上件药。捣细罗为散。日三贴之。
治痈肿恶疮。内脓不止方。
上用 皮烧灰细研。纳疮孔中。
凡是痈疽已经化脓的，是由于寒气侵袭肌肉，导致气血凝结聚结，从而形成痈肿。凡是痈肿久治不愈、无法通过消散疗法治愈的，如果按压时感觉坚硬牢固的，说明还没有化脓；如果按压时感觉一半硬一半软的，说明已经有脓了。另外，用手覆盖患处如果不发热的，说明没有脓；如果发热严重的，说明有脓。
治疗各种痈疽疮肿，托里排脓散方：
木香（一分） 黄芪（三分，锉碎） 白蔹（一分） 豆蔻（一分） 川芎（一分） 当归（一分，锉碎后微炒） 细辛 甘草（一分，炙后微炒）
以上药材，捣碎过筛成细粉。每次在饭前，用甘草酒送服一钱。
治疗痈肿，消脓豆蔻散方：
豆蔻（半两） 桂心（半两） 人参（半两，去芦头） 细辛（半两） 败酱草（半两） 干姜（半两，炮裂后锉碎）
以上药材，捣碎过筛成细粉。每次在饭前，用温酒调服二钱。
治疗各种痈肿，疮中疼痛，脓血不止，蘧麦散方：
蘧麦（一两） 白芷（一两） 黄芪（二两，锉碎） 当归（一两，锉碎后微炒） 细辛（一两） 赤芍药（一两） 川芎（一两） 赤小豆（一两，捣末后用酒浸泡于铜器中熬干） 薏苡仁（一两）
以上药材，捣碎过筛成细粉。不限时候，用温酒调服二钱。逐渐生长肌肉。
治疗痈疽红肿疼痛，尚未化脓溃破，贴敷以促脓成的雄黄散方：
雄黄（三分，细研） 麝香（一两，细研） 木香（半两） 川大黄（三分） 黄连（一两） 白芷（三分） [原文此处缺字，推测为某药]（[原文缺量]） 麒麟竭（三[原文缺量]）
以上药材，捣碎过筛成细粉。用腊月猪油调和均匀，涂在绢布上，贴敷于肿胀处。待脓液溃破后，立即使用膏药拔脓生肌。
治疗痈疽红肿，尚未化脓溃破，化脓止痛龙骨散方：
龙骨（一两） 川大黄（半两，生用） 白蔹（半两） 黄芪（半两，锉碎） 黄芩（半两） 白及（半两） 牡蛎（半两，烧成粉） 雌黄（半两，细研） 甘草（半两） 川芎（半两）
以上药材，捣碎过筛成细粉。用猪胆汁调和如膏状，摊在帛布上涂贴。根据穴位情况决定用量。
治疗痈肿疽疮等症，热毒炽盛不散，已经化脓溃破，疼痛难忍，止痛拔脓当归散方：
当归（一两） 羊桃根（一两，锉碎） 桂心（半两） 白蔹（一两） 木香（半两） 丁香（半两） 榆白皮（一两，锉碎） 汉防己（一两）
以上药材，捣碎过筛成细粉。用醋浆水调和如膏状，贴敷于肿胀处。干了就更换。
治疗痈肿已经成脓，宜服用大黄散方：
川大黄（一两） 当归（一两） 细辛（半两） 木通（一两，锉碎） 川芎（一两） 黄连（一两） 赤芍药（一两） 黄芪（一两，锉碎） 白及（一两）
以上药材，捣碎过筛成细粉。每次用鸡蛋清调和，涂在旧细布上，贴敷于肿胀处。干了就再换。
治疗痈肿恶疮，排脓黄芪散方：
黄芪（一两半，锉碎） 白蔹（一两） 赤芍药（一两） 川芎（一两） 赤小豆（一两） 附子（半两） 羊桃根（半两，锉碎） 茹草（半两） 牡蒙（半两）
以上药材，捣碎过筛成细粉。用鸡蛋清调和贴敷。干了就更换。
治疗痈肿恶疮，生肌之后，因用力劳动，努伤导致出血不止，麒麟竭散方：
麒麟竭（半两） 黄连（三分） 槟榔（半两） 黄柏（半两，锉碎） 白及（半两） 诃黎勒皮（一分）
以上药材，捣碎过筛成细粉。用鸡蛋清调和涂在疮口上，用薄白纸贴定。药干了脱落就更换。不要用力，忌沾水。
治疗痈肿恶疮中的脓水，以及新疮口未干，宜用此散使疮口干燥方：
黄丹（二两） 定粉（二两） 白矾（二两）
以上药材，放入瓷瓶内研磨。用盐泥密封固济，先用慢火烘干，后用大火烧至通红。冷却后取出，细研后敷于疮口。
治疗痈肿溃孔后，恶疮脓水虽减少，但肌肉不生长，宜用此方：
密陀僧（一两半） 黄连（一两，去须） 槟榔（三分）
以上药材，捣碎过筛成细粉。每天贴敷三次。
When a carbuncle (Yong) has formed pus, it is caused by cold pathogenic qi invading the muscles, leading to the stagnation and accumulation of Qi and blood, thereby forming the carbuncle. For any carbuncle that fails to heal and cannot be resolved through dispersal methods: if palpation reveals a firm and hard texture, no pus has formed; if palpation reveals a texture that is half-hard and half-soft, pus has formed. Additionally, if covering the lesion with the hand does not produce heat, there is no pus; if significant heat is felt, pus has formed.
