夫蛲虫者。犹是九虫内一虫也。形甚小。如今之蜗虫状。亦因腑脏虚弱。而致发动。甚
者则能成痔 。疥癣癞疽 诸疮。龋虫。此是人体虚热。极重者故为蛲虫。动作无所不为也。
治蛲虫。芫花散方。
芫花（三分醋拌炒令干） 野狼牙（三分） 雷丸（三分） 桃仁（三分汤浸去皮尖双仁
生用）
白芜荑（三分）
上件药。捣细罗为散。隔宿勿食。平旦以粥饮调下一钱。
又方。
贯众（一两） 狗脊（一两） 白芜荑（一两） 桃花（半两） 麝香（一分研入）
上件药。捣细罗为散。每服空心。以温酒调下二钱。良久再服。
又方。
酸石榴根（一两锉） 干漆（一两捣碎微炒） 野狼牙（一两） 鹤虱（一两） 槟榔（一
两）
上件药。捣细罗为散。每服空心。以温酒调下二钱。良久更再服。虫当下。
又方。
巴豆（一枚去皮膜研压出油） 桃仁（四枚汤浸去皮尖双仁生用）
上件药。都研令烂。丸如绿豆大。大人平旦以温浆水下二丸。小儿服一丸。若不下。再
服之。
治蛲虫在胃中。渐渐羸瘦方。
淳酒（一升） 白蜜（半斤） 好盐（半斤末）
上件药合和。于铜器中。微火煎之可丸。即丸如梧桐子大。空心。以温酒下二十丸。晚
食前再服。
蛲虫，是九虫中的一种。它的形体非常小，就像现在的蜗虫那样。这也是因为脏腑虚弱，从而导致发作的。病情严重的甚至能引发痔疮、疥癣、癞疽等各种疮疡，以及龋齿。这是由于人体虚热极重，所以化为蛲虫。蛲虫活动起来无所不为。
治疗蛲虫的芫花散方：
芫花（三分，用醋拌炒至干）、野狼牙（三分）、雷丸（三分）、桃仁（三分，热水浸泡后去皮尖，保留双仁，生用）、白芜荑（三分）。
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。前一晚禁食，清晨用米汤送服一钱。
又一方：
贯众（一两）、狗脊（一两）、白芜荑（一两）、桃花（半两）、麝香（一分，研末加入）。
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。每次空腹服用，用温酒调下二钱。过一段时间后再次服用。
又一方：
酸石榴根（一两，锉碎）、干漆（一两，捣碎微炒）、野狼牙（一两）、鹤虱（一两）、槟榔（一两）。
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。每次空腹服用，用温酒调下二钱。过段时间后再服用。虫子会排下来。
又一方：
巴豆（一枚，去皮膜，研磨压榨出油）、桃仁（四枚，热水浸泡后去皮尖，保留双仁，生用）。
以上药物，一起研磨成烂泥状，制成如绿豆大小的药丸。成年人在清晨用温浆水送服两丸。小儿服用一丸。如果未排出，再服用一次。
治疗蛲虫在胃中，导致身体逐渐消瘦的方子：
淳酒（一升）、白蜜（半斤）、好盐（半斤，研末）。
以上药物混合，在铜器中用微火煎煮至可丸的状态，即制成如梧桐子大小的药丸。空腹时，用温酒送服二十丸。晚饭前再服用一次。
Ascaris lumbricoides (Pinworm) is one of the Nine Worms. Its shape is very small, resembling the current "wo worm" (a colloquial term for small worms). It arises due to the weakness of the Fu and Zang organs. In severe cases, it can lead to hemorrhoids, scabies, tinea, leprosy-like sores, various ulcers, dental caries, and other skin diseases. This is caused by extreme internal deficiency-heat transforming into pinworms. Pinworms are active and cause various disturbances.
Formula for Treating Pinworms: Yuanhua San (Spurge Root Powder)
Yuan Hua (Radix Genkwa, 3 fen, stir-fried with vinegar until dry), Ye Lang Ya (Radix Dendrobii, 3 fen), Lei Wan (Fructus Pseudolaricis, 3 fen), Tao Ren (Semen Persicae, 3 fen, soaked in hot water, skin and pointed ends removed, retaining the double kernels, used raw), Bai Wu Yi (Fructus Tsoosao, 3 fen).
The above herbs are finely ground and passed through a fine sieve to make a powder. Abstain from food overnight. In the morning, take 1 qian mixed with rice broth.
Another Formula:
Guan Zhong (Rhizoma Cyrtomii, 1 liang), Gou Ji (Rhizoma Cibotii, 1 liang), Bai Wu Yi (Fructus Tsoosao, 1 liang), Tao Hua (Flos Persicae, 0.5 liang), She Xiang (Moschus, 1 fen, ground and added).
The above herbs are finely ground and passed through a fine sieve to make a powder. Take on an empty stomach each time, mixing 2 qian with warm wine. Repeat the dose after some time.
Another Formula:
Suan Shi Liu Gen (Cortex Granati Radicis, 1 liang, chopped), Gan Qi (Resina Xanthorrhoeae, 1 liang, crushed and lightly stir-fried), Ye Lang Ya (Radix Dendrobii, 1 liang), He Shi (Herba Pedilii, 1 liang), Bing Lang (Arecae Semen, 1 liang).
The above herbs are finely ground and passed through a fine sieve to make a powder. Take on an empty stomach each time, mixing 2 qian with warm wine. Repeat the dose later. The worms will be expelled.
Another Formula:
Ba Dou (Semen Crotonis, 1 seed, skin and membrane removed, ground and pressed to remove oil), Tao Ren (Semen Persicae, 4 seeds, soaked in hot water, skin and pointed ends removed, retaining the double kernels, used raw).
The above herbs are thoroughly ground into a paste and formed into pills the size of mung beans. Adults take 2 pills in the morning with warm grain water. Children take 1 pill. If not expelled, administer another dose.
Formula for Treating Pinworms in the Stomach Causing Gradual Emaciation:
Chun Jiu (Pure Wine, 1 sheng), Bai Mi (Mel, 0.5 jin), Hao Yan (Good Salt, 0.5 jin, ground).
Mix the above ingredients and simmer gently in a copper vessel until they can be formed into pills. Form into pills the size of sophora seeds. Take 20 pills on an empty stomach with warm wine. Take another dose before the evening meal.
