以上药材，捣罗成粉末，用羊胆汁调和，捣击一百多下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次在饭后，用清粥饮送下二十丸。
治疗眼中一切翳障不消退，风热毒气上攻，眼睛经常模糊看不清物体的，不论年份久远，翳膜厚重的，此药频繁点眼效果极佳。

以上药材，捣罗成粉末，都研磨令其均匀，炼蜜调和捣击五七百下，放入瓷盒中。每次取少许，再用蜂蜜调成稀糊状。
治疗积年瘀肉翳障，适宜点用琥珀散方。

以上药材，全部放入新钵内，研磨三天，令其极细。每天点用三五次。
治疗眼睛久患翳障不愈，适宜点用贝齿散方。

以上药材，细研如粉状。每次用少许点眼，直到磨尽翳障为止。
治疗眼睛生翳膜，经过一年不痊愈，适宜点用石胆散方。

以上药材，先将前五味药（决明等），用水三大盏，煎煮至一盏，净滤，去渣。其次加入盐绿等五味药，再煎煮取出。
治疗眼睛生翳障，远年不愈，迎风流泪出痒烂，以及生息肉，适宜点用石胆丸方。

For conditions where eye nebulae and obstructions arise, it is due to wind-heat toxic qi residing within the zang-fu organs, unable to be diffused and unblocked. After accumulating for a long time, it gradually ascends to attack the eyes. Initially, this manifests as redness of the eyes.
To treat eye nebulae and obstructions that have persisted for many years without receding, the Ruren San (Rui Ren Powder) formula is suitable.
Rui Ren (Prunus persica seed, 1 liang, soaked in hot water to remove the red skin) Chi Fuling (Red Poria, 1.5 liang) Qin Jiao (Gentiana macrophylla root, 1 liang, remove the sprout) Chai Hu (Bupleurum root, 1 liang, remove the sprout) Chuan Da Huang (Rheum palmatum root, 0.5 liang) Shao Yao (Peony root, 3 liang).
The above herbs are crushed, sifted into a powder. Take 3 qian per dose. Decoct with one zhong of water until reduced to six-tenths. Strain out the dregs. Take warm after meals. Avoid roasted, fried, and heating foods such as wheat noodles.
To treat eye nebulae and obstructions that do not resolve after a year, causing blurred distant vision, the Shi Jueming Wan (Arconia Pill) formula is suitable.
Shi Jueming (Concha Haliotidis, 0.5 liang, crushed, finely ground, and processed by water levigation) Jue Ming Zi (Cassiae Semen) Suan Zao Ren (Ziziphus jujuba seed, lightly stir-fried) Wei Rui (Polygonatum odoratum rhizome) Rui Ren (Prunus persica seed, soaked in hot water to remove the red skin) Hu Huang Lian (Coptis chinensis root) Huang Lian (Coptis chinensis root).
The above herbs are crushed and sifted into a powder. Mix with sheep bile, pound over a hundred times, and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take twenty pills after meals, washed down with clear rice gruel.
To treat all types of eye nebulae and obstructions that do not resolve, where wind-heat toxic qi attacks upward, causing frequent blurring of vision regardless of duration, especially when the nebular membrane is thick, frequent application of this medicine yields excellent results.
Shi Dan (Chalcocitum, 1 liang, finely ground) Bo Si Yan Lv (Vitriolum Viride, 1 liang) Shi Yan (Halitum, 0.5 liang) Sha (Arsenic sulfide, 0.5 liang) Wu Zei Yu Gu (Sepiae Endoconcha, 0.3 fen) Rui Ren (Prunus persica seed, 0.3 fen) Jue Ming (Cassiae Semen, 1 liang, crushed, finely ground, and water-leigated).
The above herbs are crushed and sifted into a powder, thoroughly mixed. Combine with refined honey and pound five to seven hundred times. Store in a porcelain container. Take a small amount each time, mix with honey to form a thin paste.
To treat chronic stasis-related nebulae and obstructions, apply the Hupo San (Amber Powder) formula.
Hupo (Succinum, 0.5 liang) Zhen Zhu Mo (Pinctada margaritifera powder, 1 liang) Shan Hu (Corallium rubrum, 0.5 liang) Zhu Sha (Cinnabaris, 0.5 liang) Sha (Arsenic sulfide, 0.5 liang, white variety) Ma Ya Xiao (Natrii Sulfas, 0.5 liang).
The above herbs are placed in a new mortar and ground for three days until extremely fine. Apply three to five times daily.
To treat chronic eye nebulae and obstructions that do not heal, apply the Bei Chi San (Concha Arcae Powder) formula.
Bei Chi (Concha Arcae, 0.1 fen) Hupo (Succinum, 0.1 fen) Zhu Sha (Cinnabaris, 0.5 liang) Long Nao (Borneolum Syntheticum, 0.5 liang) Ma Ya Xiao (Natrii Sulfas, 0.1 fen).
The above herbs are finely ground into a powder. Apply a small amount to the eye until the nebulae and obstructions are completely removed.
To treat eye nebular membranes that persist for a year without healing, apply the Shi Dan San (Chalcocitum Powder) formula.
Shi Dan (Chalcocitum, 0.5 fen) Zhu Sha (Cinnabaris, 0.5 liang) Rui Ren (Prunus persica seed, 0.5 liang, soaked in hot water to remove the red skin) Zhen Zhu Mo (Pinctada margaritifera powder, 0.1 fen) Hupo (Succinum, 0.1 fen) Ma Ke (Concha Margaritifera, 0.1 fen).
The above herbs are crushed and sifted into a fine powder. Place in a milk mortar and grind until uniform. Use an amount the size of a mung bean to apply to the outer canthus. Effect is seen after two or three applications.
To treat chronic eye nebulae and obstructions, apply the Jueming Jian (Cassiae Decoction) formula.
Ma Ti Jue Ming (Cassiae Semen, 1 liang) Rui Ren (Prunus persica seed, 1.5 liang, soaked in hot water to remove the red skin) Lu Hui (Aloe) Qin Pi (Fraxinus bark, crushed) Huang Bo (Phellodendron bark, remove coarse skin) Ma Ke (Concha Margaritifera, ground).
First, take the first five herbs (including Cassiae Semen), decoct with three zhong of water until reduced to one zhong. Filter cleanly and discard dregs. Then add the next five herbs (including Vitriolum Viride), decoct further, and strain.
To treat eye nebulae and obstructions that persist for years without healing, accompanied by wind-induced tearing, itching, ulceration, and the growth of polyps, apply the Shi Dan Wan (Chalcocitum Pill) formula.
Shi Dan (Chalcocitum, 0.1 fen, finely ground) Sha (Arsenic sulfide, 0.1 fen, finely ground) Shi Jueming (Concha Haliotidis, 0.5 liang, finely ground and water-leigated) Yan Lv (Vitriolum Viride, 0.1 fen) Wu Zei Yu Gu (Sepiae Endoconcha, 0.5 fen) Jue Ming Zi (Cassiae Semen, 0.3 fen).
The above herbs are crushed and sifted into a powder. Add the pre-ground ingredients and mix uniformly. Combine with refined honey and form pills the size of hemp seeds. Each night before sleep, place one pill in each outer canthus.
To treat eye nebulae and obstructions that have existed for a long time and cannot dissipate, apply the Qi Bao San (Seven Treasures Powder) formula.

To treat eye nebulae and obstructions that adhere firmly to the eyeball and persist for a year without healing, apply the Hupo San (Amber Powder) formula.

To treat stubborn, accumulated eye nebulae covering the pupil, apply the Pu Xiao San (Mirabilite Powder) formula.
