For patients with locked jaws and approaching death, emergency rescue can be performed.
Take three to five stalks of old green onion whites (aged for over three years), remove the skin, roots, and leaves, and pound them into a paste. Pry open the patient's mouth, use a silver or copper spoon to insert the onion paste into the throat, and administer four liang of sesame oil. The amount of onion paste and oil should not be reduced; once the paste enters the throat, the patient will regain consciousness. Soon after, the parasitic stagnation and other pathogens in the abdomen will transform into yellow fluid, with mild diarrhea being ideal. This eliminates the root cause, preventing recurrence forever.
To treat all types of heart pain, whether recent or chronic, administration followed by a period of time should result in cure through defecation.
Take fresh Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdihuang) according to the amount of food consumed by the person, crush and squeeze out the juice, use it to knead flour into dough to make [unspecified food item, likely noodles or cakes], or consume as cold noodles. After a while, defecation should occur, expelling worms approximately one chi long, with heads resembling Gekko gecko (Shougong). Thereafter, the disease will not recur. Previously, someone suffered from this condition for a year without recovery, deeply regretting it. On their deathbed, they instructed their family to dissect their body to remove the source of the illness after death. Indeed, a worm was found, placed in a bamboo joint, and fed with every meal. When the patient ate Rehmannia dough foods, the worm was also fed, and it subsequently rotted and died. From this, the prescription was derived. Liu Yuxi's *Chuanxin Fang* also records this event: In the tenth year of Zhenyuan, the daughter of Tongshi Sheren Cui Kang suffered from heart pain with faint breath nearing cessation. She then ate cold noodles made with Rehmannia, and immediately vomited an object about one cun square, shaped like a toad, without eyes or feet, but with a faintly visible mouth. It was likely eaten by this creature, and from then on she recovered. No salt was used when eating the cold noodles.
If the pain is unbearable, it can be taken by men, women, and children, and is also used to treat Xiao Chang Qi (Small Intestine Qi disorder).
Pitaya Longan Seed (Lizhihe) into powder, take one qian per dose, with one large cup of water, decoct until seven-tenths remain, and take slightly warm. Grind the above herbs into fine powder, mix with wheat gluten paste boiled in vinegar to form pills, sized like Sophora japonica seeds (Wutongzi). Take fifty pills per dose, administered before meals with hot vinegar soup.
