上为细末，每用少许吹入鼻中。

上为细末，每用少许搐鼻中。亦治息肉。
治鼻 息肉鼻痔等证。
雄黄（半钱） 白矾 瓜蒂 细辛（各一钱）
上为细末，以雄犬胆汁和丸，绵裹塞鼻。一方为末搐鼻。
甘遂 朱砂 雄黄 雌黄 藜芦 瓜蒂 明矾（ ，各等分）
上为细末，蜜调敷鼻息肉处。
治鼻中生息肉。
苦丁香 丁香 粟米 赤小豆（各七粒） 石膏（少许）
上为细末，以竹筒吹入鼻中。如鼻不闻香臭亦可吹，或偏头风亦可吹，皆效。一方无粟
米石膏。
明矾（一两） 蓖麻（七个） 盐梅（五个，去核） 麝香（少许）
上捣为丸，绵裹塞鼻内，令着息肉，候化清水出，四边自然玲珑，其息肉自下。
治鼻有息肉，不闻香臭，此药敷之，即化黄水，点滴至尽，不三四日遂愈，不复作。
瓜丁（即瓜蒂） 细辛（各等分）
上为细末，绵裹绿豆许，塞鼻中，须臾即通。
治鼻中息肉。
地龙（去土，炒，二分） 猪牙皂荚（一挺）
上 存性，研为末，先洗鼻内令净，以蜜涂之，敷药少许在内，出清水尽，其息肉自除。
治风冷搏于肺脏，上攻于鼻，则令鼻痛。
没药（研） 干蝎（去土，炒） 南星（炮） 白附子（炮） 雄黄（研） 当归（切
焙） 丹砂（研） 胡黄连 牛黄（研） 白芷 麝香（研） 官桂（去皮） 丁香 甘草
（炙，各一分） 乌蛇（酒浸，去皮骨，炙，半两）
上为细末，研匀，每服半钱，温酒调下，早晚各一服。
治疗鼻息肉。

以上药物研成细末，用雄犬胆汁调和制成丸剂，用棉絮包裹后塞入鼻孔。另一方法是将药研成末搐入鼻孔。
甘遂、朱砂、雄黄、雌黄、藜芦、瓜蒂、明矾（各等分）。
以上药物研成细末，用蜂蜜调匀敷于鼻息肉患处。
治疗鼻中生息肉。
苦丁香、丁香、粟米、赤小豆（各七粒），石膏（少许）。
以上药物研成细末，用竹筒吹入鼻孔中。如果鼻子闻不到香味和臭味也可以吹入，或者偏头风也可以吹入，都有疗效。另一方法没有粟米和石膏。
明矾（一两），蓖麻（七个），盐梅（五个，去核），麝香（少许）。
以上药物捣碎制成丸剂，用棉絮包裹后塞入鼻孔内，使其接触息肉，等待化成清水流出，四周自然变得通透，息肉自行脱落。
治疗鼻有息肉，闻不到香味和臭味，将此药敷上，就会化出黄水，点滴流尽，不过三四天就痊愈了，不再复发。
瓜丁（即瓜蒂）、细辛（各等分）。
以上药物研成细末，用棉絮包裹如绿豆大小，塞入鼻孔中，一会儿就能通气。
治疗鼻中息肉。
地龙（去除泥土，炒制，二分），猪牙皂荚（一挺）。
以上药物煅烧存性，研成粉末，先清洗鼻孔内部使其干净，用蜂蜜涂抹，敷少量药物在内，待流出清水后，息肉自然消除。
治疗风寒邪气搏结于肺脏，向上攻冲于鼻，导致鼻痛。
没药（研碎），干蝎（去除泥土，炒制），南星（炮制），白附子（炮制），雄黄（研碎），当归（切片焙干），丹砂（研碎），胡黄连，牛黄（研碎），白芷，麝香（研碎），官桂（去皮），丁香，甘草（炙制，各一分），乌蛇（酒浸，去皮带骨，炙制，半两）。
以上药物研成细末，研磨均匀，每次服用半钱，用温酒调服，早晚各一次。

