木贼（研末）四分，空心开水服，年久者连服十日愈。重者每服五分。或葱白和蜜摊布
上贴患处，熨斗熨之。
好食生米者是
白色鸡粪、白米各三钱，同炒焦为末，水煎服，吐出米汁愈。
常喜食肉者是
饮白马尿二三碗，吐出肉愈。
\x好饮清油或喉中如有虫上下者是
服雄黄末，或饮白马尿一二碗，即化。
好啮虱而得
旧梳旧篦各一件，俱破作两半，以一半研末，以一半煮水，调服即下。
状似噎隔
醋泡大蒜汁（陈者佳），饮二三碗，并多食大蒜。
腹中疼痛，坚硬如有龟鳖
僵蚕末一钱，白马尿一碗，调服，并敷痛处。
商陆根捣碎蒸熟，以新布裹熨痛处，冷再换。
连蒂老丝瓜，烧存性为末，冲酒服。急猝心腹痛，牙关紧闭 葱白五根（去皮捣如泥），
以匙送入喉中，香油四两，灌下即苏。
凡厥逆唇青卵缩，六脉欲绝者是
葱一束（去青去根留白二寸）；烘热放脐上，以熨斗熨之，葱坏另换，良久热气透入，
手足温有汗即痊。如熨而手足不温，不可治矣。
照上面虱症方治
饮白马尿即化。
榧实二三十枚，每月十五以前空心服之，食至斤余，虫俱死（十五以前虫头向上）。或
乌梅一个，老姜三片，花椒十四粒，榧子十枚，黑糖少许，煎服。
木贼（研成粉末）四分，空腹时用开水送服，病程长久者连续服用十日即可痊愈。病情较重者，每次服用五分。或者用葱白调和蜂蜜涂抹在布上，贴敷于患处，再用熨斗熨烫。
喜欢吃生米的是白色虫症：取白色鸡粪、白米各三钱，一同炒焦后研成粉末，用水煎服，吐出米汁后即可痊愈。
经常喜欢吃肉的是红色虫症：饮用白马尿二三碗，吐出肉食后即可痊愈。
喜欢喝清油或感觉喉咙中有虫子上下爬动的是黑色虫症：服用雄黄粉末，或者饮用白马尿一二碗，虫子即会化解。
喜欢咬虱子而感染的是青色虫症：取旧的梳子和旧篦子各一件，都破开分成两半，将其中一半研成粉末，另一半煮水，调匀后服用，虫子即可排出。
症状类似噎膈的：用醋浸泡的大蒜汁（陈年的更好），饮用二三碗，并多吃大蒜。
腹中疼痛，腹部坚硬如有龟鳖形状的是黄色虫症：僵蚕粉末一钱，白马尿一碗，调匀后服用，并在疼痛处外敷。
急饮热酒，将葱白打碎，炒热后敷在肚脐上，或者用布包裹熨烫肚脐，令其出汗则疼痛停止。
商陆根捣碎蒸熟，用新布包裹熨烫疼痛处，变冷后再更换。
带蒂的老丝瓜，烧至存性后研成粉末，冲酒服用。突然发生的心腹痛，牙关紧闭：葱白五根（去皮捣成泥状），用勺子送入喉中，香油四两，灌下后立即苏醒。
凡是出现四肢厥逆、嘴唇发青、睾丸收缩、六脉微弱欲绝的是阴寒重症：取葱一束（去掉绿色部分和根部，只留中间白色的二寸长部分）；加热后放在肚脐上，用熨斗熨烫，葱坏了就另外换，过一会儿热气透入，手足变暖并有汗出即可痊愈。如果熨烫后手足仍然不温，则无法治愈。
参照上述治疗虱症的方子。
饮用白马尿即可化解。
榧实二三十枚，每月十五号之前空腹服用，吃到一斤多，虫子都会死亡（因为十五号之前虫头向上）。或者用一个乌梅、老姜三片、花椒十四粒、榧子十枚、少许黑糖，煎汤服用。
Equisetum hiemale (Tuizei, 木贼) [ground into powder] 4 fen, taken orally with boiled water on an empty stomach; for chronic cases, continue taking for ten days to be cured. For severe cases, take 5 fen per dose. Alternatively, mix scallion white (Congbai, 葱白) with honey, spread it on cloth, apply to the affected area, and iron it with a hot iron.
Craving raw rice indicates White Worms: Take 3 qian of white chicken feces and 3 qian of white rice, stir-fry until scorched, grind into powder, decoct in water, and take orally. Cure is achieved when rice juice is vomited out.
Craving meat indicates Red Worms: Drink 2-3 bowls of white horse urine. Cure is achieved when meat is vomited out.
Craving clear oil or feeling worms moving up and down in the throat indicates Black Worms: Take realgar powder, or drink 1-2 bowls of white horse urine; the worms will dissolve.
Biting lice leading to infection indicates Green Worms: Take one old comb and one old hairpick, break each into two halves. Grind one half into powder, boil the other half in water. Mix and take orally; the parasites will be expelled.
Symptoms resembling dysphagia (Yige, 噎隔): Drink vinegar-soaked garlic juice (aged is better), 2-3 bowls, and consume plenty of garlic.
Abdominal pain with hardness resembling turtles or tortoises indicates Yellow Worms: Take 1 qian of Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan, 僵蚕) powder, mix with 1 bowl of white horse urine, take orally, and apply externally to the painful area.
Drink hot wine quickly. Crush scallion whites, stir-fry until hot, and apply to the umbilicus, or wrap in cloth and iron the umbilicus until sweating occurs, which stops the pain.
Crush Phytolaccae Radix (Shanglu, 商陆) root, steam until cooked, wrap in new cloth, and iron the painful area. Replace when cool.
Artemisia argyi (Aiye, 艾叶) and Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu, 香附) in equal parts, decoct in vinegar to make pills, and take orally.
Old loofah with stem, burnt until carbonized, ground into powder, taken with wine. Sudden onset of heart and abdominal pain with locked jaw: Take 5 scallion whites (peeled and mashed into paste), insert into the throat with a spoon, pour down 4 liang of sesame oil; consciousness returns immediately.
Cases of cold extremities, cyanotic lips, retracted testicles, and six pulses nearly imperceptible: Take a bundle of scallions (remove green tops and roots, keep only the white part, 2 cun long). Heat it and place on the umbilicus, iron it with a hot iron. Replace scallions when damaged. After a while, when heat penetrates, extremities become warm and sweating occurs, indicating recovery. If extremities remain cold after ironing, it is incurable.

Drinking white horse urine dissolves them.
Take 20-30 Torreyas seeds (Feishi, 榧实) on an empty stomach before the 15th day of the lunar month. Consuming over one jin will kill all worms (because before the 15th, worm heads face upward). Alternatively, decoct one Myrobalan (Wumei, 乌梅), three slices of old ginger, fourteen Sichuan peppercorns (Huajiao, 花椒), ten Torreyas seeds, and a little brown sugar, then take orally.
