The above herbs are pounded into a fine powder through a silk sieve. Each morning on an empty stomach, take three qian mixed with water. Take again in the evening. It treats various diseases. Long-term ingestion promotes longevity.

Method of Juanzi Ingesting Atractylodes Formula.
Atractodis Rhizoma (Yi Shuo). After selection, pound until broken. Steam over a stone steamer until soft and rotten. Rinse with hot water from a pot to extract the juice. Boil until it resembles thick lacquer, then stop. Do not add other substances.
