共研为末。先用椒水洗净疳孔，然后搽之。如不收口，可用瓦松烧存性，为末搽之。
赤芍 黄芩 本 生地 黄连 石菖蒲 远志（去骨）各八分 甘草三分（水浸
清水煎服。
橄榄核（烧存性）三钱 凤蜕（即小鸡壳）三钱（烧存性） 儿茶三钱
每一钱加冰片三分，搽患处，效。
治口疮。并三焦实热，口舌糜烂，痛不可忍。
黄连 黄柏 黄芩 栀子（炒黑） 细辛 干姜各等分
为末。先用米泔水漱净口后，搽药，吐咽不拘。
百草霜、海盐各等分，为末。并花水调服。
又方
蒲黄为末，频搽上。又以黄连煎水服，泻心火。
治牙疼。
龙骨五钱 用栀子仁（生）三钱 黄柏五钱（生） 黄芩五钱（生）
铜锅内熬汁，煮龙骨，至干取出为末。再用铅粉五钱，麝三分，并龙骨末共研细末，贮
碗内。加黄蜡一两，坐滚汤中顿化拌匀，用连四纸铺火炉盖上，将药刷在纸上剪成碎条，卧
时贴在牙上，次早取出，有黑色可验。
丝瓜藤靠近根部三、五尺长的部分，烧至保留药性（存性），用酒调匀后服用。
（对于腐烂贯通的孔洞）使用鹿角一两（锉碎后焙焦）、白矾一两（煅制过）、头发五钱（在灯上烧过）。
共同研磨成粉末。先用花椒水洗净疳疮孔洞，然后涂抹药物。如果伤口不愈合，可以使用瓦松烧至保留药性，研末后涂抹。
赤芍、黄芩、藁本、生地黄、黄连、石菖蒲、远志（去除骨芯）各八分，甘草三分（用水浸泡）。
用清水煎煮后服用。
橄榄核（烧至保留药性）三钱、凤蜕（即小鸡蛋壳）三钱（烧至保留药性）、儿茶三钱。
每一钱药粉中加入冰片三分，涂抹患处，有效。
治疗口疮。以及三焦实热，口舌糜烂，疼痛难以忍受。
黄连、黄柏、黄芩、栀子（炒黑）、细辛、干姜各等分。
研成粉末。先用米泔水漱口清洁口腔，然后涂抹药物，吐掉或咽下均可。
将乌梅捣碎制成饼状，塞满牙齿尽头处，张口流涎，随即用手接住擦去。
百草霜、海盐各等分，研成粉末。并用花露水调匀后服用。
又一方：
蒲黄研成粉末，频繁涂抹患处。另外用黄连煎水服用，以清泻心火。
用槐花末涂抹患处，立即见效。
大麻子研成粉末，装入纸条内燃烧烟雾熏之，鼻孔有涎液流出，即可痊愈。
治疗牙疼。
龙骨五钱，用栀子仁（生用）三钱、黄柏五钱（生用）、黄芩五钱（生用）。
在铜锅内熬汁，煮龙骨，直到水分收干取出研成粉末。再用铅粉五钱、麝香三分，与龙骨末共同研磨成细末，贮存在碗内。加入黄蜡一两，置于滚水中加热融化并搅拌均匀，用连四纸铺在火炉盖上，将药刷在纸上剪成碎条，睡前贴在牙齿上，次日早晨取出，若有黑色痕迹可验证药效。
The vine of *Luffa cylindrica* (Sigua) three to five chi near the root is burned until its medicinal properties are preserved (cun xing), and taken with wine after mixing.
(For rotting and perforated sores): Use one liang of Deer Antler (Lujiao, 鹿角) (crushed and roasted until scorched), one liang of Alum (Baifan, 白矾) (calcined), and five qian of Human Hair (Fatou, 头发) (burned over a lamp).
Grind them together into powder. First wash the canker sore hole with pepper water, then apply the powder. If the wound does not heal, use Club Moss (Wasong, 瓦松) burned until its medicinal properties are preserved, ground into powder and applied.
Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishao, 赤芍), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin, 黄芩), Rhizoma Ligustici (Bencao, 本 - likely referring to *Ligusticum chuanxiong* or similar aromatic herb in this context, often translated as Lovage Root or Chuanxiong depending on specific lineage, here kept as Bencao/Ligustici), Radix Rehmanniae Preparata/Shengdi (Shengdihuang, 生地), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian, 黄连), Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii (Shichangpu, 石菖蒲), Radix Polygalae (Yuanzhi, 远志) (de-boned), each eight fen; Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao, 甘草) three fen (soaked in water).
Decoct with clear water and take orally.
Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparata (Ganjiang, 干姜), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian, 黄连).
Grind into powder, soak in water, and hold in the mouth (qin zhi).
Seed of Canarium album (Ganlanhe, 橄榄核) (burned until its medicinal properties are preserved) three qian, Shell of Chicken Egg (Fengtui, 凤蜕) three qian (burned until its medicinal properties are preserved), Camphora (Ercha, 儿茶) three qian.
Add three fen of Borneol (Bingpian, 冰片) for every qian of medicine, apply to the affected area; effective.
Treats oral ulcers (Kouchuang, 口疮). Also treats excess heat in the Triple Burner (Sanjiao, 三焦), causing erosion and ulceration of the mouth and tongue, with unbearable pain.
Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian, 黄连), Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai, 黄柏), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin, 黄芩), Fructus Gardeniae (Zhizi, 栀子) (stir-fried until black), Radix Asari (Xixin, 细辛), Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparata (Ganjiang, 干姜), all in equal parts.
Grind into powder. First rinse the mouth clean with rice washing water, then apply the medicine; spitting out or swallowing is unrestricted.
Crush Dark Plum (Wumei, 乌梅) into a cake, stuff it tightly at the end of the teeth; open the mouth to let saliva flow, and wipe it away immediately.
Soot from hundred herbs (Baicaoshuang, 百草霜) and Sea Salt (Haiyan, 海盐) in equal parts, grind into powder. Mix with floral water and take orally.
Another prescription:
Polygoni Catalpifolii Pollen (Puhuang, 蒲黄) ground into powder, frequently applied to the affected area. Additionally, decoct Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian, 黄连) in water and take orally to drain Heart Fire (Xinhuo, 心火).
(This is Centipede venom injury): Soak in a small cup of Rooster Blood (Xiongji Xue, 雄鸡血), and the centipede will immediately retract.
Apply Sophorae Flower Powder (Huaihua Mo, 槐花末) to the affected area; immediate effect.
Use Mirabilite (Puxiao, 朴硝) and Alum (Baifan, 白矾) ground into powder, apply to the tongue for immediate resolution.
Cannabis Seed (Dama Zi, 大麻子) ground into powder, put inside a paper strip, burn to smoke and fumigate; when saliva flows out from the nostrils, it heals.
Treats toothache.
Dragon Bone (Longgu, 龙骨) five qian, boiled with Gardenia Kernel (Zhiren, 栀子仁) (raw) three qian, Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai, 黄柏) five qian (raw), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin, 黄芩) five qian (raw).
Decoct in a copper pot, boil the Dragon Bone until dry, then remove and grind into powder. Then mix with Lead White (Qianfen, 铅粉) five qian and Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) three fen, grind finely with the Dragon Bone powder, and store in a bowl. Add one liang of Yellow Beeswax (Huangla, 黄蜡), melt by placing in boiling water, stir well. Spread the medicine on Liansi paper placed on the stove lid, cut into strips, and paste on the teeth before sleep; remove the next morning. The presence of black residue verifies efficacy.
