【歌】妊娠胎动有多端，内热房劳或着寒，举重食伤皆致病，忧思恚怒总相干，保全散共安胎饮，佛手汤同
胶艾丸，只恐胎伤因下坠，离经脉见保婴难。
【论】胎动不安，有因酒色过度者，有举重触犯者，有误食毒物者，有劳役太过者，有喜怒不常，伤于心肝，
触动血脉者，有信服热药反为药害者，有血少不能养胎者，有胎元内热者。大法因母病而胎动者，但治母其胎自安。
若胎热血少不坚固者，但安胎母疾自愈。
胎动不安者欲知男女生死之法，令人摸之，如覆杯者，男也。如肘头参差起者，女也。温者为生，冷者为死。
【方】
保全散
当归（一两五钱） 阿胶（五钱） 甘草（三钱）
加连须葱白三茎水煎。
缩砂饮
缩砂仁（炒熟去衣为末）
酒调服二钱，或艾汤调下，服此觉胎动处热，是药力到也。
佛手散
当归 川芎（各一两）
水煎顿服，生胎自安，死胎自下也。
【歌】怒气伤肝血上冲，劳伤风热不相同，须知实火宜清理，虚火滋阴可奏功。
【论】妊娠吐血者，皆由脏腑有伤而致也。或用心太过，或思虑伤脾，或怒气伤肝，气逆于上，血随而溢，
心闷胸满，久而不已，多致坠胎。若心闷甚者不治。
薛立斋曰∶血症若肝火妄动，先用小柴胡去半夏加山栀、生地，次用四物加黑山栀，或加味逍遥散去丹皮。
若肝经风热，防风子芩丸。心经有热，朱砂安神丸。心气不足，补心汤。思虑伤心者，妙香散。胃经有火，犀角
地黄汤。膏粱积热，加味清胃散。郁结伤脾，加味归脾汤。肺经有火，黄芩清肺饮。气虚不能摄血，补中益气汤。
肾经虚火，地黄丸。但看虚实分治，实火可泻，法当清热以养血，虚火可补，法当滋阴以补水，则当自安。若执
寻常治血之法，而用行血消血之药，则胎自坠矣。
【歌诀】妊娠期间胎动不安的原因多种多样，可能是体内有热、房事过度或感受寒邪，也可能是举重劳累、饮食损伤所致，忧思和愤怒也都与此有关。治疗可选用保全散、安胎饮、佛手汤以及胶艾丸。只担心因下坠导致胎伤，若出现离经脉象则保婴困难。
【论述】胎动不安，有的因为饮酒色欲过度引起，有的因为举重触碰引起，有的因为误食毒物引起，有的因为劳役太过引起，有的因为喜怒无常，损伤心肝，触动血脉引起，有的因为服用热性药物反而造成药害，有的因为血少不能滋养胎儿，有的因为胎元内部有热。一般原则是：如果是因为母亲生病而导致胎动，只需治疗母亲的疾病，胎儿自然安定。如果是胎热、血少导致胎儿不坚固，只需安胎，母亲的疾病也会自愈。
想要知道胎动不安时胎儿男女及生死的方法，让人触摸腹部，如果形状像倒扣的杯子，是男胎。如果像肘头参差不齐地突起，是女胎。腹部温暖表示胎儿存活，寒冷表示胎儿死亡。

用酒调服二钱，或者用艾叶汤送服，服用后感觉胎动部位发热，说明药力到达了病所。

用水煎煮后一次性服下，活胎自然安定，死胎自然排出。
【歌诀】愤怒损伤肝脏导致血液上冲，劳倦损伤引起的风热则不相同。必须知道实火适宜清热调理，虚火通过滋阴可以取得功效。
【论述】妊娠期间吐血，都是由于脏腑受损而导致的。或者是用心过度，或者是思虑损伤脾脏，或者是愤怒损伤肝脏，气逆于上，血液随之溢出，伴有心闷胸满，如果长时间不愈，多会导致堕胎。如果心闷非常严重则难以治愈。
薛立斋说：血症如果是肝火妄动，先用小柴胡汤去掉半夏，加入山栀、生地，接着用四物汤加入黑山栀，或者使用加味逍遥散去丹皮。如果是肝经风热，使用防风子芩丸。心经有热，使用朱砂安神丸。心气不足，使用补心汤。思虑损伤心脏的，使用妙香散。胃经有火的，使用犀角地黄汤。膏粱厚味积热，使用加味清胃散。郁结损伤脾脏的，使用加味归脾汤。肺经有火的，使用黄芩清肺饮。气虚不能统摄血液的，使用补中益气汤。肾经虚火的，使用地黄丸。只要根据虚实分别治疗，实火可以泻除，方法应当清热以养血；虚火可以补益，方法应当滋阴以补水，那么病情自然会安定。如果拘泥于寻常治血的方法，而使用行血消血的药物，那么胎儿自然会坠落。
[Verse] There are many causes for fetal restlessness during pregnancy, including internal heat, excessive sexual activity, or exposure to cold. Lifting heavy objects, dietary injuries, worry, and anger are all related. Treatments may include Baoquan San (Preservation Powder), Antai Yin (Fetus-Calming Decoction), Foshou Tang (Buddha's Hand Decoction), and Jiao'ai Wan (Colla Corii Asini and Artemisia Pill). One must fear fetal injury due to downward prolapse; if the Li Mai pulse (Separation Pulse) appears, saving the infant is difficult.
