以上药物研为极细的粉末。每次取半钱，用沸水冲泡，滤去药渣，趁温热频繁清洗眼部。
治疗肝经不足，内部感受风热，向上攻冲眼目，视物昏暗、瘙痒疼痛，干涩难以睁开，眼屎多且流泪，怕日羞明，眼睑红肿，或者生成障翳，都适宜服用此方。

Crush the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take one qian per dose, mixed with warm water after meals, taken three times daily. Children may take half a qian.
Treats wind-toxins in adults and children, causing red, swollen, painful eyes, itching, dryness, discharge, tearing, blurred vision, and photophobia.
Qinpi (Phellodendri Cortex, Amur Cork Tree Bark) Huashi (Talcum, Talc) [Select Huashi from Guifu, crush] Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, Coptis Rhizome, remove roots) [Each: ten taels]
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Use half a qian per application, steep in boiling water, strain off the dregs, and wash the eyes frequently while warm.
Treats Liver meridian deficiency, internal contraction of wind-heat, attacking upward to the eyes, causing blurred vision, itching, pain, dryness making it difficult to open the eyes, excessive discharge and tearing, photophobia, eyelid redness and swelling, or formation of cataracts/opacities. All are suitable for this prescription.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Boil honey into a paste, form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take twenty pills per dose, swallowed with rice drink, after meals, twice daily.
Treats Kidney-Liver deficiency, causing blurred eyesight, unclear vision, vast and hazy visual fields, frequent appearance of black spots, and often cold tears. Long-term use strengthens vision.

Treats men and women suffering from wind qi invasion, causing dim eyesight, discharge, tearing, photophobia, eyelid swelling and itching, occasional redness and pain, tinnitus, and dizziness.
