治头目眩晕，恶心烦闷，气短促，上喘无力，心神颠倒，兀兀欲吐，目不敢开，如在风
云中，痰厥，头痛如裂，身重如山，脾胃虚损，停痰，并皆治之。

治痰气壅塞，上盛下虚，心火炎炽，肾水枯竭下虚之证，及治妇人血海久冷无
带下。

治痰饮停积胸膈，或结为块，喘满不安，痛连胸胁，走注不定，决不可误作风
证治之。

上为细末，水煮面糊和丸，如梧桐子大，晒干，每服三十丸，临睡用淡生姜汤或熟水送
下，以下痰饮为愈。
治男子妇人风痰、酒痰茶痰，食痰气痰，一切痰逆呕吐，头疼目眩，肺痿
锯，并皆治之。
白附子（炮） 南星（炮） 半夏（洗） 白矾（生用，以上各半两） 寒水石（一两，
） 干生姜（七钱半） 砂 轻粉（各一钱） 皂角（去子，一两）
上为细末，水煮面糊和丸，如梧桐子大，每服二三十丸，食后用淡生姜汤送下。此药坠
痰，止嗽定喘。
治宿饮不消，咽膈不利，咳嗽痰涎，头目昏运，呕逆恶心，胸膈不快。
沉香 木香（各二钱） 半夏曲（二两） 青皮（去白，二钱半） 槟榔（大者二枚，
面裹煨熟）
上为细末，用生姜汁浸，蒸饼和丸，如小豆大，每服二十丸，不拘时用生姜汤送下。
治疗头部和眼睛眩晕，恶心烦闷，气短促，上部喘息无力，心神错乱，头晕想吐，眼睛不敢睁开，感觉像是在风云之中，痰厥，头痛如撕裂般，身体沉重如山，脾胃虚弱受损，体内停滞的痰饮，这些症状都予以治疗。

以上药材研成细末，用水煮面糊调和制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，阴干。每次服用五十丸，饭后较远时用生姜汤送服。
治疗痰饮停滞积聚在胸膈部位，或者凝结成块，导致气喘胸闷不安，疼痛牵连胸胁，痛处游走不定，绝对不可误当作风证来治疗。

以上药材研成细末，用水煮面糊调和制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，晒干。每次服用三十丸，临睡前用淡生姜汤或温开水送服，以排出痰饮为痊愈标准。
治疗男子和女子的风痰、酒痰、茶痰、食痰、气痰，以及各种痰逆呕吐，头痛目眩，肺痿（肺部萎弱病变）等，均予以治疗。
白附子（炮制），南星（炮制），半夏（清洗），白矾（生用，以上各半两），寒水石（一两，此处原文可能有缺字，通常指煅或生用，依原文仅列量），干生姜（七钱半），砂（此处原文可能有缺字，疑为砂仁或类似香料，依原文仅列名），轻粉（各一钱），皂角（去除种子，一两）。
以上药材研成细末，用水煮面糊调和制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用二三十丸，饭后用淡生姜汤送服。此药能坠痰（使痰下行），止咳平喘。
治疗宿留的饮邪不消，咽喉和胸膈不利，咳嗽有痰涎，头目昏晕，呕逆恶心，胸膈不适。
沉香，木香（各二钱），半夏曲（二两），青皮（去除白色内皮，二钱半），槟榔（大的两枚，用面粉包裹煨熟）。
以上药材研成细末，用生姜汁浸泡，与蒸饼调和制成丸药，大小如小豆。每次服用二十丸，不拘时间，用生姜汤送服。
Treat dizziness and vertigo of the head and eyes, nausea with restlessness, shortness of breath, weak panting from the upper body, mental confusion, persistent sensation of wanting to vomit, inability to open the eyes, feeling as if amidst wind and clouds, phlegm syncope (Phlegm Jue), headache like splitting, heaviness of the body like a mountain, deficiency and damage of the Spleen and Stomach, retained phlegm; all these conditions are treated.

Treat obstruction by Phlegm-Qi, excess in the upper and deficiency in the lower, blazing Heart Fire, depletion of Kidney Water, and other signs of lower deficiency; also treat excessive leukorrhea in women due to long-standing cold in the Blood Sea (Chong and Ren vessels).

Treat all types of retained phlegm and lingering fluid retention.
Chenpi (Exocarpium Citri Reticulatae, remove white pith), Chuanjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum, processed), Jingsanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma, processed and crushed), Caoguo (Tsaoko Fructus, wrapped in flour and roasted), Liangjiang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma, wrapped in wet paper and roasted), Ezhu (Curcumae Longae Rhizoma).
Grind the above into fine powder, mix with paste made from boiled wheat flour to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Dry in shade. Take 50 pills each time, washed down with Ginger Decoction taken well after meals.
Treat phlegm-fluid retention accumulating in the chest and diaphragm, or condensing into masses, causing panting, fullness, and uneasiness, pain radiating to the chest and hypochondrium, wandering pain that is unpredictable. Do not mistakenly treat this as a Wind syndrome.
Gansui (Radix Kansui, remove heart), Zidaji (Radix Euphorbiae Lathyridis, remove skin), Baijiezhi (Semen Sinapis Albae, authentic, equal parts).
Grind the above into fine powder, mix with paste made from boiled wheat flour to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Dry in sun. Take 30 pills each time before sleep, washed down with light Ginger Decoction or warm water. Recovery is indicated by the discharge of phlegm-fluid.
Treat Wind-phlegm, Wine-phlegm, Tea-phlegm, Food-phlegm, Qi-phlegm in men and women, all types of phlegm-reversal vomiting, headache and vertigo, Lung Wei (Lung Atrophy); all are treated.
Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, processed), Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, processed), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, washed), Baifan (Alumen, used raw, half liang each of the above), Hanshuishi (Hanshishi, one liang), Ganshengjiang (Dried Zingiberis Rhizoma, seven qian half), Sha (likely Sharen, Amomi Fructus Rotundus, missing processing detail in text), Qingfen (Calomelas, one qian each), Zhaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus, remove seeds, one liang).
Grind the above into fine powder, mix with paste made from boiled wheat flour to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 20-30 pills each time after meals, washed down with light Ginger Decoction. This medicine descends phlegm, stops cough, and calms panting.
Treat lingering fluid retention that does not dissipate, discomfort in the throat and diaphragm, cough with sputum, dizziness of head and eyes, retching and nausea, discomfort in the chest and diaphragm.
Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, two qian each), Banxiaqu (Pinelliae Fermentatum, two liang), Qingpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride, remove white pith, two qian half), Binglang (Arecae Semen, two large ones, wrapped in flour and roasted until cooked).
Grind the above into fine powder, soak in Ginger Juice, mix with steamed bread dough to form pills the size of Vigna angularis seeds. Take 20 pills each time, at any time, washed down with Ginger Decoction.
