久不瘥也。
治诸 疮。经久则生虫。藜芦膏方。
藜芦（二两去芦头） 白矾（二两烧灰细研） 松脂（二两细研） 雄黄（二两细研） 苦
参（
二两锉）
上件药。先捣藜芦苦参为散。入猪脂一斤相和。煎十余沸。绵滤去滓。次入松脂雄黄白
矾等末。搅令匀。待冷。收于瓷盒中。旋取涂之。以瘥为度。
治 癣疮。经年久不瘥。宜用楝子汤洗方。
楝子（一斤） 地榆（五两） 桃皮（五两） 苦参（五两）
上件药并细锉。以水二斗。煮一斗。滤去滓。稍温。每日一度洗之。
又方。
硼（ ）砂（一分细研） 大麻仁（三两捣烂） 盐（一分细研） 醋淀（一大盏）
上件药。都以醋淀和搅令匀。先以温浆水净洗。拭干敷药。每日二三上瘥。有孔穴多虫
者皆效。
又方。
薰陆香（半两） 杏仁（半两汤浸去皮尖） 硫黄（一分细研） 黄蜡（一两） 腻粉

上件药。细研如粉。先熬油沸。下蜡令消。次入诸药末。同煎如稀膏。候冷收于瓷器中
。旋取涂之。
治 疥百疗。久不瘥方。
沉香 松节（各五两）
上件药。锉如指大。以布袋盛之。于麻油中浸半日。取出。用一小瓶。穿底作窍如指大
。以松叶衬窍。入二味药。下面用小瓷盆子盛。四面用黄土泥固济。令浓五分。以火安瓶上
烧。其沥当流入盆子内。收取。不住涂之。
治久 疥疮内。黄水汁出方。
上以羊蹄根。勿令妇人小儿鸡犬见。净去土。用白蜜相和捣。敷疮上。
疮疡经久不愈的，是因为皮肤腠理虚弱，导致风湿之气停滞在体内，虫子在肌肉之间滋生生长，所以常常感到又痒又痛，因此病情长久不能痊愈。
治疗各种疮疡，如果经久不愈就会生虫，使用藜芦膏方。
藜芦（二两，去掉芦头） 白矾（二两，烧成灰后细细研磨） 松脂（二两，细细研磨） 雄黄（二两，细细研磨） 苦参（二两，切碎）
以上药物，先将藜芦和苦参捣碎成散剂，加入一斤猪脂混合在一起，煎煮十余次沸腾后，用绵布过滤去除药渣。接着加入松脂、雄黄、白矾等粉末，搅拌使其均匀。待冷却后，收存在瓷盒中，随时取用涂抹患处，以痊愈为度。
治疗癣疮，经过多年久治不愈的，适宜使用楝子汤清洗方。
楝子（一斤） 地榆（五两） 桃皮（五两） 苦参（五两）
以上药物都细细切碎，用水二斗，煮至一斗，过滤去除药渣。待药液稍温，每天清洗一次。
另一个方子。
硼砂（一分，细细研磨） 大麻仁（三两，捣烂） 盐（一分，细细研磨） 醋淀（一大盏）
以上药物，都用醋淀调和搅拌均匀。先用温水洗净患处，擦干后敷上药物，每天敷两三次即可痊愈。对于有孔穴且多虫的情况也都有效。
又一个方子。
薰陆香（半两） 杏仁（半两，热水浸泡后去皮尖） 硫黄（一分，细细研磨） 黄蜡（一两） 腻粉（一分） 油（三合或二合）
以上药物，细细研磨成粉状。先熬油至沸腾，放入黄蜡使其融化。接着加入各种药末，一同煎煮成稀膏状。待冷却后收存在瓷器中，随时取用涂抹患处。
治疗疥疮，各种疗法都无效，久治不愈的方子。
沉香 松节（各五两）
以上药物，切碎如手指粗细，用布袋装好，在麻油中浸泡半天。取出后，用小瓶子一个，底部穿孔如手指粗细，用松叶衬垫在孔口处，放入上述两种药物。下面用小瓷盆承接，四周用黄土泥密封加固，厚度约五分。将火放在瓶下燃烧，其沥出的液体应当流入盆内。收集起来，不断涂抹患处。
Chronic ulcers that fail to heal over a long period occur due to the deficiency of the skin and interstices (pores), causing wind-dampness pathogens to stagnate. Parasites grow within the muscles, resulting in persistent itching and pain, thus preventing recovery.
