赤芍药、知母、黄芩、玄参、麦门冬（去除心）、柴胡（去除苗）、甘草（炙至微红并锉碎）（以上各三分）、石膏（二两）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用四钱，用水一中盏，加入生姜半分、竹叶三十七片，煎煮至剩余六分水量，去药渣。不限时候，温服。
治疗时气病导致心神壅塞闷乱，烦渴不止的情况，适宜服用柴胡散方。
柴胡（一两，去除苗）、川升麻（三分）、黄芩（三分）、石膏（二两）、麦门冬（一两，去除心）、犀角屑（三分）、葛根（三分，锉碎）、甘草（三分，炙至微红并锉碎）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用五钱，用水一大盏，加入葱白二茎、竹叶十四片，煎煮至剩余五分水量，去药渣。不限时候，温服。
治疗时气病引起头痛，虽然时不时有汗出，但烦渴不止的情况，适宜服用赤茯苓散方。
赤茯苓（二两）、甘草（炙至微红并锉碎）、泽泻、桂心、葛根（锉碎）（以上各一两）、石膏（二两）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用五钱，用水一大盏，煎煮至剩余五分水量，去药渣。不限时候，温服。
治疗时气病发热，烦渴想饮水，小便不利的情况，适宜服用猪苓散方。
猪苓（去除黑皮）、赤茯苓、泽泻、阿胶（捣碎炒至香熟）、滑石（以上各一两）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用五钱，用水一大盏，煎煮至剩余五分水量，去药渣。不限时候，温服。
麦门冬（一两，去除心）、五味子（一两）、人参（一两，去除芦头）、甘草（一两，炙至微红并锉碎）、石膏（二两）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用三钱，用水一中盏，煎煮至剩余六分水量，去药渣。不限时候，温服。
土瓜根（半两）、干枣（五枚）、麦门冬（半两，去除心）、甘草（三分，炙至微红并锉碎）、豉（半合）。
以上药物，都细细锉碎混合均匀。每次服用半两，用水一大盏，煎煮至剩余五分水量，去药渣，不限时候服用。

以上药物，捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用五钱，用水一大盏，加入竹叶十四片、粳米一百粒，煎煮至剩余五分水量，去药渣。不限时候，温服。
治疗时气病烦渴，喝水即呕吐，心胸不畅的情况，适宜服用葛根散方。
葛根（锉碎）、猪苓（去除黑皮）、赤茯苓、桂心、白术、泽泻、栝蒌根（以上各一两）。
以上药物，捣细罗制成散剂。每次不限时候，用温水调服二钱，服药后大量饮水，若小便通利，出汗则病愈。
又一方。
以上药物捣细罗制成末，炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大小。每次不限时候，煎大麦汤，放温，送服三十丸。
以上药物，用水两大盏，煎煮至剩下一大盏，去药渣，加入白粳米半合、豆豉半合，用生绢包裹一起煎煮，久候至烂，去掉米和豉，放凉，不限时候，温服。
取新鲜藕，捣碎绞取汁液一中盏，加入生蜂蜜一合，搅拌均匀，不限时候，分为两次服用。
When the epidemic condition (Shi Qi) presents with irritability and thirst, it is caused by heat pathogen invading the Kidney. The Kidney dislikes dryness; when heat pathogen is exuberant, it causes Kidney dryness, leading to thirst and a desire to drink.

Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma [removed rhizome]), Digupi (Bark of the Root of the Golden Dew Tree), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix [crushed], Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma [roasted until slightly red and crushed]) (each 1 liang), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum [3 liang]), Gualougen (Trichosanthis Radix [2 liang]).
The above medicines are pounded, sifted into powder. Each dose is 5 qian. Take 1 da zhan of water, add 0.5 fen of Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger), decoct until 0.5 zhan remains. Remove dregs. Take warm at any time.
For treating epidemic condition unresolved for several days, with mental dryness and thirst, lower abdominal distension and urgency, stuffiness and pain below the umbilicus, suitable to take Chishayaoyao San Formula:
Chishaoyao (Red Peony Root), Zhimu, Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix [removed heart]), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix [removed seedling]), Gancao (each 3 fen), Shigao (2 liang).

Chaihu (1 liang, removed seedling), Chuanshengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Huangqin, Shigao (2 liang), Maimendong (1 liang, removed heart), Xijiaoxie (Rhinocerotis Cornu [shavings]), Gegen (3 fen, crushed), Gancao (3 fen, roasted until slightly red and crushed).

For treating epidemic condition with irritability and thirst, vomiting immediately after drinking water, and chest discomfort, suitable to take Gegen San Formula:
Gegen (crushed), Zhuling, Chifuling, Guixin, Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Zexie, Gualougen (each 1 liang).
The above medicines are finely ground into powder. Each dose is 2 qian taken at any time, mixed with warm water. Drink plenty of water afterwards. If urination becomes smooth and sweating occurs, the disease will be cured.

Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma [1 liang, removed stamens]), Gualougen (1 liang).
