补虚壮气，暖背祛邪，益精髓，调脾胃，进饮食，悦颜色。治五劳七伤，真
腹冷痛，肢体酸疼，腰背拘急，脚膝缓弱，面色黧黑，肌肉消瘦，目暗耳鸣，口
中虚鸣，胁下刺痛，饮食无味，心常惨戚，夜多异梦，昼少精神，小便滑数，时
室不举，或梦交通，及一切风虚痼冷，并宜服之。

以上六味，用无灰好酒一斗，同于银器内，慢火熬成膏，候冷入下项药。

上件药各依法修事，捣，罗为末，入前膏内搜成剂，于臼内捣千余杵，丸如梧桐子大。
每服二十丸，空心，温酒下，盐汤亦得。
治肾气虚损，五劳七伤，少腹拘急，四肢酸疼，面色黧黑，唇口干燥，目暗
气短，夜梦惊恐，精神困倦，喜怒无常，悲忧不乐，饮食无味，举动乏力，心腹
痿缓，小便滑数，房室不举，股内湿痒，水道涩痛，小便出血，时有余沥，并宜
填骨髓，续绝伤，补五脏，去万病，明视听，益颜色，轻身延年，聪耳明目。又
分，远志去苗、心，半两，黑豆煮，不用石龙芮、泽泻、肉苁蓉。

上为细末，以酒煮面糊为丸，如梧桐子大。每服二十丸，温酒或盐汤下，空心服。如脚
膝无力，木瓜汤下，晚食前再服。

具有补益虚损、强壮元气、温暖背部、祛除邪气、填补精髓、调理脾胃、增进食欲、润泽容颜的功效。主治五劳七伤，真元亏损导致的腹部冷痛，肢体酸痛，腰背拘紧急迫，脚膝软弱无力，面色黧黑，肌肉消瘦，视力昏暗，耳鸣，口中自觉有虚鸣声，胁下刺痛，饮食无味，心中常常凄惨悲戚，夜间多怪异之梦，白天精神萎靡不振，小便频数滑利，阳事不举，或梦中行房事，以及一切风虚痼冷之证，均适宜服用此方。
腽肭脐（一对，用慢火酒炙至熟透）、砂（研磨飞制，二两）、精羊肉（煮熟切碎烂，研磨）、羊髓（以上六味药，用无灰好酒一斗，一同放入银器内，用慢火熬制成膏状，待冷却后加入下列药物）。
阳起石（用浆水煮一天，细研过筛，焙干备用）、人参（去芦头）、补骨脂（酒炒）、钟乳粉（炼）、木香、荜澄（二两）、肉桂（去粗皮）、肉苁蓉（洗净，切片，焙干，四两）、白豆蔻（去壳，一两）、大附子（炮制，去皮和脐，用青盐半斤、浆水一斗五升煮，待水尽后切……）。
上述各味药材分别依法炮制处理后，捣碎，过罗成粉末，混入前面的膏剂中调和成团，在臼中捣一千多杵，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用二十丸，空腹时，用温酒送服，用盐汤送服也可以。
治疗肾气虚损，五劳七伤，少腹拘急，四肢酸痛，面色黧黑，唇口干燥，视力昏暗，气短，夜间梦到惊恐之事，精神困倦，喜怒无常，悲伤忧愁不快乐，饮食无味，举动乏力，心腹部痿缓无力，小便频数滑利，阳事不举，大腿内侧湿痒，尿道涩痛，小便出血，时常有余沥不尽，均适宜服用此方。能填骨髓，接续绝伤，补益五脏，去除万病，使视听清明，增益容颜，身体轻健延年益寿，耳聪目明。另外……分，远志去苗、心，半两，黑豆煮，不用石龙芮、泽泻、肉苁蓉。

It has the effects of tonifying deficiency, strengthening vital energy (Qi), warming the back, dispelling pathogenic factors, benefiting essence and marrow, regulating the spleen and stomach, promoting appetite, and beautifying the complexion. It treats five exhaustions and seven injuries, true yuan deficiency leading to cold pain in the abdomen, soreness and pain in the limbs, stiffness and tension in the waist and back, weakness in the feet and knees, dark complexion, emaciation, dim vision, tinnitus, subjective empty ringing in the mouth, stabbing pain under the hypochondrium, loss of taste, constant mental sorrow and grief, frequent strange dreams at night, lack of spirit during the day, slippery and frequent urination, impotence, or sexual intercourse in dreams, as well as all kinds of wind-deficiency and chronic cold syndromes; it is suitable for taking this prescription.
Tanna Qi (one pair, slow-fire roasted with wine until cooked), Sha (ground and refined, two liang), lean mutton (cooked, chopped finely, ground), sheep marrow (the above six ingredients are placed together in a silver vessel with one dou of good wine without ash, slowly boiled into a paste, cooled, and then the following medicines are added).
Yangqi Shi (boiled in fermented rice water for one day, finely ground and sieved, dried by baking), Renshen (rhizome removed), Buguzhi (wine-fried), Zhongru Fen (refined), Muxiang, Bicheng (two liang), Rougui (bark removed), Roushoucong (washed, sliced, dried by baking, four liang), Baidoukou (husk removed, one liang), Da Fuzi (processed, skin and umbilicus removed, boiled with half a jin of green salt and one dou five sheng of fermented rice water until the liquid is exhausted, then cut...).
Each of the aforementioned herbs is processed according to the specified methods, pounded, sieved into powder, mixed with the previous paste to form a mass, pounded more than a thousand times in a mortar, and formed into pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take twenty pills each time, on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine; salted water is also acceptable.
It treats kidney qi deficiency and damage, five exhaustions and seven injuries, urgency and tension in the lower abdomen, soreness and pain in the four limbs, dark complexion, dry lips and mouth, dim vision, shortness of breath, fearful dreams at night, mental fatigue, irregular mood swings, sadness and unhappiness, loss of taste, weakness in movement, flaccidity in the heart and abdomen, slippery and frequent urination, impotence, dampness and itching inside the thighs, astringent pain in the urinary channel, hematuria, occasional dribbling after urination; it is suitable for taking this prescription. It can fill the bone marrow, heal severe injuries, tonify the five zang organs, eliminate myriad diseases, clarify hearing and vision, benefit the complexion, make the body light and prolong life, and improve auditory and visual acuity. Additionally... fen, Yuanzhi (radix polygalae) with sprouts and hearts removed, half a liang, boiled with black soybeans; Shilongrui, Zexie, and Roushoucong are not used.
Tusizi (cleanly washed, soaked in wine), Zexie, Lurong (antlers without hair, fried with butter), Shilongrui (soil removed), Rougui (rough bark removed), Fuzi (dried by baking), Xuduan, Penzi (branches removed...).
The above medicines are ground into fine powder, and wheat flour paste boiled with wine is used as a binder to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take twenty pills each time, on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine or salted water. If there is weakness in the feet and knees, take with Mugua decoction, and take again before evening meal.
