石斛（一两，去根切碎）、天门冬（半两，去心焙干）、五味子（三分）、巴戟天（半两）、牛膝（一两，去苗）、三白草（半两）、萆薢（三分，切碎）、狗脊（半两）、石南藤（半两）、杜仲（二分，去粗皮，炙至微黄后切碎）、天雄（三分，炮裂后去皮）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和并捣杵三五百下，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用，在空腹及晚饭前，用温酒送服三十丸，逐渐增加至五十丸。
治疗肾气虚损导致的骨骼萎弱、身体消瘦、耳鸣心烦、小腹部拘急疼痛、气感牵引至膀胱，连带腰膝疼痛、不想吃东西的症状，适宜使用的方剂：
磁石（二两，烧红后用醋淬七遍，细研，用水飞法处理）、肉苁蓉（二两，酒浸一夜，刮去皱皮，炙干）、钟乳粉（二两）、杜仲（一两，去粗皮，炙微黄，切碎）、五味子（半两，酒浸三日，晒干，单独捣碎）、泽泻（三两）、芫花（三两，捣碎，微炒）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和并捣杵三二百下，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用，在空腹及晚饭前，用温酒送服三十丸，逐渐增加至五十丸。

紫石英（一两，细研，用水飞法处理）、肉苁蓉（二两，酒浸一夜，切碎，刮去皱皮，炙干）、白石英（一两，细研，用水飞法处理）、菟丝子（一两，酒浸后晒干）、干地黄（二两）、附子（一枚，炮裂，去皮脐）、桂心（一两）、泽泻（一两）、薯蓣（一两）、山茱萸（一两）、棘刺（一两）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和并捣杵三五百下，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用，在空腹及晚饭前，用温酒送服三十丸，逐渐增加至五十丸。
治疗肾脏虚损导致的肌肉身体消瘦，骨骼萎弱无力，腰部脚部酸疼，小便混浊，适宜服用熟干地黄丸方：
熟干地黄（二两）、山茱萸（一两）、薯蓣（一两）、白茯苓（一两）、石斛（一两，去根）、桂心（一两）、泽泻（一两，捣碎炒至黄色干燥）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和并捣杵三五百下，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用，在空腹及晚饭前，用温酒送服三十丸。
治疗肾脏虚损导致的骨骼萎弱无力，坐着难以站起，视力模糊昏暗，短气不足，身体消瘦，适宜服用牛膝丸方：
牛膝（一两半，去苗）、柏子仁（三分）、桂心（一两）、白茯苓（三分）、白石英（一两，细研，用水飞法处理）、防风（一两，去芦头）、川芎（三分）、石斛（一两）、补骨脂（一两）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和并捣杵三五百下，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用，在空腹及晚饭前，用温酒送服三十丸。

Dendrobii Caulis (Shihu, 石斛) [1 liang, remove roots, cut into pieces], Asparagi Radix (Tianmendong, 天门冬) [0.5 liang, remove heart, dry-roasted], Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi, 五味子) [3 fen], Morindae Officinalis Radix (Bajitian, 巴戟天) [0.5 liang], Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi, 牛膝) [1 liang, remove sprouts], Bletillae Rhizoma (Sanbaicao, 三白草) [0.5 liang], Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma (Bixie, 萆薢) [3 fen, cut into pieces], Cibotii Rhizoma (Gouji, 狗脊), Pyracanthae Folium (Shinannan, 石南藤), Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong, 杜zhong) [2 fen, remove coarse bark, stir-bake until slightly yellow, cut into pieces], Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Tianxiong, 天雄) [3 fen, processed until cracked, remove skin].
Crush and sieve the above ingredients into powder. Mix with refined honey and pound for three to five hundred strokes. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills each time, on an empty stomach and before evening meal, with warm wine. Gradually increase to fifty pills.

Magnetitum (Cishi, 磁石) [2 liang, calcined and quenched in vinegar seven times, finely ground, washed with water], Cistronis Herba (Roucongrong, 肉苁蓉) [2 liang, soaked in wine overnight, scrape off wrinkled skin, dry-roasted], Spathulae Halloysitum (Zhongrufen, 钟乳粉) [2 liang], Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong, 杜仲) [1 liang, remove coarse bark, stir-bake until slightly yellow, cut into pieces], Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi, 五味子) [0.5 liang, soaked in wine for three days, sun-dried, pounded separately], Alismatis Rhizoma (Zexie, 泽泻) [3 liang], Genkwa Flos (Yanhua, 芫花) [3 liang, crushed, lightly stir-fried].