[Discussion] Fetal restlessness can be caused by excessive alcohol and sexual indulgence, lifting heavy objects, accidental ingestion of toxic substances, overexertion, irregular emotions damaging the Heart and Liver and disturbing the blood vessels, adverse effects from taking hot-natured herbs, insufficient blood failing to nourish the fetus, or internal heat within the fetal origin. The general principle is: if the fetus moves because the mother is ill, treat the mother's illness, and the fetus will naturally settle. If the fetus is restless due to fetal heat and insufficient blood causing instability, calm the fetus, and the mother's illness will heal itself.
To determine the gender and viability of a fetus in cases of restlessness, one should palpate the abdomen. If it feels like an inverted cup, it is a male fetus. If it feels unevenly protruding like an elbow joint, it is a female fetus. A warm abdomen indicates life, while a cold abdomen indicates death.
[Formulas]
Baoquan San (Preservation Powder)
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 1 liang 5 qian), Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini, 5 qian), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, 3 qian).
Add three stalks of scallion white with roots, decoct in water and drink.
Suosha Yin (Amomum Decoction)
Suosharen (Fructus Amomi Rotundus, roasted, husked, and powdered).
Take 2 qian mixed with wine, or taken down with Mugwort Tea. After taking this, if the area of fetal restlessness feels hot, it indicates the medicinal power has arrived.
Foshou San (Buddha's Hand Powder)
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) (each 1 liang).
Decoct in water and take in one dose. Living fetuses will naturally settle, and dead fetuses will naturally be expelled.
[Verse] Anger damages the Liver, causing blood to rush upward; injuries from fatigue involving wind-heat are different. One must know that excess fire is suitable for clearing and regulating, while deficiency fire can be resolved through nourishing yin.
[Discussion] Hemoptysis during pregnancy is caused by damage to the zang-fu organs. It may result from excessive mental exertion, worry damaging the Spleen, or anger damaging the Liver, causing qi to rebel upwards and blood to overflow, accompanied by chest oppression and fullness. If prolonged without resolution, it often leads to miscarriage. Severe chest oppression is difficult to treat.
Xue Lizhai stated: For hemoptysis caused by reckless Liver fire, first use Xiao Chai Hu Tang (Minor Bupleurum Decoction) removing Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) and adding Zhizi (Fructus Gardeniae) and Shengdi (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata); subsequently use Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) with blackened Zhizi, or Jiawei Xiaoyao San (Modified Free Wanderer Powder) removing Mudanpi (Cortex Moutan). For Wind-heat in the Liver channel, use Fangfeng Ziqin Wan (Saposhnikovia and Scutellaria Pill). For Heat in the Heart channel, use Zhusha Anshen Wan (Cinnabar Calming Spirit Pill). For insufficient Heart qi, use Buxin Tang (Heart-Nourishing Decoction). For heart damage due to worry, use Miaoxiang San (Wonderful Fragrance Powder). For Fire in the Stomach channel, use Xijiao Dihuang Tang (Rhinoceros Horn and Rehmannia Decoction). For accumulation of heat from rich foods, use Jiawei Qingwei San (Modified Stomach-Clearing Powder). For Spleen damage due to constraint, use Jiawei Guipi Tang (Modified Spleen-Restoring Decoction). For Fire in the Lung channel, use Huangqin Qingfei Yin (Scutellaria Lung-Clearing Decoction). For Qi deficiency failing to control blood, use Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Middle-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction). For deficiency fire in the Kidney channel, use Dihuang Wan (Rehmannia Pill). Treatment must distinguish between deficiency and excess: excess fire can be purged by clearing heat to nourish blood; deficiency fire can be tonified by nourishing yin to replenish water. Thus, peace will return. If one adheres to ordinary methods of treating blood and uses herbs that move or dissipate blood, the fetus will naturally miscarry.
