Abdominal pain and incessant vomiting
Consume water decocted from Mung Bean (Vigna radiata) or Black Soybean (Glycine max), or consume water decocted from the root of Houttuynia cordata (Huzhanhua, 玉簪花). (Must be taken cold.)

Unconsciousness persisting for a day
Take one sheng of Black Soybean (Glycine max), boil to extract juice, and administer three cups while warm to induce vomiting. Alternatively, collect half a cup of condensed steam water from the pot lid and administer it.

Administer broth decocted from dried white fish head several times, or consume water decocted from Ginkgo nut shell (Zhongduzhe will suddenly shout and faint as if startled). (Also treats various fruit poisonings.)

Consume strong decoction of Lophatherum gracile (Dan Zhuye, 淡竹叶).

Immediately consume melon rind soup (if citrus poisoning, consume tangerine peel soup; if pear poisoning, consume pear leaf soup).

Three liang of Apricot Seed (Xingren, 杏仁), ground with skin, mixed with hot water and administered in three cups to induce vomiting.

Consume rice washing water, one cup taken warm.

Drink "Di Jiang Shui" (Earth slurry water).

One liang of Smoked Plum Flesh (Wumei Rou, 乌梅肉 - roasted), five qian of Rock Sugar (Shatang, 砂糖), one teacup of water; decoct until reduced by thirty percent and drink. Alternatively, consume water decocted from two liang of Black Lead (Qian, 黑铅). Alternatively, consume two liang of Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, 防风) decoction cooled down.

Consume water decocted from Pomegranate Leaf (Shiliu Ye, 石榴叶) or Yellow Earth (Huang Tu, 黄土).

Consume powder of raw Hyacinth Bean (Bian Dou, 扁豆) with cold water.

First consume salt water, then drink thick juice decocted from Black Soybean (Glycine max).

Old chicken meat is toxic
Crush dozens of land slugs (Yous, 蜒蚰) with their shells together with warm boiled water and ingest.

Swallow two or three raw eggs.

Ingest water prepared by grinding Rhinoceros Horn (Xijiao, 犀角). [Note: Use of rhino horn is illegal and prohibited; this is a historical translation.]

In an emergency, decoct equal parts of Raw Licorice Root (Sheng Gancao, 生甘草) and Shepherd's Purse (Jicai, 荠菜) in water; ingestion leads to immediate recovery.

Consuming Borneol (Bingpian, 冰片) with alcohol is fatal
Drinking newly drawn cool water can detoxify.

Substances that discharge silver or coat porcelain are toxic
Drink one bowl of water mixed with yellow mud.

Drink juice extracted from Chinese Chive (Jiucai, 韭菜).

Feeling only discomfort in the abdomen, but chewing raw soybeans does not taste fishy (indicative of specific plant toxin ingestion)
In an emergency, decoct five qian of Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma, 升麻), drink the juice continuously, and induce vomiting by stimulating the throat with fingers. Or consume large amounts of

Apricot Seeds (Xingren, 杏仁) are harmless whether raw or cooked; however, those stir-fried unevenly (half-raw, half-cooked) can be fatal in doses of dozens of seeds.
Consume decoction of Apricot Tree Bark (Xingshu Pi, 杏树皮). Or

Consume decoction of Radish (Luobo, 萝卜).

Tongue swollen to fill the mouth (indicative of specific poisoning)
Mix good quality vinegar with brown sugar, hold in the mouth, and expectorate saliva.

Consume juice decocted from Papaya Peel (Mugua Pi, 木瓜皮), or drink salt water.

Coldness extending from hands and feet to elbows and knees
Soak and wash with water decocted from Duckweed (Fuping, 浮萍).

Drink rice vinegar or eat dried persimmon cakes.

Consume decoction of Stephania Tetrandra (Han Fangji, 汉防己).

Consume strong Mung Bean (Vigna radiata) decoction cold.
