以上药物，捣碎过罗成为粉末，加入已研好的药物令其均匀，炼蜜调和，捣杵五七百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用，不限时候，温水送服。
治疗风痫，失心狂乱，不识好坏。银粉丸方：
上好银（二两，打成薄片，用猪脂二斤煎至脂尽，又以好醋一升煎至尽，细掰破银片，用水银三两相合，出汞后捣碎过罗）
以上药物，捣碎过罗成为粉末，研入银粉令其均匀，以枣肉和丸，如皂荚子大小，不限时候，金银汤研下一丸。
治疗风痫，积年不愈，发作时迷闷吐沫，或发出牛叫声。适宜服用银末丸方：
银末（半两） 铁粉（一两） 黑猫儿粪（一两，炒） 黄丹（二两）
以上药物混合，熟研均匀，以醋饭和丸，如绿豆大。患病五年服十五丸，患病十年服二十丸，患病十五年服二十五丸，以此类推。

天竹黄（一两） 水银（一两与铅同结为砂子） 黑铅（二两） 夜明砂（一两，微炒） 朱砂（一两，细研水飞）

治疗风痫，欲发即精神不定，眼目不明，抽搐，恶声，嚼舌吐沫。适宜服用雌黄丸方：
雌黄（一两，细研炒令褐色） 黄丹（一两，炒令褐色） 麝香（一钱，细研）
以上药物混合，研令均匀，用牛乳一升，慢火熬成膏，候可丸，即丸如梧桐子大。每次服用，不限时候，温水送服。
又一方：
铁粉（二两） 雌黄（一两，叶子者） 黄丹（二两，与雌黄同略炒过）
以上药物，都细研为末，以粳米饭和丸，如绿豆大。每次服用，不限时候，以牛乳送服五丸。如无牛乳，以温水送服。
治疗风痫，有积痰在胸膈不散，发作时心躁，恶叫迷闷，吐沫抽搐。适宜服用阳起石丸方：
阳起石（一两） 硫黄（一两与水银结为砂子） 水银（一两） 黄丹（一两）
以上药物，都研令细，固济瓷瓶子盐柜中，以文火养三日后，以五斤火煅之。候冷，取出火毒。
又方：
朱砂（一两，细研水飞过） 铅霜（一两） 腻粉（一两） 马牙硝（一两）
以上药物，都细研如粉，以枣肉和丸，如绿豆大。每次服用，不限时候，以熟水送服七丸。
治疗风痫，发作时眼前暗黑，迷闷吐沫，不认识人。适宜服用密陀僧丸方：
密陀僧（三两，细研） 朱砂（三两，细研水飞过） 腊月鸦（一只，烧灰细研） 猪牙皂荚（六挺）
以上皂荚捣罗为末，以米醋二升，熬成膏，入朱砂等三味，和丸如绿豆大。每次服用，不限时候，温水送服。
治疗风痫，心神狂乱，时吐涎沫，叫呼不认识人。适宜服用朱砂散方：
朱砂（二两，光明者逐块以金箔裹） 磁石（三两，捣为末） 黑铅（二两，以水银一两炒作沙子，细研）

Wind Epilepsy is caused by the accumulation of heat in the Zang-Fu organs and the invasion of Wind pathogen into the Heart. The Heart governs Blood; thus, when Blood stagnates and fails to circulate, it leads to the sluggishness of Ying (Nutritive) and Wei (Defensive) Qi, and the dryness of blood vessels.
To treat Wind Epilepsy caused by accumulated heat in the Heart and Phlegm-Toxin, manifesting as foaming at the mouth and biting of the tongue during attacks, the following prescription is suitable:
