治从高坠下，及一切伤折筋骨，瘀血结聚疼痛。
顽荆叶（一两） 白芷 细辛（去苗） 蔓荆子 桂心 川芎 丁皮 防风（去芦） 羌
活（各半两）
上作一服，入盐半匙，连根葱五茎，浆水五升，煎取三升，去滓，通手淋洗痛处，冷即
再易，避风处洗之。
治诸疮口入风，为破伤风，项强，牙关紧急欲死者。
防风 南星（各一两）
上为细末，每服三钱，童子小便一大盅，煎热调，不拘时服。
治新旧诸疮，破伤中风，项强背直，腰反折，口噤不语，手足抽掣，眼目上视，喉中锯
声，并皆治之。
麝香（另研，五分） 朱砂（一两） 生黑豆（二钱半） 草乌（三两半，烧存性）
上为细末，研匀，破伤风以酒调一钱，不拘时服，如出箭头，先用酒调一钱，就将此药
粘贴箭疮上。
治破伤风，止血定痛。
苍术（六两） 川乌（炮，去皮） 两头尖（炮，各四两） 草乌（炮，去皮） 防风 细
辛（各二两半） 白术 川芎 白芷（各一两半） 蝎梢（微炒） 雄黄（各半两）
上为细末，每服一钱，不拘时酒调下。如损骨折，乳香五钱。
治破伤风。
金头蜈蚣（一个，去头足，炙） 草乌 天麻（各半两） 全蝎（一钱） 香白芷（三
钱）
上为细末，每服半钱。如发热，茶清调下，发寒，温酒调下，不拘时服。

以上药材作为一剂服用量，加入盐半匙，带根的葱五茎，浆水五升，煎煮取三升药液，滤去药渣，待温度适宜时淋洗疼痛部位，变冷后立即更换，在避风处进行清洗。
治疗各种疮口进风，导致破伤风，颈部僵硬，牙关紧闭欲死之症。
防风 南星（各一两）
以上药材研为细末，每次服用三钱，用童子尿一大盅，加热后调匀，不限时间服用。
治疗新旧各类疮疡，破伤中风，颈部僵硬背部挺直，腰部反折，牙关紧闭不能言语，手足抽搐，眼睛上视，喉中发出如拉锯般的声响，这些症状均可治疗。
麝香（单独研磨，五分） 朱砂（一两） 生黑豆（二钱半） 草乌（三两半，烧至存性）
以上药材研为细末，混合均匀，破伤风患者用酒调服一钱，不限时间服用；如果拔出箭头，先用酒调服一钱，然后将此药粘贴在箭疮伤口上。
治疗破伤风，止血定痛。
苍术（六两） 川乌（炮制，去皮） 两头尖（炮制，各四两） 草乌（炮制，去皮） 防风 细辛（各二两半） 白术 川芎 白芷（各一两半） 蝎梢（微炒） 雄黄（各半两）
以上药材研为细末，每次服用一钱，不限时间用酒送服。如果有损伤骨折，加乳香五钱。
治疗破伤风。
金头蜈蚣（一个，去除头足，炙烤） 草乌 天麻（各半两） 全蝎（一钱） 香白芷（三钱）
以上药材研为细末，每次服用半钱。如果发热，用茶清调服；如果发寒，用温酒调服，不限时间服用。
To treat injuries from falling from heights, as well as all types of bone and tendon fractures, pain caused by the accumulation and aggregation of blood stasis.
*Zhanjingye* (Folium Viticis Negundo) (1 liang), *Baizhi* (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae), *Xixin* (Herba Asari) (remove seedlings), *Manjingzi* (Fructus Viticis Negundo), *Guixin* (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae), *Chuanxiong* (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), *Dingpi* (Caryophylli Cortex), *Fangfeng* (Radix Saposhnikoviae) (remove rhizome), *Qianghuo* (Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii) (each 0.5 liang).
Take the above ingredients as one dose. Add half a spoonful of salt, five stalks of green onion with roots, and five sheng of fermented rice water. Decoct to obtain three sheng of liquid. Strain out the dregs. While the temperature is suitable, pour and wash the painful area. Replace immediately when it cools down. Perform this washing in a wind-sheltered place.
To treat various sores where wind enters, causing tetanus (Po Shuang Feng), neck stiffness, and severe trismus (lockjaw) approaching death.
*Fangfeng* (Radix Saposhnikoviae), *Nanxing* (Tuber Arisaematis Cum Bile) (each 1 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose. Mix with a large cup of urine from an uncircumcised boy (Tongzi Xiaoyin), heat it, and stir to dissolve. Take at any time.
To treat old and new sores, tetanus (Po Shuang Feng) induced by wind, neck stiffness with back rigidity, opisthotonos (backward arching of the body), trismus preventing speech, convulsions of hands and feet, upward deviation of eyes, and sawing sounds in the throat. All these symptoms are treated.
*Shexiang* (Moschus) (separately ground, 5 fen), *Zhusha* (Cinnabaris) (1 liang), *Shengheidou* (Semen Sojae Preparatum) (2.5 qian), *Caowu* (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii) (3.5 liang, burnt until carbonized but retaining efficacy).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and mix evenly. For tetanus, take 1 qian mixed with wine, at any time. If an arrowhead has been extracted, first take 1 qian mixed with wine, then paste this medicine directly onto the arrow wound.
To treat tetanus (Po Shuang Feng), stop bleeding, and relieve pain.
*Cangzhu* (Rhizoma Atractylodis Lanceae) (6 liang), *Chuanwu* (Radix Aconiti Coreani) (processed, peeled), *Liangtoujian* (Rhizoma Polygoni Avicularis) (processed, each 4 liang), *Caowu* (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii) (processed, peeled), *Fangfeng* (Radix Saposhnikoviae), *Xixin* (Herba Asari) (each 2.5 liang), *Baizhu* (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), *Chuanxiong* (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), *Baizhi* (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) (each 1.5 liang), *Xieshao* (Cauda Scoropionis) (lightly fried), *Xionghuang* (Realgar) (each 0.5 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with wine, at any time. If there is a fracture due to injury, add *Ruxiang* (Olibanum) 5 qian.
To treat tetanus (Po Shuang Feng).
*Jintouwugong* (Scolopendra) (one piece, remove head and feet, roasted), *Caowu* (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii), *Tianma* (Rhizoma Gastrodiae) (each 0.5 liang), *Quanshe* (Scorpio) (1 qian), *Xiangbaizhi* (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) (3 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 0.5 qian per dose. If fever is present, mix with clear tea decoction; if chills are present, mix with warm wine. Take at any time.
