柴胡（一钱半） 半夏 黄芩 人参（各七分） 甘草（五分） 加生地黄（一钱）

Zhimu (Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, one qian) Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, calcined, one and a half qian) Jingsmi (Oryzae Semen, eight fen) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, five fen) Add Renshen (Radix Ginseng, one qian).
Combine the above as one dose. Use one zhong of water and one red date. Decoct until five fen of liquid remains. Take at any time.
To treat pediatric Shanghan (Cold Damage), to clear residual heat.
Qianhu (Radium Peucedani, one qian) Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri) Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae, soaked in boiling water seven times) Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae, remove heart) Renshen (Radix Ginseng, remove radix tip) Jiegeng (Radix Platycodonis, remove radix tip, each seven fen) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, five fen).
Combine the above as one dose. Use one zhong of water, three slices of fresh ginger, and one jujube. Decoct until five fen of liquid remains. Take at any time.
To treat pediatric Shanghan (Cold Damage) causing vomiting.
Huoxiang (Herba Agastaches) Nongpo (Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, processed with ginger juice) Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) Cangzhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, soaked in rice washing water overnight, remove bran and stir-fried, each seven and a half fen) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, five fen).
Combine the above as one dose. Use one zhong of water and three slices of fresh ginger. Decoct until five fen of liquid remains. Take at any time.
To treat pediatric Shanghan (Cold Damage) with vomiting.
Zhiqiao (Fructus Aurantii, remove albedo, stir-fried with bran) Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae, soaked in boiling water seven times, processed with ginger juice, each one and a half qian).
Combine the above as one dose. Use one zhong of water and three slices of fresh ginger. Decoct until five fen of liquid remains. Take at any time.
To treat pediatric Shanghan (Cold Damage) with spontaneous sweating; tonify deficiency and harmonize Yin and Yang.
Huangqi (Radix Astragali, one qian) Baishaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba, one and a half qian) Renshen (Radix Ginseng) Shudihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, each seven fen) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, five fen, honey-fried).
Combine the above as one dose. Use one zhong of water. Decoct until five fen of liquid remains. Take at any time.
To treat pediatric stomach-heat vomiting of bitter fluid.
Qingzhuru (Spiritus Bambusae in Taenia, size of a bullet) Gange (Radix Puerariae, one qian) Jingsmi (Oryzae Semen, forty-nine grains) Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae, soaked in boiling water seven times, one and a half qian).
Combine the above as one dose. Use one zhong of water and three slices of fresh ginger. Decoct until five fen of liquid remains. Take at any time.
To treat pediatric Shanghan (Cold Damage) with epistaxis.
Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri, one and a half qian) Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae) Renshen (Radix Ginseng, each seven fen) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, five fen) Add Shengdihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Recens, one qian).
Combine the above as one dose. Use one zhong of water, three slices of fresh ginger, and one jujube. Decoct until five fen of liquid remains. Take at any time.
