，酒浸）、麦门冬（三分，去心）。
以上药材，捣碎过筛制成粉末，加入牛黄，研磨均匀，用炼蜜调和并捣击三、二百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用不分时候，用温水送服二十丸。
治疗心脏风虚引起的心悸惊悸，或者在忧虑之后，时常出现神思恍惚，心神不安，适宜服用人参丸方：
人参（一两，去芦头）、茯神（一两半）、龙齿（一两，细研如粉）、白术（半两）、防风（三分，去芦头）、干地黄（一两）。
以上药材，捣碎过筛制成粉末，加入已研好的药物混合均匀，用炼蜜调和并捣击三、二百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用不分时候，用米粥饮送服二十丸。

熟干地黄（三分）、前胡（半两，去芦头）、柏子仁（半两）、铁精（一两，细研）、白茯苓（三分）、泽泻（三分）、人参（三分，焙干）、远志（半两，去心，炒微黄）。
以上药材，捣碎过筛制成粉末，加入已研好的药物混合均匀，用炼蜜调和并捣击三、二百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用不分时候，用温酒送服十丸。
治疗心脏风虚引起的惊悸、心中悸动，或者夜间说胡话，常常忧惧害怕，或者如同看见鬼神，神思恍惚不定，适宜服用的虎睛丸方：
虎睛（一对，酒浸一夜，微炙后捣碎）、金箔（五十片，细研）、银箔（五十片，细研）、光明砂（半两，细研）、雄黄（半两，细研）、龙齿（半两，细研）、麝香（半两，细研）。
以上药材，都研磨成面粉状，用煮烂的大枣肉调和制成绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用不分时候，用温水送服七丸。
The Heart deficiency leads to frequent fright, and the Gallbladder deficiency leads to frequent fear. These are all due to the insufficiency of Qi and Blood, the deficiency and injury of the Zang-Fu organs, and the invasion of Wind pathogen entering the meridians and collaterals. Since the Heart is deficient and the Gallbladder Qi is weak, it causes the Spirit (Shen) to be fearful and timid, resulting in frequent palpitations and fright.
**Baifuling San (White Poria Powder)** for treating Heart Wind-Deficiency with palpitations, forgetfulness, and mental confusion, to calm the Spirit:
Poria (Bailingfu, 1 liang), Polygala Root (Yuanzhi, 3 fen, heart removed), Licorice Root (Gancao, 2 fen, honey-fried until slightly red, crushed), Cinnamon Twig (Guixin, 1 liang), Ginseng Root (Renshen, 1 liang, radix tip removed).
Crush the above herbs into a coarse powder. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with one zhong zhan of water, add 0.5 ban of fresh ginger and three jujubes, boil down to 0.6 portion, strain, and take warm at any time.
**Longchi San (Dragon Tooth Powder)** for treating Heart Wind-Deficiency with palpitations, loss of mental control, alternating joy or anger, and restless spirit:
Dragon Tooth (Longchi, 1 liang), Polygala Root (Yuanzhi, 0.5 liang, heart removed), Poria with Hostwood (Fushen, 1 liang), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, 0.5 liang, radix tip removed), Licorice Root (Gancao, 0.5 liang, honey-fried until slightly red, crushed), Ginseng Root (Renshen, 3 fen, radix tip removed), Ophiopogon Tuber (Maimendong, 3 fen, heart removed), Antelope Horn (Lingyangjiao, 3 fen).

Poria with Hostwood (Fushen, 1 liang), Dragon Tooth (Longchi, 2 liang), Cimicifuga Rhizome (Chuishengma, 1 liang), Ginseng Root (Renshen, 3 fen, radix tip removed), Phellodendron Bark (Baixianpi, 3 fen), Ophiopogon Tuber (Maimendong, 1 liang, heart removed), Antelope Horn (Lingyangjiao, 3 fen).
Crush the above herbs into a coarse powder. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with one zhong zhan of water, add 0.5 ban of fresh ginger and three jujubes, boil down to 0.6 portion, strain, and take warm at any time.
**Zhiyanshi San (Purple Quartz Powder)** for treating Heart Wind-Deficiency with palpitations, loss of will, anger, sadness, worry, unhappiness, and feeling terrified as if frightened:
Purple Quartz (Zhiyanshi, 0.5 liang, finely ground and water-classified), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, 3 fen, radix tip removed), Cinnabar (Zhusha, 1 liang, finely ground like powder), Dragon Bone (Longgu, 1 liang), Polygala Root (Yuanzhi, 3 fen, heart removed, finely ground like powder), Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang, 1 fen, finely ground like powder).
Sieve the above herbs into powder, mix with the already ground medicines evenly. Take 1 qian per dose at any time, mixed with Jujube Decoction.
**Tiejing Wan (Iron Essence Pills)** for treating Heart Wind-Deficiency with palpitations, mental confusion, sadness, worry, delirium, and loss of will:

Grind the above herbs into fine powder, mix with the already ground medicines, knead evenly with refined honey, pound 300-200 times, form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 30 pills per dose at any time, washed down with millet drink.
**Fushen Wan (Poria with Hostwood Pills)** for treating Heart Wind-Deficiency with palpitations, chest flutters, and frequent forgetfulness:

**Renshen Wan (Ginseng Pills)** for treating Heart Wind-Deficiency with palpitations and chest flutters, occurring after worry, with occasional mental confusion and restless mind:
