酒药一丸，切开，用半丸同连须葱头数个，捣如泥，中作一窝如柿饼状，再将香油少许
滴窝中，新瓦钵内慢火炖，候开透取起，摊布上如膏药，再将灯草两段，十字放在儿脐肚，
中间粘贴膏药，不过顿饭时，即泻出风热寒滞而愈。
未落脐带者难治
鲜桑皮一块（剥去老皮），荞面一两，水和做成圈围肚脐，将桑皮盖在荞面圈上，用艾
灸七壮，桑皮见汗即愈。
羊尿脬一个，吹起阴干，入顶好汾酒或好烧酒数两，秤准，用线扎紧脬口，挂在心口胃
脘之间（须贴肉挂），疳重者不过数时，酒自消减，另换酒，如此数换，秤酒不消减，病即
愈矣。（此方并治大人虫疾）
枯矾末敷 或黄柏末数。如出血，白石脂末敷，末愈则微炒（候冷再敷）。
炒芝麻一盅，拌雄黄末二分，开水送。三日后单食芝麻，若止，爱食壁土，用壁土末煎
黄连汁和饼食之。
背阴侧柏叶捣汁三匙，生蜜三匙，井水三小杯调灌。
取酒药一丸，将其切开，取半丸与数个带须的葱头一起捣烂成泥状，中间做成类似柿饼形状的凹陷窝。在窝中滴入少许香油，放入新瓦钵内用慢火炖煮，待其完全透热后取出，摊在布上制成如膏药般的形状。将两段灯心草呈十字形放在婴儿肚脐处，中间贴上此膏药，大约一顿饭的时间，风、热、寒、滞邪气即可泻出而痊愈。
对于脐带尚未脱落者，难以治疗。取鲜桑皮一块（剥去老皮），荞麦面一两，用水调和做成圈围住肚脐，将桑皮覆盖在荞麦面圈上，用艾条灸七壮，若桑皮出现汗湿现象，病即痊愈。
取羊尿胞一个，吹起后阴干，装入数两顶级汾酒或优质烧酒，称准重量，用线扎紧尿胞口，悬挂在心口与胃脘之间（必须紧贴皮肤悬挂）。疳积重症者不过数小时，酒液自然减少，更换新酒，如此多次更换，直到称重发现酒液不再减少，疾病即愈。（此方同时也治疗成人寄生虫病）
用枯矾粉末外敷，或者用黄柏粉末数份外敷。如果出血，用白石脂粉末外敷；若未见效，则将白石脂微炒（待冷却后再敷）。
炒芝麻一盅，拌入二分雄黄粉末，用开水送服。三天后单独食用芝麻，如果症状停止且患儿爱吃墙土，则用墙土粉末煎煮黄连汁和成饼状让患儿食用。
背阴处的侧柏叶捣取汁液三匙，生蜜三匙，井水三小杯调和后灌服。
Take one pill of Jiuyao (Fermented Medicinal Pill), cut it open, and use half a pill along with several green onion heads with roots intact. Pound them into a paste, forming a depression in the center resembling a persimmon cake. Add a few drops of sesame oil into the depression, place it in a new clay pot, and simmer over slow fire until thoroughly heated. Remove it, spread it on cloth to form a plaster-like consistency. Place two pieces of Juncus effusus (rush pith) in a cross shape on the infant's umbilicus, and paste the plaster in the middle. Within the time it takes to eat a meal, the wind, heat, cold, and stagnation pathogens will be discharged, and the patient will recover.
Apply powder of Tu Xin Tu (Caulis Cinnamomi / Hearth Soil) externally. Alternatively, burn Portulaca oleracea (Ma Chi Xian) to ash and apply with water or oil.
Cases where the umbilical cord has not yet fallen off are difficult to treat. Take a piece of fresh Morus alba bark (Xiang Sang Pi) (peel off the old bark), mix with one liang of Fagopyrum esculentum flour (Qiao Mian), knead with water to form a ring surrounding the umbilicus. Cover the ring with the mulberry bark, and perform moxibustion with seven moxa cones (Zhuang). If sweat appears on the mulberry bark, the disease will be cured.
Take one sheep urinary bladder, inflate it and dry it in the shade. Fill it with several liang of top-quality Fenjiu (Fen Wine) or good Sha jiu (Baijiu), weigh accurately, tie the mouth tightly with thread, and hang it between the heart region and the epigastrium (must hang directly against the skin). For severe cases of Gan syndrome (malnutrition due to parasitic infection or poor digestion), within a few hours, the wine level will naturally decrease. Replace with fresh wine. Repeat this process several times until the weight of the wine no longer decreases; at this point, the illness will be cured. (This formula also treats intestinal parasites in adults.)
Use Da Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) 1 liang 2 qian, add six bowls of water, decoct until three bowls remain. Drink the entire amount to achieve recovery.
Apply powder of Ku Fan (Alumen) externally, or apply powder of Huang Bo (Cortex Phellodendri). If bleeding occurs, apply powder of Bai Shi Zhi (Halloysitum Rubrum); if ineffective, lightly stir-fry the powder (allow to cool before applying).
One zhong of fried Sesame indicum seeds (Zhi Ma), mixed with 2 fen of Xiong Huang (Realgar) powder, taken with boiled water. After three days, consume only sesame seeds alone. If symptoms cease and the child craves eating wall soil, decoct Huang Lian (Rhizoma Coptidis) juice and mix with wall soil powder to make cakes for consumption.
Three spoons of juice from Platycladi Cacumen (Ce Bai Ye) grown in shaded areas, three spoons of raw honey, and three small cups of well water, mixed and administered orally.
Apply Qing Fen (Calomel) mixed with Tong You (Tung Oil) to the affected area.
Apply chicken manure to the infant's umbilicus (use male chicken manure for boys, female chicken manure for girls), or use grass from a chicken coop, or place dried cow dung under the mat.
Remove the mouthparts of Bai Jiang Can (Bombyx Batryticatus), grind into powder, decoct in water, and wash the affected area.
For swelling of the fontanelle, apply Huang Bo (Cortex Phellodendri) powder mixed with water as a patch to both soles of the feet.
Apply earthworm mud to the fontanelle; replace when dry. Alternatively, steam Chuan Lian (Fructus Toosendan) with human milk and apply locally.
Burn tangled hair to ash, mix with Zhu You (Porcine Fat), and apply. Alternatively, bake Wu Bei Zi (Galla Chinensis) until dry, grind into powder, and apply (also treats adults).
