以上药材合在一起捣杵四万次。过细罗筛成散剂。先用多层蜡纸做成袋子盛装它，再放入新的瓷器中储存。每天早晨用酒送服三钱。
久毒四童散。这是茅君小茅保命君所服的方剂。
胡麻（黑色肥大的，去皮熬至发黄有香气） 天门冬（高地肥沃甘甜处生长的，晒干） 白术（在适宜时节采挖肥大者） 白茯苓（白色坚实、生长多年的宿根者）
以上六味药。精心处理后各取二斤。先熬胡麻，然后加入其他药物。捣杵三万次。过细罗筛成散剂。每天清晨，用酒送服三钱。

神仙令诵书气力不衰方。

以上药材。全部放入铜器中。用慢火煎煮。以一顿饭的时间为限度。装入不漏水的容器中。每次服用时，用温酒调服，约一只鸡的量。

Ru Xian Gong Yannian Bulao San (Immortal Lord's Longevity and Agelessness Powder).
Prepared Rehmanniae Radix (30 liang), Schisandrae Fructus (4 liang), Asparagi Radix (12 liang, heart removed and roasted), Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (6 liang), Polygalae Radix (4 liang, heart removed).
The above herbs are crushed, passed through a fine sieve to make a powder. Take 3 qian per dose. Mix with water and take orally. Three times daily. After thirty days, strength will double that of ordinary people. After sixty days, qi and vitality will be abundant. This formula is called Sishan San (Four Fan Powder) for Immortals' Youth Preservation and Longevity, filling essence and tonifying the brain. It was taken by Mao Jun Zhongjun Dinglu Jun.
Pine Resin (first refined according to method until extremely white and sweet-tasting), Dried Ginger (white and solid), Mica (first processed into fine powder according to method), Alisma Rhizome (selecting high-quality ones), Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma.
Combine all and pound forty thousand times. Pass through a fine sieve to make a powder. First, make a bag using several layers of wax paper to contain it, then store it in a new porcelain vessel. Take 3 qian with wine every morning.
Jiudu Sitong San (Long-term Poison Four Children Powder). This is the formula taken by Mao Jun Xiaomao Baoming Jun.

Formula for Immortals to Recite Books Without Depleting Qi and Strength.
Pine Resin (4 jin, refined twenty times with mulberry wood ash), White Beeswax (1 jin), Sheep Fat (2 jin), White Honey (2 jin), Malt Sugar (4 jin).
All the above ingredients. Put them into a copper vessel. Simmer over slow fire. The duration should be about one meal time. Store in a non-porous container. Each dose. Mix with warm wine, approximately the amount held by a chicken.

Red Halloysitum (13 liang, finely ground and wet-processed with water), Black Soybean (6 liang, used after sprouting), Alisma Rhizome (4 liang), White Peony Root (3 liang), Polygonatum Odoratum (Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati).
The above herbs. Crush and pass through a sieve to make powder. Mix with refined honey and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. At dawn, take thirty pills with water. Three times daily.