Formula for Tuo Li Pai Nong San (Supporting Interior and Expelling Pus Powder) to treat all types of carbuncles, ulcers, sores, and swellings:
Mu Xiang (Costus Root), 1 fen; Huang Qi (Astragalus Root), 3 fen, sliced; Bai Lian (Belamcanda Rhizome), 1 fen; Dou Kou (Cardamom Fruit), 1 fen; Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), 1 fen; Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root), 1 fen, sliced and lightly stir-fried; Xi Xin (Asarum Root); Gan Cao (Licorice Root), 1 fen, honey-fried and lightly stir-fried.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 1 qian before meals, administered with Gan Cao wine.
Formula for Xiao Nong Dou Kou San (Eliminating Pus Cardamom Powder) to treat carbuncle swelling:
Dou Kou (Cardamom Fruit), 0.5 liang; Gui Xin (Cinnamon Twig Heart), 0.5 liang; Ren Shen (Ginseng Root), 0.5 liang, rhizome removed; Xi Xin (Asarum Root), 0.5 liang; Bai Jiang Cao (Patrinia Root), 0.5 liang; Gan Jiang (Dried Ginger), 0.5 liang, processed until cracked and sliced.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 2 qian before meals, mixed with warm wine.
Formula for Qu Mai San (Polygonum Aviculare Powder) to treat various carbuncle swellings, pain within the sore, and continuous discharge of pus and blood:
Qu Mai (Polygonum Aviculare Herb), 1 liang; Bai Zhi (Angelica Dahurica Root), 1 liang; Huang Qi (Astragalus Root), 2 liang, sliced; Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root), 1 liang, sliced and lightly stir-fried; Xi Xin (Asarum Root), 1 liang; Chi Shao Yao (Red Peony Root), 1 liang; Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), 1 liang; Chi Xiao Dou (Adzuki Bean), 1 liang, ground into powder, soaked in wine in a copper vessel, and roasted until dry; Yi Yi Ren (Coix Seed), 1 liang.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 2 qian at any time, mixed with warm wine. This promotes gradual muscle regeneration.
Formula for Xiong Huang San (Realgar Powder) applied externally to promote pus formation in red, swollen, painful carbuncles and ulcers that have not yet ruptured:
Xiong Huang (Realgar), 3 fen, finely ground; She Xiang (Musk), 1 liang, finely ground; Mu Xiang (Costus Root), 0.5 liang; Chuan Da Huang (Rhubarb Root), 3 fen; Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome), 1 liang; Bai Zhi (Angelica Dahurica Root), 3 fen; [Text missing]; Qi Lin Jie (Dragon's Blood), [Text missing].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with lard rendered in the twelfth lunar month until uniform. Apply onto silk fabric and paste over the swollen area. After pus ruptures, immediately apply ointment to extract pus and generate flesh.
