Stir-fry the Chinese Gallnut (Galla Chinensis), grind it into a fine powder, mix with water, and apply topically.
Take one sheng of White Chrysanthemum Flower (Chrysanthemi Flos) and six liang of Red Pepper (Fructus Capsici) after removing the seeds. Grind them together into a powder. Make pills using juice of Rehmannia Root (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), sized like wu-tou (Strychnos nux-vomica) seeds. Take fifty pills before sleep, swallowed with clear tea.
Take one jin of high-quality Calamina (Calamina), crush it to the size of mung beans, place it in a copper pot, cover with child's urine (Tongbian) to a depth of two fingers, and boil over mulberry wood fire. Stop when it tastes salty upon tasting. Select four liang and process it according to the "Hao Longsha" method. Put the remaining nine liang into a jar, seal it tightly, and calcine over mulberry wood fire for half an incense stick's time. After cooling, take out and use as powder.
Take four liang of the previously calcined calamina powder, grind it into a powder, and process it according to the "Hao Wupeng" method for later use.
(The aforementioned five liang of calamina powder needs to be processed with the following herbs): Schizonepeta Spike (Schizonepetae Spica), Mint Herb (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Perilla Leaf (Perillae Folium), Saposhnikovia Root (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Notopterygium Rhizome (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Forsythia Fruit (Forsythiae Fructus), Qichai Moxa (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), Cocklebur Fruit (Xanthii Fructus), Sophora Twig (Sophorae Flavescentis Ramulus), Red Peony Root (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Coptis Rhizome (Coptidis Rhizoma), Selaginella Tamariscina (Selaginellae Tamariscinae Herba), Pig Gallbladder (Sus Scrofa Bile), Rongmu [Note: Unclear specific herb], Wood [Note: Likely incomplete or typo], Winter Mulberry Leaf (Mori Folium), Burdock Fruit (Arctii Fructus), Leonurus Fruit (Leonuri Fructus). Each herb is three qian. Boil them in a copper pot to extract the juice, remove the dregs, and clarify. Then boil the dregs in water again. When cooled, add Feihu Ye and calamina, boil until dry, then add three qian of Ginger Juice (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens Succus), bake dry, and process according to the "Hao Huye" method for later use.
Take the previously selected four liang of Longsha, use two sheng each of Selaginella Tamariscina, Silkworm Excrement (Bombyx Batryticatus), and Mulberry Wood Ash (Muli Cinis). Moisten by boiling with child's urine. Place on leather paper, drip two or three bowls of boiling child's urine onto it.
