和涂，九从两脚起红肿 羊油和乳香涂；十从阴囊下起红肿 门限下千步土研末，羊油和涂。
更有毒重者，满身皆是 油菜子擂酒频饮，油菜叶捣敷（无叶以子代之）。
萆 用醋酒煮三日，以酥为度，研末，麻油调敷（不拘已破未破皆治）。

不可药治者
皂刺八钱，黄酒煎服，即从小便出脓，不饮者水煎亦可。
子隐于壁间，以尿射人遍身生疮，如汤火伤
乌鸡翎烧灰，鸡子白调敷。或嚼梨敷，或捣韭菜汁涂，或麻子敷。
皮破黄水出四畔浮浆
蛇蜕一大条，阴阳瓦 存性，研细末，鸡子清调敷。
饮麻油一杯，或火焙银器，乘热烙疮口即止。

萆薢用醋和酒煮三天，以酥软为度，研成粉末，用麻油调和敷用（无论疮疡已破或未破均可治疗）。
淡豆豉嚼烂做成饼状，盖在疮口上，用大艾炷灸治，感到微痛即停止，隔日再灸。
蛇蜕贴于肿胀处。
对于不可用药治疗的情况：皂角刺八钱，用黄酒煎服，脓液即可从小便排出，不能饮酒者用水煎服亦可。
若有人将尿液射向他人，导致遍身生疮，如同汤火烫伤：用乌鸡翎烧成灰，用鸡蛋清调和敷用。或者嚼梨敷用，或捣韭菜汁涂抹，或用麻子敷用。
皮肤破损，黄水流出，四周有浮浆：取一大条蛇蜕，在阴阳瓦上煅存性，研成细末，用鸡蛋清调和敷用。
饮一杯麻油，或用火焙热的银器，趁热烙烫疮口即可止血。
Five qian of sheep feces and five qian of apricot seeds are burned and ground into powder, then mixed with pig bone marrow for topical application. Alternatively, white snail shells from earthen walls can be ground into powder and applied daily.
1. For redness and swelling starting from the head and neck that spreads: apply juice extracted from scallion whites.
2. For redness and swelling starting from the head and neck accompanied by severe pain: mix red adzuki bean powder with egg white for topical application.
3. For redness and swelling starting from the face: mix Fulonggan (Zao Xin Tu, Hearth Soil) powder with ox hide glue for topical application.
4. For red spots appearing on the back: mix Sangbaipi (Cortex Mori Radicis) powder with mutton fat for topical application.
5. For redness and swelling in both arms: mix ash from yellow willow wood with well water for topical application.
6. For redness and swelling in both flanks: mix old iron rust powder with lard for topical application.
7. For redness and swelling on the dorsum of the feet: mix soil from under pig troughs with sesame oil for topical application.
8. For redness and swelling above the navel: mix Areca nut powder with vinegar for topical application.
9. For redness and swelling in both feet: apply mutton fat and Frankincense (Ruxiang).
10. For redness and swelling below the scrotum: mix soil collected from a thousand steps below a door threshold with mutton fat for topical application.
In cases of more severe toxicity where sores cover the entire body: frequently drink wine prepared from crushed rapeseeds, and apply mashed rapeseed leaves topically (if leaves are unavailable, use seeds instead).
Bixie (Dioscorea hypoglauca Rhizome) is boiled in vinegar and wine for three days until soft, then ground into powder and mixed with sesame oil for topical application (effective regardless of whether the sore has ruptured or not).
Chewed fermented soybeans (Dan Dou Chi) are formed into cakes and placed over the sore, followed by moxibustion using large moxa cones. Stop when slight pain is felt, and repeat every other day.
Snake slough is applied to the swollen area.
For conditions unsuitable for medicinal treatment: Decoct eight qian of Gleditsia sinensis Thorn (Zaoci) in yellow wine and ingest it; pus will discharge via urination. If alcohol cannot be consumed, decoct in water instead.
If someone urinates on another person causing widespread sores resembling burns: burn black chicken feathers to ash, mix with egg white, and apply. Alternatively, apply chewed pear, mashed leek juice, or hemp seeds.
Mix Duan Shi (Calcined Alumen) with rice, mash, and apply. Alternatively, mash large taro and apply.
Mix one qian each of old indoor hanging ash and door sill ash with half a fen of Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian), and apply mixed with sesame oil.
For broken skin with yellow fluid discharge and floating exudate around the edges: take a large piece of snake slough, calcine it in a yin-yang tile until carbonized but retaining its nature, grind into fine powder, and mix with egg white for topical application.
Drink one cup of sesame oil, or heat a silver vessel over fire and press it hot against the wound to stop bleeding.