For treating various ulcers that have persisted for a long time and developed parasites, apply the Lili Gao (Cinnamomum Paste) prescription:
Lilu (Veratrum nigrum Rhizome, 2 liang, remove rhizome head)
Baifan (Alumen, 2 liang, calcined to ash and finely ground)
Songzhi (Pine Rosin, 2 liang, finely ground)
Xionghuang (Realgar, 2 liang, finely ground)
Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, 2 liang, sliced)
Crush Lilu and Kushen into powder. Mix with 1 jin of lard. Boil over fire more than ten times. Filter through silk cloth to remove dregs. Add powders of Songzhi, Xionghuang, and Baifan. Stir until uniform. Allow to cool. Store in a porcelain box. Apply as needed until healed.
For treating tinea corporis (ringworm) that has persisted for years without healing, wash with the Lianzi Tang (Melia Decoction):
Lianzi (Melia Toosendan Fructus, 1 jin)
Diyu (Sanguisorbae Radix, 5 liang)
Taopi (Pruni Persica Cortex, 5 liang)
Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, 5 liang)
Finely slice all ingredients. Boil in 2 dou of water until reduced to 1 dou. Filter to remove dregs. Wash the affected area once daily when the decoction is slightly warm.
Another prescription:
Pengsha (Borax, 1 fen, finely ground)
Dama Ren (Cannabis Fructus, 3 liang, pounded to paste)
Yan (Halitum, 1 fen, finely ground)
Cudian (Vinegar Sediment/Residue, 1 large cup)
Mix all ingredients evenly with Cudian. First, wash the affected area clean with warm rice water and dry it. Apply the medicine. Apply two or three times daily until healed. This is effective even for cases with many holes and parasites.
Yet another prescription:
Xunluxiang (Frankincense, 0.5 liang)
Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum, 0.5 liang, soaked in hot water, skin and tips removed)
Liuhuang (Sulfur, 1 fen, finely ground)
Huangla (Yellow Beeswax, 1 liang)
Nifen (Calomel, 1 fen)
You (Oil, 2-3 he)
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Heat the oil until boiling. Add Huangla and melt it. Add the medicinal powders. Simmer together until forming a thin paste. Cool and store in a porcelain vessel. Apply as needed.
For treating scabies that has resisted all treatments and failed to heal for a long time:
Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum, 5 liang)
Songjie (Pinus Massoniana Caulis, 5 liang)
Slice the herbs to the size of a finger. Place them in a cloth bag. Soak in sesame oil for half a day. Remove the bag. Take a small bottle, pierce a hole at the bottom the size of a finger. Line the hole with pine needles. Insert the two herbs into the bottle. Place a small porcelain basin underneath. Seal the four sides of the bottle with thick yellow mud (approx. 0.5 cun thickness). Burn fire under the bottle. The distilled liquid will flow into the basin. Collect the distillate and apply continuously.
For treating chronic scabies oozing yellow fluid:
Take Yangti Gen (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii or similar root, context implies Rheum/Talinum root often used for skin, here specifically "Sheep Root" likely referring to a specific local herb, literal translation: Root of Sheep-foot plant/Radix Salsolae). Do not let women, children, chickens, or dogs see it. Clean off the soil thoroughly. Mix with white honey. Pound into a paste. Apply to the ulcer.
