上作一服，用水二盅，生姜五片，煎至一盅，食远服。
专能顺气化痰。治传尸骨蒸，诸虚劳瘵，卒暴心痛，鬼魅瘴疟，赤白下痢，
证，并皆治之。
沉香 麝香 诃黎勒（煨，去核） 丁香 青皮 安息香（别研为末，用无灰酒一升熬
膏） 香附子（炒，去毛） 荜茇 白术 白檀香 犀角 朱砂（研飞，各二两） 薰陆

上件研为极细末，和匀，用安息香膏并炼蜜和剂，每一两作五丸，不拘时用温水化下一
丸，或温酒化服，或生姜汤磨化服亦可。
治疗心脾牵引疼痛，中脘部气机阻滞，痰饮停积，胸膈胀满，阴阳失调，脏腑虚弱，这些症状均可用此方治疗。

专门能够顺气化痰。治疗传尸骨蒸（肺结核等消耗性疾病），各种虚损劳瘵，突发剧烈心痛，鬼魅瘴疟，赤白痢疾，以及其他相关证候，均能治疗。

以上药材研为极细末，混合均匀，用安息香膏和炼蜜调和制成丸剂，每一两药粉制成五丸，不限时间，用温水化开一丸服用，或用温酒化开服下，或用生姜汤磨化服用也可以。
Treats traction pain in the heart and spleen, qi stagnation in the Zhongwan (CV12) region, retention of phlegm-fluids, distension and fullness in the chest and diaphragm, disharmony of Yin and Yang, and deficiency of the Zang-Fu organs; all these conditions are treated with this formula.
Cyperi Rhizoma (stir-fried, hairs removed), Cinnamomi Cortex (bark removed), Paeziae Radix Rubra, Litseae Fructus (Tiantai Weytree Fruit), Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma (stir-fried), each 2 qian, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (honey-fried).
Take as one dose. Add a small amount of salt to 2 zhong of water, decoct until 1 zhong remains. Take hot on an empty stomach.
Treats various types of qi stagnation between the chest and diaphragm, preventing smooth flow, resulting in epigastric fullness, dysphagia or obstruction, and deficient constipation.
Aquari Tectori Lignum (not exposed to fire), Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (Dingpi), Ginseng Radix (radicle removed), Ophiopogonis Radix (heart removed), Arecae Pericarpium, Arecae Semen (processed), Mori Cortex, Tsao-ko Fruit (peel and hairs removed), Pogostemonis Herba (dirt removed), Perilla Folium.
Take as one dose. Add 3 slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, 2 Jujubae Fructus (pitted), and 10 stems of Junci Medulla to 2 zhong of water. Decoct until 1 zhong remains. Take long after meals.
Treats qi constrained by the Seven Emotions, accumulating internally, causing severe colicky pain in the heart and abdomen that is unbearable.
Ginseng Radix (radicle removed), Cinnamomi Cortex (bark removed), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (honey-fried), each 2 qian; Pinelliae Rhizoma (soaked in boiling water seven times, dried by baking), 0.5 liang.
Take as one dose. Add 5 slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens to 2 zhong of water. Decoct until 1 zhong remains. Take long after meals.
Specifically capable of smoothing qi and resolving phlegm. Treats transmissive tuberculosis (Chuan Shi Gu Zheng), various deficiency consumptive diseases, sudden severe heart pain, miasma malaria, bloody and white dysentery, and other related syndromes; all are treated.
Agarwood, Moschus, Terminalia Chebula Retzii Fructus (roasted, pitted), Caryophylli Flos, Aurantii Fructus Viridis, Benzoin (separately ground into powder, boiled with 1 sheng of pure wine to make a paste), Cyperi Rhizoma (stir-fried, hairs removed), Long Pepper Fruit, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Santalum Album Lignum, Rhinocerotis Cornu, Cinnabaris (washed and refined), each 2 liang; Frankincense (separately ground), Borneolum Syntheticum (ground), Styrax Liquidus (added to the Benzoin paste).
Grind all ingredients into an extremely fine powder and mix uniformly. Combine with the Benzoin paste and refined honey to form pills. Each 1 liang of powder makes 5 pills. Take one pill dissolved in warm water at any time, or dissolve in warm wine, or grind and dissolve in ginger soup.
