治肺气上攻，鼻塞不通。
人参 白茯苓 黄芩 陈皮（去白） 羌活 麻黄（去根节） 蜀椒（去目并合口者，
炒出汗，各一钱半）
上作一服，水二盅，煎至一盅，食后服。
治肺虚，为四气所干，鼻内壅塞，涕出不已，或气息不通，不闻香臭。
辛夷 川芎 木通（去节） 细辛（洗去土） 防风（去芦） 羌活 本 升麻 白
芷甘草（炙，各等分）
上为细末，每服二钱，食后茶清调服。
治鼻渊脑热，渗下浊涕不止，久而不已，必成衄血。
防风（去芦，一两半） 黄芩 人参 麦门冬（去心） 川芎 甘草（炙，各一两）
上为细末，每服二钱，食后沸汤调服，日三服。
治鼻流浊涕不止，名曰鼻渊。
苍耳子（炒，一钱半） 辛夷（半两） 香白芷（一两） 薄荷叶（半钱）
上为细末，每服二钱，食后用葱茶调服。
治鼻痛。
白芷 杏仁（汤泡，去皮尖） 细辛（各一钱） 全蝎（二个，焙）
上为细末，麻油调敷。
治鼻流涕。
川椒（开口者，炒出汗） 诃子（去核） 辣桂 川白姜（生用） 川芎 细辛 白术
（各等分）
上为细末，每用手微抓动患处，以药擦之，愈。
治酒糟鼻，鼻上生黑粉刺。
硫黄（生用） 轻粉（各一钱） 杏仁（二七个，去皮）
上为细末，唾津调，临卧时调涂鼻上，早晨洗去。
治疗肺气上逆攻冲，导致鼻塞不通畅。
人参、白茯苓、黄芩、陈皮（去除白色内皮）、羌活、麻黄（去除根部及节段）、蜀椒（去除目及闭合口者，炒至出汗），以上药材各一钱半。
将上述药材作为一剂服用，加水两盅，煎煮至一盅，饭后服用。
治疗肺虚，被风、寒、暑、湿四气所干扰，鼻腔内部壅塞胀满，鼻涕流出不止，或者气息不通畅，闻不到香气和臭味。
辛夷、川芎、木通（去除节段）、细辛（清洗去除泥土）、防风（去除芦头）、羌活、藁本、升麻、白芷、甘草（蜜炙），以上药材各等分。
将上述药材研成细末，每次服用二钱，饭后用清茶调服。
治疗鼻渊脑热，渗出浑浊鼻涕不止，时间久了不愈，必然导致鼻出血。
防风（去除芦头，一两半）、黄芩、人参、麦门冬（去除心）、川芎、甘草（蜜炙，各一两）。
将上述药材研成细末，每次服用二钱，饭后用沸水调服，每日服用三次。
治疗鼻子流出浑浊鼻涕不止，这种病症叫做鼻渊。
苍耳子（炒制，一钱半）、辛夷（半两）、香白芷（一两）、薄荷叶（半钱）。
将上述药材研成细末，每次服用二钱，饭后用葱茶调服。
治疗鼻部疼痛。
白芷、杏仁（用热水浸泡，去除皮和尖）、细辛（各一钱）、全蝎（二个，焙干）。
将上述药材研成细末，用麻油调和后敷于患处。
治疗流鼻涕。
川椒（开口者，炒至出汗）、诃子（去除核）、辣桂、川白姜（生用）、川芎、细辛、白术（各等分）。
将上述药材研成细末，每次用手轻轻抓动患处，用药粉擦拭，即可痊愈。
治疗酒糟鼻，鼻子上生出黑色粉刺。
硫黄（生用）、轻粉（各一钱）、杏仁（二十七个，去除皮）。
将上述药材研成细末，用唾液调和，临睡前涂抹在鼻子上，早晨洗去。
Treats lung qi rebelling upward and attacking, causing nasal congestion and obstruction.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Baifuling (Poria), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, with white pith removed), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, with roots and nodes removed), Shujiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, with eyes and closed mouths removed, stir-fried until moisture evaporates), each 1.5 qian.
Combine the above as one dose, add two zhong of water, decoct to one zhong, and take after meals.
Treats lung deficiency, disturbed by the four qi (wind, cold, summer-heat, dampness), causing nasal internal congestion and fullness, continuous discharge of nasal mucus, or obstructed breathing and inability to smell odors.
Xinyi (Magnoliae Flos), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis, with nodes removed), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, washed to remove soil), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, with rhizome removed), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Bencao (Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma et Radix), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried), all in equal proportions.
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with clear tea after meals.
Treats biyuan (nasal sinusitis) with brain heat, causing continuous leakage of turbid nasal mucus. If prolonged and untreated, it will inevitably lead to epistaxis (nosebleed).
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, with rhizome removed, 1.5 liang), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Tuber, with heart removed), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried, each 1 liang).
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with boiling water after meals, three times daily.
Treats continuous discharge of turbid nasal mucus, known as biyuan (nasal sinusitis).
Cangerzi (Xanthoceri Fructus, stir-fried, 1.5 qian), Xinyi (Magnoliae Flos, 0.5 liang), Xiangbaizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 1 liang), Boheye (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba, 0.5 qian).
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with scallion tea after meals.
Treats nasal pain.
Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Xingren (Prunus Armeniacae Semen, soaked in hot water, skin and tips removed), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, each 1 qian), Quanxie (Scorpio, two pieces, roasted).
Grind the above into a fine powder, mix with sesame oil, and apply topically.
Treats runny nose.
Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, open-mouthed, stir-fried until moisture evaporates), Hezi (Terminalia Chebulae Fructus, pit removed), Lagui (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Chuanbaijiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, raw), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), all in equal proportions.
Grind the above into a fine powder. Each time, gently rub the affected area with fingers and wipe with the medicinal powder until healed.
Treats jiuzao bi (rosacea-like rhinophyma), where black comedones appear on the nose.
Liuhuang (Sulfur, raw), Qingfen (Calomelas, each 1 qian), Xingren (Prunus Armeniacae Semen, twenty-seven pieces, skin removed).
Grind the above into a fine powder, mix with saliva, apply to the nose before going to bed, and wash off in the morning.
