以上药物，在新的小锅子里，先铺好金箔层层叠叠，用铁粉隔开，然后用一小盏牛乳，用文火煎至牛奶耗尽，金箔变成泥状即成，随即在火上焙干，研磨成末，用蒸饼调和，制成小豆大小的丸药。每次饭后，用新汲取的冷水送服五丸。
The Heart is like the emperor; it is the residence of the Spirit (Shen) and the master of all viscera. It typically does not accept external pathogenic factors. If a person's daily activities are inappropriate, or if there is a loss of rhythm in adapting to cold and heat, internal damage occurs to the viscera and Qi and Blood are injured externally. Wind-pathogen then enters the Heart Meridian (Heart Channel) by taking advantage of this deficiency, causing the Spirit to become unsettled, personality and cognition to become abnormal, alternating between joy and fright, sometimes singing and sometimes laughing, with scattered emotions and unpredictable shifts between sorrow and joy. Therefore, it is named "Wind-Pathogen."
To treat Wind-Pathogen affecting the Heart, manifesting as muttering as if possessed by spirits, chest oppression, mental confusion, and spiritual trance, Ren Shen San (Ginseng Powder) is indicated.

Simmer over gentle heat until the milk is exhausted and the gold foil becomes paste-like. Dry on fire, grind into powder, mix with steamed dough, and form pills the size of small beans. Take 5 pills after meals, washed down with fresh well water.