Gentianae Luteae Radix (Gua Di), Veratri Rhizoma (Li Lu) (each 1 fen), Semen Sinapis Albae (Zao Jiao Rou) (0.5 fen), Moschus (She Xiang) (a small amount).
The above are ground into a fine powder. Each time, use a small amount and insufflate it into the nostril.
Treatment for nasal polyps.
Realgar (Xiong Huang) (0.5 qian), Gentianae Luteae Radix (Gua Di) (2 pieces), Vitrum Viride (Lv Fan) (1 qian), Moschus (She Xiang) (a small amount).
The above are ground into a fine powder. Each time, use a small amount and instill it into the nostril. This formula also treats polyps.
Treatment for nasal polyps, nasal hemorrhoids, and other conditions.
Realgar (Xiong Huang) (0.5 qian), Alum (Bai Fan), Gentianae Luteae Radix (Gua Di), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xi Xin) (each 1 qian).
The above are ground into a fine powder. Mix with bile from a male dog to form pills. Wrap in cotton and insert into the nostril. Another method is to grind into powder and instill into the nostril.
Kansui Radix (Gan Sui), Cinnabar (Zhu Sha), Realgar (Xiong Huang), Orpiment (Ci Huang), Veratri Rhizoma (Li Lu), Gentianae Luteae Radix (Gua Di), Alum (Ming Fan) (equal parts).
The above are ground into a fine powder. Mix with honey and apply to the site of the nasal polyp.
Treatment for polyps growing in the nose.
Caryophylli Flos (Ku Ding Xiang), Caryophylli Flos (Ding Xiang), Panicum miliaceum (Su Mi), Phaseoli Radiati Semens (Chi Xiao Dou) (each 7 grains), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shi Gao) (a small amount).
The above are ground into a fine powder. Use a bamboo tube to insufflate into the nostril. It can also be used if one cannot smell odors, or for hemiplegic headache; all are effective. Another version excludes Su Mi and Shi Gao.
Alum (Ming Fan) (1 liang), Ricini Semen (Bi Ma) (7 seeds), Prunus mume (Yan Mei) (5 fruits, pitted), Moschus (She Xiang) (a small amount).
Crush and pound into pills. Wrap in cotton and insert into the nostril until it contacts the polyp. Wait for clear fluid to drain out; the surrounding tissue will naturally become permeable, and the polyp will fall off spontaneously.
Treatment for nasal polyps causing loss of smell. Apply this medicine; yellow fluid will liquefy and drip out completely. Recovery occurs within three to four days without recurrence.
Gentianae Luteae Radix (Gua Ding, i.e., Gua Di), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xi Xin) (equal parts).
Grind into a fine powder. Wrap an amount the size of a mung bean in cotton and insert into the nostril. Breathing will clear shortly.
Treatment for nasal polyps.
Pheretima (Di Long) (remove soil, stir-fry, 2 fen), Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina (Zhu Ya Zao Jia) (one pod).
Calcine until carbonized but retaining properties, then grind into powder. First wash the inside of the nose clean, apply honey, then place a small amount of the powder inside. After clear fluid drains, the polyp will be removed naturally.
Treatment for pain in the nose caused by wind-cold clashing with the Lung organ and attacking upwards.
Myrrha (Mo Yao) (ground), Scorpio (Gan Xie) (remove soil, stir-fry), Arisaema Cum Bile (Nan Xing) (processed), Typhonii Rhizoma (Bai Fu Zi) (processed), Realgar (Xiong Huang) (ground), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui) (sliced and baked), Cinnabar (Dan Sha) (ground), Picrorhizae Rhizoma (Hu Huang Lian), Bovis Calculus (Niu Huang) (ground), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Bai Zhi), Moschus (She Xiang) (ground), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guan Gui) (bark removed), Caryophylli Flos (Ding Xiang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gan Cao) (roasted, each 1 fen), Natrix (Wu She) (soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted, 0.5 liang).
Grind into a fine powder and mix evenly. Take 0.5 qian each time, mixed with warm wine. Take once in the morning and once in the evening.
