鬼箭羽、桃仁（用热水浸泡，去皮尖及双仁，麸炒至微黄）、赤芍药、鬼臼（去须）、陈橘皮（用热水浸泡，去白瓤，焙干）、当归（切碎，微炒）、桂心、柴胡（去苗）、朱砂（细研，以上各一两）、川大黄（二两，切碎，微炒）。
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂，加入朱砂，研磨均匀。每次服用，不限时候，用温酒调服一钱。
治疗恶疰心痛，发作与停止没有规律。木香散方：
木香（半两）、犀角屑（三分）、槟榔（一两）、麝香（一分，细研）、白术（半两）、当归（半两，切碎，微炒）。
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂，加入麝香，研磨均匀。每次服用，不限时候，用热酒调服五（或一）钱。
治疗恶疰心痛，烦躁混乱难以忍受。犀角散方：
犀角屑（一两）、安息香（半两）、槟榔（二或一两）、没药（半两）、肉桂（一两，去皴皮）、麝香。
以上药物，捣碎过罗成为散剂，加入麝香，研磨均匀。每次服用，不限时候，用热酒调服一钱。
治疗恶疰心痛，手足逆冷。槟榔散方：
槟榔（一两）、木香（三分）、高良姜（半两，切碎）、青橘皮（半两，热水浸泡去白瓤焙干）、桃仁（半两，热水浸泡，去皮尖及双仁，麸炒微黄）。
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。每次服用，不限时候，用温酒调服二钱。
治疗恶疰，胁肋部牵连心脏刺痛。当归散方：
当归（切碎，微炒）、木香、槟榔、麝香（细研，以上各一两）。
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂，加入麝香，研磨均匀。每次服用二钱，用童子尿一中盏，煎至五分，不限时候服用。
治疗恶疰，心腹痛如锥刀刺割，胀满欲死。硝石丸方：
硝石（一两）、川大黄（一两半，切碎，微炒）、巴豆（三七枚，去皮心，研烂后用纸包裹压去油）、附子（三分，炮制去皮脐）。
以上药物，捣碎过罗成为末，炼蜜调和，捣一二百杵，制成如麻子大小的丸剂。不限时候，用米粥饮送服五丸。
Malignant Zhuxin (malignant pestilential heartache) is caused by the deficiency of both Yin and Yang in the human body, insufficient Qi and Blood, allowing pathogenic factors such as Wind, Cold, Summer-heat, and Dampness to enter the body through the deficiency and flow into the meridians. Treatment of Malignant Zhuxin may involve acupuncture at the abdomen, hypochondrium, or shoulder and back, where pain occurs without a fixed location.
Guijianyu San (Arrowwood Powder):
Spatholobi Caulis (Guijianyu), Persicae Semen (Taoren, soaked in hot water, skin and pointed ends removed, double kernels discarded, bran-fried until slightly yellow), Paeviae Radix Rubra (Chishao), Podophylli Fructus (Guijiu, mustaches removed), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenjuapi, soaked in hot water, white pith removed, dried), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, chopped and slightly fried), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin), Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu, radix removed), Cinnabar (Zhusha, finely ground; above ingredients each 1 liang), Rheum Palmatum et Tanguticum Radix et Rhizoma (Chuan Dahuang, 2 liang, chopped and slightly fried).
The above medicines are pounded into a fine powder, passed through a fine sieve, mixed with Cinnabar, and ground evenly. Each dose: take 1 qian, at any time, mixed with warm wine.
Treatment for Malignant Zhuxin Heartache, with irregular onset and remission. Muxiang San (Costus Root Powder):
Costi Radix (Muxiang, 0.5 liang), Cornu Bubali (Xijiao, cut into pieces, 3 fen), Arecae Semen (Binglang, 1 liang), Moschus (Shexiang, 1 fen, finely ground), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 0.5 liang), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 0.5 liang, chopped and slightly fried).
The above medicines are pounded into a fine powder, passed through a fine sieve, mixed with Moschus, and ground evenly. Each dose: take 5 (or 1) qian, at any time, mixed with hot wine.
Treatment for Malignant Zhuxin Heartache, with unbearable restlessness and confusion. Xijiao San (Water Buffalo Horn Powder):
Cornu Bubali (Xijiao, cut into pieces, 1 liang), Benzoin Resina (Anxi Xiang, 0.5 liang), Arecae Semen (Binglang, 2 or 1 liang), Myrrha Resina (Moyao, 0.5 liang), Cinnamomi Cortex (Rougui, 1 liang, rough bark removed), Moschus (Shexiang).
The above medicines are pounded into a powder, passed through a sieve, mixed with Moschus, and ground evenly. Each dose: take 1 qian, at any time, mixed with hot wine.
Treatment for Malignant Zhuxin Heartache, with cold extremities. Binglang San (Areca Seed Powder):
Arecae Semen (Binglang, 1 liang), Costi Radix (Muxiang, 3 fen), Zingiberis Officinalis Rhizoma (Gaoliangjiang, 0.5 liang, chopped), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride (Qingjuapi, 0.5 liang, soaked in hot water, white pith removed, dried), Persicae Semen (Taoren, 0.5 liang, soaked in hot water, skin and pointed ends removed, double kernels discarded, bran-fried until slightly yellow).
The above medicines are pounded into a fine powder, passed through a fine sieve. Each dose: take 2 qian, at any time, mixed with warm wine.
Treatment for Zhuxin, with stabbing pain in the hypochondrium radiating to the heart. Danggui San (Angelica Sinensis Powder):
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, chopped and slightly fried), Costi Radix (Muxiang), Arecae Semen (Binglang), Moschus (Shexiang, finely ground; above ingredients each 1 liang).
The above medicines are pounded into a fine powder, passed through a fine sieve, mixed with Moschus, and ground evenly. Each dose: take 2 qian, decocted in one cup of urine from an uncircumcised boy until reduced to half a cup, taken at any time.
Treatment for Zhuxin, with heart and abdominal pain like stabbing with awls or knives, distension and fullness causing a sensation of impending death. Xiaoshi Wan (Niter Pill):
Natrii Sulfas (Xiaoshi, 1 liang), Rheum Palmatum et Tanguticum Radix et Rhizoma (Chuan Dahuang, 1.5 liang, chopped and slightly fried), Crotonis Fructus (Badou, 37 seeds, skin and heart removed, pounded and pressed between paper to remove oil), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi, 3 fen, processed, skin and umbilicus removed).
The above medicines are pounded into a powder, passed through a sieve, mixed with refined honey, and pounded for 100-200 strokes. Form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 5 pills, at any time, with millet drink.
