郁金（一两半） 大黄（一两，炮） 白牵牛（取头末，六钱，半生半炒） 皂角刺（一
两，炮，经年者）
上为细末，每服五钱，日未出面东，以无灰酒调下，尽量为度。晚利黑头小虫，病稍轻
者，止利如鱼肠臭秽物。忌食发毒之物半年，但食稠粥软饭，渐渐调理，自然头毛皮肤如常
，甚者不过三两次，须将理，不可妄有劳动，及终身不得食牛马驴等肉，犯者死，不救矣。

上为细末，每服二钱，用真大枫子油，入好酒温调，临睡服，隔两日再服，直候泻下无
虫方瘥。

皂荚刺（烧，半生半灰，二钱） 北大黄（一钱） 轻粉（半钱）
上为细末，每服二钱，空心酒调服，取下恶物，服药数日，齿出毒血甚臭。
治大风诸癞。
肥长皂角（二十条，先炙透，后去皮弦，其核自落）
上以皂角肉，多用酒慢火煎，得稠粘滤去清者，候冷，入雪糕杵为丸，如梧桐子大，每
服五十丸，不问饥饱酒送下。
杀癞风虫。
明硫黄（不拘多少，研细）
上酒调，空心饮清汁，明日添硫黄再研，入酒如前服，或添大枫子油更好。
治大风诸癞，恶虫内蚀，形骸变坏。
天灵盖（三两） 蛤蟆（二个，去头足，烧存性，半生） 桃仁（去皮尖） 人中白（以
上各二两） 麝香（一钱） 雄黄 硫黄（各一两） 穿山甲（热灰炮） 老皂荚刺（烧存
性，各半两） 轻粉（二钱半）
上为细末，炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，月初五更米饮汤送下，连日取虫尽则
愈。杀瘵虫通用。

以上药物研为细末，每次服用五钱，在日出之前面向东方，用无灰酒调服，以喝到最大限度为度。晚上会排出黑色的小虫子，病情较轻的人，只排出像鱼肠一样腥臭秽浊的物质。忌食发毒食物半年，只吃稠粥和软饭，慢慢调理，自然头发皮肤恢复正常，严重的不过两三次，需要调养护理，不可妄自劳累，并且终身不得食用牛、马、驴等肉类，违反者会死亡，无法救治。
治疗大风（麻风病）。

以上药物研为细末，每次服用二钱，用真大枫子油，加入好酒温调，临睡前服用，隔两天再服，直到泻下没有虫子才算痊愈。

以上药物研为细末，每次服用二钱，空腹时酒调服，排出恶物，服药数日后，牙齿流出毒血，气味非常臭。

肥长皂角（二十条，先炙透，然后去皮和弦，其核自然脱落）
以上只用皂角肉，多用酒慢火煎煮，得到稠粘液体后滤去清液，待冷却后，放入雪糕中杵捣制成丸药，如梧桐子大小，每次服用五十丸，不论饥饱，用酒送下。
杀灭癞风虫。
明硫黄（不拘多少，研细）
以上用酒调匀，空腹饮清汁，第二天增加硫黄再研，加入酒按前法服用，或者添加大枫子油更好。
治疗大风各种癞病，恶虫内蚀，形体骸骨变坏。
天灵盖（三两） 蛤蟆（二个，去掉头和脚，烧存性，一半生用一半炭化） 桃仁（去皮尖） 人中白（以上各二两） 麝香（一钱） 雄黄 硫黄（各一两） 穿山甲（热灰炮制） 老皂荚刺（烧存性，各半两） 轻粉（二钱半）
以上药物研为细末，用炼蜜调和制成丸药，如梧桐子大小，每次服用三十丸，农历月初五更时分用米汤送下，连续几天取出虫子尽则痊愈。杀灭瘵虫（结核类疾病寄生虫）通用。
To treat severe leprosy (Leprosy).
Curcuma aromatica Rhizome (1.5 liang) Rheum palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (1 liang, processed), White Pharbitis Seed (take the first powder, 6 qian, half raw and half stir-fried), Gleditsia sinensis Spina (1 liang, processed, stored for years).
The above are ground into fine powder. Each dose is 5 qian. Before sunrise, face east, mix with unadulterated wine and take orally, to the maximum tolerance. At night, black small worms will be discharged. For milder cases, only fish-intestine-like foul-smelling matter is discharged. Avoid food that triggers toxins for half a year; consume only thick porridge and soft rice. Gradually regulate the condition, and naturally the hair and skin will return to normal. Severe cases require no more than two or three treatments; care must be taken not to overexert oneself. One must never eat beef, horse, or donkey meat for life; violators will die and cannot be saved.

Northern Rheum palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (7.5 qian) Sichuan Curcuma aromatica Rhizome (0.5 liang) Large Gleditsia sinensis Spina (1 liang).
The above are ground into fine powder. Each dose is 2 qian. Mix with genuine Bignonia seed oil and good wine, warm and take before sleep. Repeat every two days until no worms are discharged in stool, then it is considered cured.
To treat severe leprosy (Leprosy).
Gleditsia sinensis Spina (burned, half raw and half ash, 2 qian) Northern Rheum palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (1 qian) Calomelas (0.5 qian).
The above are ground into fine powder. Each dose is 2 qian. Take on an empty stomach with wine. Discharge foul matter. After several days of medication, toxic blood will flow from the teeth with a very foul odor.
To treat various forms of leprosy (Leprosy).
Long and fat Gleditsia sinensis Fruit (20 pieces, first roasted thoroughly, then remove skin and strings, seeds fall out naturally).
Use only the flesh of the Gleditsia sinensis fruit. Simmer slowly in a large amount of wine until thick and sticky. Filter out the clear liquid. Wait for it to cool, add snow sugar, pound into pills, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Each dose is 50 pills. Take with wine regardless of hunger or fullness.
Kill leprosy worms.
Sublimed Sulfur (any amount, grind finely).
Mix with wine. Drink the clear juice on an empty stomach. The next day, add more sulfur, grind again, mix with wine and take as before. Adding Bignonia seed oil is even better.
To treat various forms of severe leprosy (Leprosy), where evil worms erode internally and the body shape deteriorates.
Human skull cap (3 liang) Toad (2 pieces, remove head and feet, burn to retain nature, half raw and half carbonized) Peach Kernel (remove skin and tips) Human urine sediment (each of the above 2 liang) Moschus (1 qian) Realgar Sulfur (each 1 liang) Pangolin Scale (processed in hot ashes) Old Gleditsia sinensis Spina (burned to retain nature, each 0.5 liang) Calomelas (2.5 qian).
The above are ground into fine powder. Mix with refined honey to make pills, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Each dose is 30 pills. On the fifth day of the lunar month during the fifth watch, take with rice water decoction. Continue for several days until all worms are discharged, then it is cured. Commonly used to kill tuberculosis-related worms.
