治疗风瘾疹，全身瘙痒疼痛，心胸满闷，适宜服用羚羊角散方。

以上药物，捣碎过粗罗筛成散剂。每次服用四钱，用水一中盏，煎至五分，滤去药渣，加入酒一合，再煎一至两沸即可。
治疗风瘾疹，心中烦闷，犀角散方。

以上药物，捣细过罗筛成散剂，加入牛黄研匀。每次服用不拘时候，用竹叶汤调服二钱。
治疗风瘾疹，多次就医无效，鬼箭羽散方。

以上药物，捣细过罗筛成散剂，用粟米粉五合擦拭身体后，不拘时候，用温水调服二钱。
又一方。
漏芦（一两） 防风（二两，去芦头） 川大黄（二两，锉碎微炒） 苦参（三两，锉） 枳壳（三两，麸炒）
以上药物，捣罗成末，炼蜜调和捣三二百杵，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次饭后，用温浆水送服三十丸。
治疗风瘾疹剧烈难忍，枫香丸方。
枫香（一两） 川乌头（半两，炮裂去皮脐） 藁本（半两） 白蒺藜（一两，微炒去刺） 仙灵脾（半两） 蛇床子（半两）
以上药物，捣罗成末，炼蜜调和捣三二百杵，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次饭后，用温浆水送服三十丸。
治疗风瘾疹结成肿块，攻冲遍身，发热瘙痒疼痛，以及治疗筋脉挛急，乌蛇膏方。

以上药物，捣为末，以酒五合，小便一升，煎如稀膏。以绵蘸药于上，轻手揩之，令热彻入皮……
又方。
大戟末五两，以水二升煮取一升涂之。
又方。
蒴藋茎叶五斤，细锉，以水五斗，煮至三斗，滤去药渣，看冷热，洗浴立瘥。
又方。
蛇衔草，捣取汁涂之，瘥。
Wind urticaria is caused by pathogenic factors invading the skin, compounded by the struggle between wind and cold, resulting in urticaria. If the rash is red, it is due to cold-dampness struggling within the muscles.
For treating wind urticaria with generalized itching and pain, chest fullness, and oppression, Lingyangjiao San (Antelope Horn Powder) is suitable.
Lingyangjiao (Horn of Saiga Antelope, *Saiga tatarica*) (1 liang), Baixianpi (Cortex Dictamni, *Dictamni Cortex*) (1 liang), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae, *Scutellariae Radix*) (3 fen), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae, *Saposhnikoviae Radix*) (1 liang, remove radicle), Renshen (Radix Ginseng, *Ginseng Radix*) (3 fen, remove radicle).
Xingren (Seed of Apricot, *Armeniacae Semen Amarum*) (1 liang, slightly stir-fried, remove peel and tip).
The above herbs are coarsely ground and sieved. Take 4 qian per dose, decoct with one zhong of water until reduced to half a zhong, strain, add one he of wine, and boil for one or two boils.
For treating wind urticaria with mental restlessness, Xijiao San (Rhinoceros Horn Powder) is indicated.

Guijianyu (Ramulus Eucommiae, *Eucommiae Ramulus*) (1 liang), Bailian (Bulbus Lili, *Lilii Bulbus*) (1 liang), Bai Jili (Fructus Tribuli, *Tribuli Fructus*) (1 liang, slightly stir-fried, remove spines), Baifan (Alumen, *Alumen*) (1 liang, calcined until liquid evaporates), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae, *Saposhnikoviae Radix*) (2 liang, remove radicle).

The above herbs are used raw, finely sliced, and soaked overnight in half sheng of first vinegar. Add two sheng (jin) of rendered lard from the twelfth lunar month into a pan with the herbs.
For treating wind pruritus and urticaria with intense itching causing bleeding upon scratching, Shuoke Gao (Polygonatum Ointment) is indicated.
