Strychnos nux-vomica seeds (Fanmu Die, 番木鳖) 4 liang (soaked in wine, steamed, skin removed; boiled in 4 liang of sesame oil until charred and floating. Then stir-fried with aged wall soil until dry, ground into fine powder; use only 2 liang).
Dipterocarpus alatus seeds (Da Feng Zi Rou, 大枫子肉) 2 liang (boiled with Equisetum ramosissimum stems, ground into fine powder, oil removed; use only 1 liang).
Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root (Da Xi Fu Zi, 大西附子) 2 liang (large ones boiled in child’s urine, skin and umbilical scar removed, sliced, dried over fire, ground into fine powder; use only 1 liang).
Manis pentadactyla scales (Chuan Shan Jia, 穿山甲) 1 liang (washed clean, stir-fried with earth, ground into fine powder).
The above four ingredients total 5 liang. Mix evenly and store in a porcelain jar. The patient takes 0.7 qian each time, taken with wine on an empty stomach. Induce extreme intoxication and sweating. After seven doses, the root cause is eliminated.
Specifically treats left-sided paralysis and right-sided hemiplegia, deviation of the mouth and eyes, numbness of the four limbs, and pain in bones and sinews. Also treats thirty-six types of wind pathogens and twenty-four types of qi disorders, all of which are cured immediately.

Stir-fry together and grind into powder. Add Cinnabar (Zhu Sha, 朱砂) 1.8 qian. Divide into nine doses. Take one dose each morning with salt water. Cure within nine days.
Stir-fry chicken egg until oil is extracted. Apply externally for self-efficacy.
Litchi chinensis seed (Li Zhi He, 荔枝核) (stir-fried)
Dimocarpus longan seed (Long Yan He, 龙眼核) (stir-fried)

Equal parts. Grind into fine powder. Take 1 qian on an empty stomach. Decoct 1 qian of Angelica dahurica root (Sheng Ma, 升麻) in water, take with wine. Miraculous effect.
Evodia rutaecarpa fruit (Wu Zhu Yu, 吴茱萸) 1 jin, divided into four parts; soak one part each in wine, vinegar, salt, and child’s urine respectively, then dry in sun.
Alisma orientale rhizome (Nan Ze Xie, 南泽泻) 2 liang.
Grind together into fine powder. Make pills with wine and vinegar paste, size of paulownia seeds. Take 50 pills each time with salt water.
