用皂矾不拘多少，以新瓦火 变色红，放地上令冷，研细。将病患用铁钳拗开牙关，以
药搽其舌，即活。

取硼砂一钱、儿茶一钱、薄荷一钱、青黛二钱、冰片五分，研成细末涂抹患处，立即痊愈。

取儿茶四两、桂花、硼砂、南薄荷叶各五钱，甘草熬制成膏状做成饼剂含化。

取藕节上有毛处的一节，烧至存性（保留部分药效）后研成细末，吹入患处。

取青苔放在头顶百会穴上，症状立即停止，且永不复发。

Take *Fengling* (Phoenix Feather, likely a specific local herb or preparation) 1 qian, *Longsha* (Dragon Sand, likely a mineral powder), 2 qian, *Huye* (Tiger Liquid, likely a specific fluid extract), 1 fen, *Zhenzhu* (Pearl, *Margarita*) 3 fen, *Xuepo* (Blood Amber, *Succinum Rubrum*) 2 fen, and *Bingpian* (Camphor, *Borneolum Syntheticum*) 1.2 li. Grind them together until no sound is produced, and store in a porcelain jar. This can be used to apply to the eyes for treating long-standing cataracts (opacity of the lens), all kinds of dense ocular opacities, etc.
Take *Zhusha* (Cinnabar, *Cinnabaris*) 1 fen, *Longsha* 2 fen, *Wupeng* (Five Brews, likely a specific mineral or preparation) 2 fen, and *Bingpian* (Camphor, *Borneolum Syntheticum*) 6 li. Grind them together until no sound is produced, and store in a porcelain jar. Apply to the eyes to treat all kinds of wind-fire red obstructions or those accompanied by itching and pain; it has miraculous efficacy.
Take *Pengsha* (Borax, *Borax*) 1 qian, *Ercha* (Child's Tea, *Catechu*) 1 qian, *Bohe* (Peppermint, *Menthae Haplocalycis Herba*) 1 qian, *Qingdai* (Indigo Naturalis, *Indigotidis Folium*) 2 qian, and *Bingpian* (Camphor, *Borneolum Syntheticum*) 5 fen. Grind into a fine powder and apply to the affected area; it will heal immediately.
Decoct *Huangru* (Yellow Mugwort, likely *Artemisia argyi* or similar) in water and drink the decoction.
Soak the tongue in the blood of a rooster's comb, then swallow it; the swelling will disappear immediately.
Sprinkle *Puhuang* (Pollen Typhae, *Typhae Pollen*) on the affected area.
This condition involves sudden swelling of the tongue and blockage of the throat, leading to immediate cessation of breath, which is a critical and dangerous syndrome. Take *Ercha* (Child's Tea, *Catechu*) 4 liang, *Guihua* (Osmanthus Flower, *Osmanthi Fragrantis Flos*), *Pengsha* (Borax, *Borax*), and *Nanboheye* (Southern Mint Leaf, *Menthae Haplocalycis Folium*) each 5 qian. Decoct *Gancao* (Licorice Root, *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma*) into a paste, form into cakes, and hold in the mouth to dissolve.
Use raw *Huangbai* (Phellodendron Bark, *Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex*), stir-fry with honey, grind into powder, and apply to the affected area; it has divine efficacy.
Take *Chenxiangyuan* (Aged Citrus Peel, likely aged *Chenpi*), *Muxiang* (Costus Root, *Saussureae Radix*), *Bianbai* (Biota Tops, *Biotae Cacumen*), *Sharen* (Amomum Fruit, *Amomi Fructus*), and *Chuanxiong* (Sichuan Lovage Rhizome, *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma*) in equal parts. Decoct in water and take orally.
Grind *Baicaoshuang* (Millsoot, *Carbonis Herbae*) into a fine powder. Mix with cold water and take 1 qian on an empty stomach. It will be effective after three to five doses.
Raw *Huangbai* (Phellodendron Bark, *Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex*) 8 fen, raw *Huanglian* (Coptis Rhizome, *Coptidis Rhizoma*) 5 fen, and *Ercha* (Child's Tea, *Catechu*) 1 fen. Grind into a fine powder and apply to the affected area.
Take one section of lotus root node where hairs are present, burn until carbonized but retaining properties (*Cunxing*), grind into powder, and insufflate into the affected area.

Take *Xinyi* (Magnolia Flower, *Magnoliae Boudieri Flos*, remove hairs) 4 liang, *Sangbaipi* (Mulberry Root Bark, *Mori Radicis Cortex*) 4 liang, *Zhizi* (Gardenia Fruit, *Gardeniae Fructus*) 1 liang, *Zhishi* (Immature Bitter Orange, *Aurantii Immaturus Fructus*) 2 liang, *Jiegeng* (Platycodon Root, *Platycodi Radix*) 2 liang, and *Baizhi* (Angelica Dahurica Root, *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix*) 2 liang. Grind together into a powder. Take 2 qian per dose, washed down with light radish soup.
Place green moss on the top of the head (Baihui point); the symptom will stop immediately and never recur.
Roast 4 liang of *Liuhuang* (Sulfur, *Sulfur*) with 3 jin of *Shaojiu* (Brewed Liquor). Gradually add more liquor until dry. Dissolve saliva in the palm of the hand and apply to the nose.
Remove the skin and tips of *Xingren* (Apricot Seed, *Armeniacae Semen Amarum*), grind into a paste, mix with human milk, and apply to the affected area.
