药材：龙脑（一两，细研）、麝香（一分，细研）、干蝎（半两，微炒）、天南星（一两，炮裂）、朱砂（半两，水飞）、防风（半两，酒浸）、甘草（半两，炙令微黄）。
以上药物，捣碎过罗筛成粉末，加入已研细的药物混合均匀，用炼蜜调和捣杵三五百下，制成如绿豆大小的丸药。每次服用，不拘时候，用温水送服。
治疗中风引起的角弓反张、口噤不语、四肢拘急痉挛，以及肾脏风毒攻注导致的手足顽麻等一切急风症状，均适宜服用天麻散方。
药材：天麻（一两）、白附子（一两，炮裂）、天南星（半两，炮裂）、附子（一两，炮裂去皮脐）、腻粉（一分）、阿胶（一两，炙）、羚羊角（半两，细研）、白花蛇（一两，酒浸去鳞骨酥炙）。
以上药物，捣碎过罗筛成粉末，加入已研细的药物混合均匀，用炼蜜调和捣杵三二百下，制成如鸡头实大小的丸药。每次服用，用生姜汁少许调服。