Formula for Long Gu San (Dragon Bone Powder) to resolve pus and relieve pain in red, swollen carbuncles and ulcers that have not yet ruptured:
Long Gu (Fossilized Bones), 1 liang; Chuan Da Huang (Rhubarb Root), 0.5 liang, raw use; Bai Lian (Belamcanda Rhizome), 0.5 liang; Huang Qi (Astragalus Root), 0.5 liang, sliced; Huang Qin (Scutellaria Root), 0.5 liang; Bai Ji (Bletilla Rhizome), 0.5 liang; Mu Li (Oyster Shell), 0.5 liang, calcined into powder; Ci Huang (Orpiment), 0.5 liang, finely ground; Gan Cao (Licorice Root), 0.5 liang; Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), 0.5 liang.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with pig bile to form a paste. Spread on cloth and apply topically. Determine dosage based on acupoint selection.
Formula for Dang Gui San (Angelica Sinensis Powder) to stop pain and extract pus in carbuncles, ulcers, and sores where heat-toxin is intense and undispersed, already ruptured with unbearable pain:
Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root), 1 liang; Yang Tao Gen (Root of Prunus Persica or similar), 1 liang, sliced; Gui Xin (Cinnamon Twig Heart), 0.5 liang; Bai Lian (Belamcanda Rhizome), 1 liang; Mu Xiang (Costus Root), 0.5 liang; Ding Xiang (Clove), 0.5 liang; Yu Bai Pi (Inner Bark of Elm), 1 liang, sliced; Han Fang Ji (Stephania Tetrandra Root), 1 liang.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with vinegar-water to form a paste. Apply to the swelling. Replace when dry.
Formula for Da Huang San (Rhubarb Powder) suitable for internal administration when carbuncle swelling has formed pus:
Chuan Da Huang (Rhubarb Root), 1 liang; Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root), 1 liang; Xi Xin (Asarum Root), 0.5 liang; Mu Tong (Akebia Stem), 1 liang, sliced; Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), 1 liang; Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome), 1 liang; Chi Shao Yao (Red Peony Root), 1 liang; Huang Qi (Astragalus Root), 1 liang, sliced; Bai Ji (Bletilla Rhizome), 1 liang.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with egg white for topical application on old fine cloth, pasted over the swollen area. Replace when dry.
Formula for Huang Qi San (Astragalus Powder) to expel pus from carbuncles and malignant sores:
Huang Qi (Astragalus Root), 1.5 liang, sliced; Bai Lian (Belamcanda Rhizome), 1 liang; Chi Shao Yao (Red Peony Root), 1 liang; Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), 1 liang; Chi Xiao Dou (Adzuki Bean), 1 liang; Fu Zi (Prepared Aconite Root), 0.5 liang; Yang Tao Gen (Root of Prunus Persica or similar), 0.5 liang, sliced; Ru Cao (Resin/Herb), 0.5 liang; Mu Meng (Plant Name), 0.5 liang.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with egg white for topical application. Replace when dry.
Formula for Qi Lin Jie San (Dragon's Blood Powder) for malignant sores after flesh generation, where strenuous labor causes injury and uncontrollable bleeding:
Qi Lin Jie (Dragon's Blood), 0.5 liang; Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome), 3 fen; Bing Lang (Areca Seed), 0.5 liang; Huang Bo (Phellodendron Bark), 0.5 liang, sliced; Bai Ji (Bletilla Rhizome), 0.5 liang; He Li Le Pi (Pericarp of Terminalia Chebula), 1 fen.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with egg white and apply to the wound. Cover with thin white paper. Replace when the medicine falls off. Avoid exertion and keep away from water.
Formula to dry exudate from carbuncles and malignant sores, and to dry new wounds:
Huang Dan (Lead Monoxide), 2 liang; Ding Fen (Basic Lead Carbonate), 2 liang; Bai Fan (Alum), 2 liang.
Grind the ingredients and place in a porcelain bottle. Seal tightly with salt mud. Dry slowly over low fire, then roast intensely over high fire until red-hot. Allow to cool, remove, grind finely, and apply to the sore.
Formula to promote muscle growth when pus has decreased but tissue fails to regenerate after ulceration:
Mi Tuo Seng (Litharge), 1.5 liang; Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome), 1 liang, fibrous parts removed; Bing Lang (Areca Seed), 3 fen.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Apply three times daily.
Formula to stop internal pus discharge from carbuncles and malignant sores:
